Fantastic and knowledgeable techs. They have always been good to us, and we will continue to use them! Found some additional issues that we were unaware of, were honest and upfront, and made our home safe again.

Bill Dooley always does a great job for my twice a year HVAC and heating services. The rest of the Appleton Campbell staff is also a pleasure to work with.

Routine annual inspection of our plumbing was performed. Dale was very knowledgeable and thorough. He found a slow leak that could have become a surprise repair and quickly scheduled a follow up appt to repair the valve. We were informed via text about his upcoming arrival and could track his distance. The email notification provided a picture of the technician along with his name, which was very helpful.

The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. The immediate problem was fixed very quickly!

Chris Rounds has been our tech for many years and we always request him. He is very honest in his dealings with us. He is always prompt in his arrival and very professional in his work. Thank you Chris, we appreciate you.

Tech Chris was very polite, knowledgeable and fully explained all details of service and options. Definitely on our GO TO list from now on.

We've had difficulty finding a good electrician, but Matt from Appleton Campbell has been awesome! He listened to our problems and concerns and patiently answered our questions and explained things to us. We had a previous electrician who did sloppy work, so Matt not only had new work, but had to correct sloppy previous work. We've also had other electricians from Appleton Campbell install a new breaker panel. They are a great company to work with and I will continue to use their electrical services when needed!

We couldnt be happier with the level of service and work that Appleton did for us. Our furnace went out the week before Thanksgiving and they made it a priority to come over, inspect, and fix. Our furnace was over 30 years old and all the duct work was glued together over the years.....lets just say, it wouldnt have passed an inspection!

The quality of work is second to none and the installers, Jason and Steve, were courteous, professional, and masterful with the installation. Every inch of the install was meticulous and purposeful.

We were so incredibly happy with the work that we hired AC to do our Electric work and they are coming tomorrow.

I had a leaking faucet that was beyond my meager repair skills. Dale quickly took care of the issue replacing a part or two and then on his way. He was pleasant and professional.

Lee performed our maintenance service today. He did a great job of explaining everything and providing a clear written report.

Dylan, Roger and Seth worked hard all day on a hot August Friday to install a new compressor and heat pump, as well as duct work. They did great work! The customer service department at Appleton Campbell has also been great.

I just had my fall check with Mike M. and he was fantastic! I've been very pleased with all my appointments and service.

It is hard to say enough good about this company. Our plumber, WT, was terrific. He patiently took care of our problems, suggested solutions that were very helpful, answered our questions, and explained everything he was doing. He was competent, polite, and clear. He then brought three of his coworkers to redo our water system -- two additional plumbers (Mike and Mike) and an electrician (James). The new system looks great and functions well. Each member of this team was thoroughly customer-focused and very attentive to leaving our site neat and clean. We got so many issues (both plumbing and electrical) taken care of so professionally and with such ease. It was an excellent experience.

We've used Appleton Campbell a few times over this past year and they've always been great. Most recently, we had them replace our sump pump - they arrived when they said they would, were very courteous and friendly, quoted us fairly, and were able to install the pump quickly. They showed me exactly what they did in a way I could understand. We will definitely be using them again with any other issues!

Chris's first time here and he did a great job performing my annual check up and then I had him install a surge protector as I want to stay on top of my systems before the storm season kicks in to high gear. Very impressed with all aspects of this company and the employees they hire and train.

Reid arrived promptly, was friendly and efficient. It was just a 6-month service check. He replaced the air purifier bulb and checked the hot water heater overflow alarm (i need to replace batteries).

We are very satisfied with our selection of Appleton Campbell for the purchase and installation of a new heat pump system. Each and every person who we came into contact with, on the phone or in person, was professional, polite and knowledgeable. When our aging system quit, on one of the hottest days so far this year, Appleton Campbell was able to install a complete new system within 48 hours. A special shout out to: Davy who explained our heat pump replacement issues and options on more than one occasion, Travis who answered additional questions for me over the phone and to the installation team of Steven K, James K and Chance C for fast efficient installation and making sure I understood correct operation of the system before departing. Bill Dooly came at a monent s notice through 6 inches of snow to Replace our fan motor in our furnace to give us heat again. He was awesome and explained everything he was doing. Ethan has serviced my units twice for my usual checks and was thorough and knowledgeable with the two different units. Absolutely I recommend Appleton Campbell and Ethan.

Our furnace would not light so we called Appleton Campbell. They dispatched Bill Dooley and within an hour he arrived to resolve the issue. Bill listened to our problem and went to work quickly to get our furnace back up and running. Bill took the time to explain the problem to me and educate me on the operation of our system. Bill did a visual inspection of the system and tightened some valves; Bill was very thorough. His professionalism will keep us going back to Appleton Campbell for service and maintenance.

We had a horrible experience with ARS and were very happy to have found Appleton Campbell. Davy K. came and provided us a detailed overview (with pictures) of the problem we were having. No sales pressure, just facts and a choice of solutions. We selected a system and Dillon and his partner showed up on time, installed the system, cleaned up behind themselves and very professionally walked us through the operation of the new unit. To top it off they left behind a nicely labeled system binder for future reference. We've found our trusted HVAC provider :)

The customer service is definitely 5 Star I was able to get a same day free estimate and have the work completed in 2 days. Matt Dunn, the electrician, was awesome! He was courteous, explained everything step by step from the beginning to completion. I highly recommend using the company.

These guys showed up on time, they gave detailed estimates, but I really don't think I can afford them. They have a program that includes two maintenance checks on your systems. It also gives you a discount on future work you need and priority in line to get it done. All in all, I am impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail; but I just don't know that I can afford them.

When my well pump died, the Appleton Campbell technicians were extremely responsive and professional. The had my water system up and running the same day I called. Both outdoor and indoor work was very well done! I haven t had such good water pressure in a long time!

Needed a whole new AC/Furnace system. Difficult crawl space to work in.Seth, Dylen,Jesse,Mike,Lee and David did a great job under difficult working conditions in the crawl space, not something I would want to do, very professional HVAC install. While the install was ongoing, they identified my pressure tank was coming on to often and we replaced that as well, plumbing guys were prompt, expedient and professional as well, sadly can t remember there names. Highly recommend!

All the technicians that were involved from service for analysis of problem to installation techs knew what they were doing. Most importantly to me, Honest and trustworthy.

I had three toilets replaced today. Very professionally done in a timely manner.

Called them Tuesday to replace my hot water heater. The techs were quick to respond and very pleasant. The problem is that their quote was almost 400% higher than our other quotes. They wanted $2700.00 for the complete job and $1700 labor if I buy the heater. I obviously went with another company where I bought the heater for under $400 and paid them $250 labor for installation. Yes, it was about $2000.00 cheaper going with another company. Even though their work may have been good, their prices are outrageous. Always get a second quote!

We have Appleton Campbell on speed dial - need I say more? They provide all our service needs. Prompt, quality, and responsive service. Every technician we have met is very professional and personable. Customer Service is top notch - you get to speak to a real person (on or off hours). They will do all they can to work with you whether it be an emergency or a financial concern.

This was our first time calling in Appleton Campbell and we will be calling them exclusively in the future! WT did an awesome job. He was conscientious and thorough and took the time to help me understand the water filtration system.

We had low water pressure, and I was not sure what the problem could be. I checked the internet, and found that it was possibly due to a faulty water pump . In checking for a company that could help, after reading the reviews of companies in my area, I felt confident in calling Appleton Campbell. I had called on Sunday evening, and left a message with their answering service, and to my surprise, someone did return my call that evening. We were able to set up an appointment for a tech to come first thing Monday morning. They certainly did show up on time, and were very professional and kept me informed on the process all day. I would highly recommend them for any services. Thank you!

W.T. was able to make it out to our house on short notice today. He was transparent and walked through the issues in order to get me the best outcome, which he did. We recently moved into our house. The previous owners used Appleton Campbell for many years so it made sense for us to call Appleton Campbell first. On first impression, I can see why the previous owners stuck with them.

Davy K arrived to diagnose our HVAC and found multiple issues. His recommendation was to either replace the entire unit or repair the 3 year old HVAC that had been installed by the builder. There were heat spots and water throughout the unit due to a poor installation by the builder. After much thought and discussion we decided to replace the system since many of the defects could not corrected in the repair of the existing system. Davy was very knowledgeable and we have used Appleton Campbell for ove17 years, 14 years in our prior home and 3 years in our current home. Davy K is easy to talk to and patient when we needed explanations about the status of our current HVAC. A great asset to Appleton Campbell!

We've been a customer of Appleton Campbell for many years. During a recent inspection (thank you Larry) of one of our HVAC units some serious issues were identified and we made the decision to replace the unit. All options were clearly explained, the expected timelines for installation and what the work entailed. On the morning of the third business day the crew arrived to install the new unit (they even called ahead to let us know when they would be arriving). The installation team, Roger S., Jesse W. & Dean were the consummate professionals. Not only were they courteous they were extremely respectful and went to great lengths to explain what they were doing and when they would be done. No retrofit, especially of another companies work, is ever easy but these guys rolled with it and quickly solved any problems that arose. The work was completed quickly and the craftsmanship was excellent-they left our basement in better condition than they found it!!!
As a telecommunications professional who is responsible for mission critical facilities and thus deals with a wide variety of vendors on a daily basis I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. The team at Appleton Campbell continues to be some of the best in the business and I am very pleased that they treat our home as if it is the most important thing in the world.

Annual heating system service. Twice a year - one for A/C and one for my oil heat/furnace. On time, courteous, fair prices and excellent service. Essential to a reliable home.

Mike and Danny the installers were GREAT. They were both very knowledgeable all too happy to explain the system and installation process. Everyone I dealt with at Appleton Campbell have been extremely professional and personable.

We had a heat pump replaced. The air handler/blower is in our attic, as our house is a colonial and I had the previous heat pump installed 16 years ago to help cool off the upstairs in the summer. The original HVAC guy had since retired, so my wife called Appleton Campbell. They had been out last Autumn to do the annual inspection. We took advantage of their special rate after Haymarket Day. Anyway, a couple weeks ago on installation day, the installers showed up on time, were polite and professional, and the work looked great. We are very happy. When it gets warmer, they'll be back out to check the refrigerant levels. Glad I got this taken care of before the hot weather hits!

We first had Carter come to determine what needed to be done, and he was on time, kind, and very helpful. We then had Shane, Cory, and Cody come over to string a coaxial cable from one side of the house to another. They showed up well in the time window, and were courteous, clean, and fast. The original plan had been to cut holes in the bedroom walls, but they figured out how to do it through the basement. They are not required to fix drywall, but Shane was able to patch up the holes for us too! Overall, it took a bit less than 6 hours for a big job. The price was definitely fair (if not a bargain) given the service we received. We will definitely be calling them again for any other issues.

Appleton's Bill Dooley was at my home for a service call, and as a repeat customer I was again extremely satisfied with the professionalism and expertise Bill provides.

Electrical Work:

We finally were able to get rid of the ugly fluorescent lighting in our kitchen!
The fluorescent strip lights made a buzzing noise and looked terrible.
Shane and Eulises from Appleton Campbell replaced the lights with warm round lights. It improved the kitchen 1000%
They were very professional and did an excellent job with the placement of the lights.
I was very impressed.
We also had damage to our electrical system from a power surge. They replaced our electrical panels and installed surge protectors.
Shane and Eulises are professionals and their work is of excellent quality.
We were offered a bunch of choices about light placement and the color of the lighting.

Appleton Campbell worked with us to install a new heat pump after out A/C died. They fit us into their bust schedule and provided window A/C units to get us through the hot days. Great company.

Bill and Roger both deserve a 5 star rating. They were prompt in arrival and knowledgeable about our unit. Our outside unit needed cleaning and they did a great job on getting the coils and unit cleaned.

We came home on a Friday afternoon to no A/ C. Within 90 minutes a technician was here. After checking our 20 year old system, and assessing the issues, we decided it was prudent to replace old outdated equipment. Since new system couldn't be installed until Monday loaner window A/C units were promptly sent and installed to get us through the weekend.
New system is up and running. Technician reviewed operations of the system and the new programmable thermostat.
Everyone was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend these folks anytime.

Tim and Lee installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for us last week. They were extremely professional, respectful, careful and clear about how the system works. 5 stars from us.

As a plumbing contractor myself with 30+ years of experience, I know when I should call in someone else that is an expert in their field to work on my own home. After many years of trying out different companies to perform service on my HVAC units, I have finally found a company that I trust. If you ask my wife, that s a huge deal for me to have someone come into our house and do work that I can t/ won t do.

I had my initial inspection/ service performed over a year ago and I was so impressed with their knowledge and expertise that I signed up for their yearly service contract where they come out twice a year to make sure all is well. Yesterday was their third visit and, all is well. Yesterday s visit was the end of our maintenance contract and as I left the house to go to a customer that I have to do their plumbing, I left my wife with the technician and instructions that if they offer the service contract for another year while he s here, go ahead and accept it. And that is what was done.

Yes they are in the business to make money by offering improvement options to your home, but I believe that they are more so inclined to make sure what you have is functioning properly and that they have a personal stake in your satisfaction.

Mike Loy did a great job repairing our master toilet and did a thorough job checking and rechecking work including closing garage etc upon leaving.

Ever since we purchased this home 7 years ago we've had really poor air flow in our two story home. When the gas furnace burners needed replacing I chose to have both our A/C and furnace replaced (they were both 22 years old!), as well as some of the ducting re-worked. We've used Appleton Campbell for the past 15 years or so and have always been extremely satisfied with all their work (furnace, A/C, plumbing, tank-less water heater, etc.). Also, they install Carrier products, so I chose them to replace the furnace and A/C.

Jason and his crew (Justin, Danny, and Zach) were obviously experienced, knowledgeable, and very professional. They were personable, extremely neat and organized as they worked. They were also very skillful in how they enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies my wife had made for them without any pause in their work! :-)

We did have a couple minor issues: there was an intermittent small cricket-like sound coming from the vents, and the ducting needed a little reinforcement in one section - it was popping if the fan started on high. Both these issues were resolved promptly. Christine and Travis are always customer-service oriented and a pleasure to work with.

Also, we just had the county inspector visit (furnace is gas) and she said it appeared they did a very good job with the entire installation.

The new Carrier furnace and A/C both work extremely well, and much quieter than the former ones did. They also are smart in that they communicate with each other to keep our home comfortable. The airflow is, in my estimate, about 60% greater than before and I'm definitely grateful and satisfied with all the Appleton Campbell team has done.

I would definitely recommend them for any of the services they provide.

12/31/2020 - Second time I have used this company for a major system replacement. Day after Christmas furnace stopped working and was leaking carbon monoxide into house. This company diagnosed and eventually replaced our furnace. Safety was their number one priority!
One simple project unexpectedly turned into a new well. The Appleton Campbell team addressed the unbelievable challenges and completed the project. They are commited and courteous. Everyone was exceptional.

Our tecs were great, David and WT. They came the day we called and were very friendly. They give us opinions and the pro and cons.

Working with Stacey Woodward with Appleton Campbell was a pleasure. He was courteous, thorough and professional. He explained all the options for our new purchase of a Carrier Heat Pump. What I liked the most was his concern for what was important to us.

Quoted us a price range after looking at the job. Came back the next day and quoted us another price that was twice the price of the original estimate. Plus the price may be higher since he needs to get more guys to assist. Guys who were supposed to show up with him today to actually do the work for the quoted price. What a joke! If I want to deal with shenanigans like this I'll go buy a used car. Absolutely terrible!

Great service! Everybody was very professional that came out for the install, and Kieth (who came out for the biannual service check) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone took the time to answer my many questions which I greatly appreciate. The office staff were also awesome about contacting me and letting me know of schedule changes and reminding me when our appointments were. I had 3 different companies come out originally to replace the system and and they impressed me far more than anybody else. Thanks!

Mike from Appleton Campbell was excellent. He was very professional, yet personable. He explained the problem we were having and the various options to fix it before further damage occurred. He was very thorough explaining the work he was going to perform and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. The work was completed same day, the required parts were delivered within 45 minutes, and Mike arrived at the beginning of the three hour window of time we were provided when we called for an appointment. Very happy with the work performed by Mike and the Appleton Campbell team.

Appleton Campbell was the only company we called who was able to make a same-day visit. While our particular issue required extra materials and several hours of labor, Mike the Plumber, came back the next day to complete the work. Mike was prompt, thorough and extremely courteous. I would definitely recommend Appleton Campbell.

We had an emergency waterline repair and called Appleton Campbell our go to for all Plumbing and HVAC work. They came out on a Sunday. Danny was wonderful and set us up with a fair price to start And have work complete within two days. Jason, Jeff and Ronnie were wonderful saving flowerbeds and an old maple tree while laying a new main waterline. They were clean, fast and the interior plumbing work was nicely done and not an ugly mass of pipes you often see - the visible plumbing work was clean and easy to access in the event we need to get to it. The backfill and replanting of grass was done with care. Lastly, Rene Hawes was very good keeping us informed and working with us while we were out of town. Consulate professionals and flexible. Just call Appleton Campbell!
