Your service people were excellent. The two gentlemen kept a long-ago made appointment and thoroughly researched the heating and airconditgioning units of our new home, in a thoroughly professional way. I had real confidence in their summation and their advicde.

Job 1: Needed electrical work to ground and bond propane system prior to new HVAC install (new codes since original install). Long lines needed since inlet and breaker panel on opposite ends of house. Minimal disruption; professional job.
Job 2: Replaced my entire HVAC system in 2 days - 2 zones including heat pumps, propane furnace with humidifier, attic unit. Attic install required significant work to restructure the space for the new unit. Furnace install also cleaned up the run of power and gas lines. Work was excellent, efficient and thorough. Arrived on time and were minimally disruptive (even though I work at home). Crews included Jason Williams, Micha Luctairo, Steven Kowalik, Stuart Deary. Mike Wright did the pre-install inspection and a next-day follow-up visit to replace one of the thermostats that had a firmware issue (worked but would not update to latest). Highly recommend Appleton Campbell.
Job 3: Back for another glowing review of Appleton Campbell. Keith and Austin installed a new water heater and sump pump. AC techs are top-notch. Work is always really solid and thorough. New water heater setup is fantastic.

Seth came out today after my HVAC system just stopped. No sales pitch, no extra explanations, just an honest conversation and a quick fix! Thanks Seth, not only were you nice and courteous, but most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY!

Glenn was on time. He was respectful and knowledgeable about his trade. This is my second inspection, I asked for this electrical, house inspection but I have a contract with them for a furnace and air conditioner. Their services and appliances are Excellent.

Had a new but leaking shower head in the downstairs bathroom. Appleton (Savannah) was polite and helpful on the initial call to set up the appointment.Dale and a colleague turned up within the later part of the agreed time span, reviewed options and pricing using their tablet service, diagnosed that the bend coming out of the wall supporting the shower head had a broken thread and replaced the part, installed the new shower head, curing the leak.

Both of them wore bootees inside the house and were clean and very polite.

Always professional, courteous, timely, clean and efficient. We ask for the same technician each time as he knows and understands our systems. The company is extremely responsive to requests for appointments and maintenance/repairs and after 16+years of having Appleton Campbell service our HVAC systems, look forward to many more years of business with them.

As a plumbing contractor myself with 30+ years of experience, I know when I should call in someone else that is an expert in their field to work on my own home. After many years of trying out different companies to perform service on my HVAC units, I have finally found a company that I trust. If you ask my wife, that s a huge deal for me to have someone come into our house and do work that I can t/ won t do.

I had my initial inspection/ service performed over a year ago and I was so impressed with their knowledge and expertise that I signed up for their yearly service contract where they come out twice a year to make sure all is well. Yesterday was their third visit and, all is well. Yesterday s visit was the end of our maintenance contract and as I left the house to go to a customer that I have to do their plumbing, I left my wife with the technician and instructions that if they offer the service contract for another year while he s here, go ahead and accept it. And that is what was done.

Yes they are in the business to make money by offering improvement options to your home, but I believe that they are more so inclined to make sure what you have is functioning properly and that they have a personal stake in your satisfaction.

We had two Appleton Campbell Reps out, and they were both excellent! The first was Glenn--who was out to look at some electrical work. He noticed some significant issues with our AC, and was able to get Chris Lin to come out the same day (a very hot day at 85 degrees) and get our system squared away with no fuss and no muss. Both Chris and Glenn were unfailingly polite and congenial--but more important highly competent and capable--which is what we have come to expect from Appleton Campbell and all of their employees!

Glenn Griffin and Shane Carter Kerns were very knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me updated on the work they were completing. Savannah and Jennifer were also very friendly and accommodating when scheduling my appointment and answering questions by phone.

Devyn and Zachery were amazing! They arrived within the expected time frame. They were both very polite and professional. Zack and Devyn immediately analyzed and evaluated the electrical issue, consulted with me on the estimate/cost and took care of the issue. They were clear and concise with explaining the issue and addressed a separate concern I had that was not included in my initial inquiry! I will not hesitate to contact this company and request Devyn and Zack in the future if I encounter any additional electrical issues with my home!!! Thank you to both them for making this experience seamless!!!!!

Ronnie came out to do my Spring check up and mentioned a couple things I should have done and what size filter I should use for the best results. He took the time to explain what he was checking . He corrected a part that was installed last August incorrectly and was covered under the warranty. He ended up fixing the wire so I am hoping that this filter will last! At first he was going to replace the entire unit. I had no idea it was not even working and he explained that the light should be on all the time not just when the unit is running. In hindsight I wish the entire unit had been replaced because quite frankly since it was originally installed wrong and I paid a lot of money for that it makes me wonder of the first technicians workmanship and quality of the unit. I am very pleased with Ronnie and I will ask to schedule with him in the future.

Donnie was awesome, as always. He answered our questions, offered advice we could use in the future, gave us a detailed quote, and gave us time to make our decision about the work. He also reviewed all of Appleton's health precautions so we would feel comfortable with him in our home. Side note: he is really good with dogs too!

Fantastic experience and customer service! My heater went out shortly before a cold front and another company had come out to "fix" the problem. It was made worse, but luckily I called Appleton Campbell, and they sent out Bill the same day. Not only was Bill extremely professional, he cleaned up after the previous company, fixed my heater, and was just overall incredibly friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Had them out to replace some toilets, water heater and install a new filtration unit. Very professional install crew. Explained everything in great detail. My only very small complaint was that they didn't leave us the manual for our new water filtration unit.

Edit: The install crew did leave the manual. I just didn't see it when I went looking for it.

We were price shopping for new AC units and they really sold us on their service, knowledge, and attention to detail. Reid put in a lot of work with us picking the perfect unit for our house. The install was quickly scheduled and they were professional the whole time. They went above and beyond with the install and service. Wonderful company.

Please be aware this company will screw you they came out to my house to fix my heating unit told me I needed a new unit that my unit could not be fixed I called RC Mechanical for a second opinion and TJ came out and said it could be fixed he fixed it for under $600 dollars that was a month ago I have had no problems.he was so knowledgeable and honest and I know it is hard to find people like him anymore.

Chris Rounds with Appleton Campbell just completed our AC check. I have had excellent experiences with all of the service technicians, but I am always happy to see Chris. He has worked on our units on three separate occasions. His professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy are outstanding. The company has an excellent employee in Chris.

Dale B. came out to diagnose an issue relating to high water bills. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and left an estimate. Left his card and told me I could call any time with questions.. Excellent service.

I called on Friday afternoon and they would have sent someone but we had plans for the evening so they put me on the list for Saturday. Saturday afternoon Chris Beard arrived. He put on protective shoe covers at the door. He listened to me first, then checked some things and asked me a few questions. He checked some more and gave me recommendations including things which he specified as optional. His explanations were clear and he was VERY forthright. He took the time to show me my costs based on different factors including a yearly contract with them which he did NOT try to strongarm me into choosing. He even brought up his competitors (who had installed the current system) and spoke about warranties I might have with them. As it turned out I did indeed have a longer term warranty than I thought with his competitor. He actually spoke with rhem on the phone and gave them some info they needed to help me. In the end it made more sense to go with the original installers so he only charged me for the diagnostic services. However, Chris' willingness to cooperate with them and going so far as to recommend I utilize with them was reminiscent of Macy's sending people to their competitor in "Miracle on 34th Street." Chris was appropriately friendly and very professional; I am impressed with Chris Beard in every way. Because of my experience with him, I will keep Appleton Campbell in mind for future needs and will gladly recommend them to others.

Called and within a few hours we had Chris Rounds at our house. He found the problem within minutes and gave us options. The best option, the most efficient, and with rebates was to replace unit. Work will be done on Monday. Quick, efficient and within our budget.

Glenn came out today to do an electrical inspection for us. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, explained the few things he suggested we do. Appreciate the honesty once the inspection was finished.......he was not pushy - as I have had before with other companies.

During my annual maintenance inspection by Appleton Campbell (Bill Dooly) he discovered a copper pipe that had been leaking and needed replacement. Bill was very professional, pleasant, and did a thorough job during the inspection.

Matthew M. performed a very thorough initial HVAC system check for me today. Upon completion of his inspection, Matthew explained that my eleven-year-old cooling system was in good working order; however, he advised me that my gas water heater needs repairs or replacement. Matthew carefully explained the options I had for repair/replacement of my water heater so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciated his advice and was very pleased with the service he provided.

Bill Dooley did a complete and thorough job. He was very knowledgeable about my radiant heating system. Nice to find someone who understands this unusual system. Looking forward to meeting with him again.

Do not waste your time and money. This is the way this company do business: (1) come by and give you a ridiculous high fee (2) you refuse and then (3) they collect the dispatch fee.

This group has all of the things I look for in a service company. They are communicative, prompt, professional. For this rather long job, they sent two very competent plumbers to do the work. The plumbers completed the job, explained everything to me, left documentation where I could find it, and cleaned up the work area completely when they were done.

All of the Appleton and Campbell technicians were excellent. They were professional, courteous and arrived when expected. Chris and Dave were knowledgeable about the units and what needed to be done before the install. Justin and Seth installed the unit and stayed late until the job was finished, which we were grateful. The unit works great and seems efficient.

Overall, I have no reservations about hiring Appleton and Campbell again for any of their services. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and personable crew installed new furnace and associated equipment over 2 days. They took their time to ensure proper installation as well as correct and safe operation of the inside and outside units. They didn't waste time but took the necessary steps to do it right. I was impressed for sure.

Prices are so astronomic that we ended up not using them. Prices we got from other local companies, Culligan and FH Furr, were more than half less

The crew is always on time, considerate of my home, cleans up when done, and fixes the problem.

What haven't I had Appleton Campbell do?! It all started with replacing 2 existing heat pumps and two corresponding air handling units back in 2015. Tech's Mike W. and Danny R. did such a FANTASTIC job that I had Appleton Campbell replace 2 50-gallon electric hot water heaters AND install a new submersible electric well pump (Michael). I even had them install a manual well pump on top of the well head casing while they were at it. In all the work that I've had Appleton Campbell perform, I have ALWAYS been pleased with the professionalism of their staff!!! Everyone from the front office (Renee Davis makes me feel like her only customer) to schedule service or repair, to the technicians themselves. World Class service through-and-through. And no, I don't work for them :-)

**Update**
Had my HVAC ducts cleaned last month by a third-party company (Nov. 2018) and the access holes that were cut for the cleaning were incorrectly sealed. Appleton Campbell sent a tech out the NEXT DAY to repair the work that another company incorrectly performed. The sheet metal work was flawless!!!
I remain a VERY happy Appleton Campbell customer.

This was our 3rd opinion on a vibration issue and Bill Dooley found the issue and corrected. We are so pleased with Appleton Campbell but mostly that Bill knew what to look for and fixed the issue immediately.

Something I love about Appleton is how quick they are to get someone to the house and their staff is truly the most polite and knowledgable people. They take time to show you the problem and show you where things failed. Highly recommend them for anything plumbing and heating wise.

Matt M. did my A/C maintenance check. As always w/Appleton people he put on booties before entering to check the interior equipment. He was polite & friendly yet professional. He showed me a problem in my unit and explained it well. Matt also gave me info on how to care for it less expensively. After checking the exterior unit he carefully explained how I could do user maintenance on it, again saving me money now and in the long run. I also appreciated his completely clean language throughout the visit. This always says "professional" to me. I continue to recommend Appleton Campbell.

This young man was very personable and polite. He had a comprehensive knowledge of my heating and air conditioning systems and advised me of when servicing intervals occur, what would be done and the cost. I felt respected and more knowledgeable about my furnace and heat pump at the end of this service visit.

10/10 would recommend!! Desperately called around to local HVAC contractors to come out to my home on a Thursday afternoon to no avail BUT when speaking to Appleton they went waaay above and beyond customer service level to help me out considering I have a 1 week old baby at home. They were able to have a tech out to my home first thing Friday morning and he was able to fix my unit on site and was also able to help me adjust the overall output to my second level as well. In my hour of need (literally) Rebecca (customer service) and Chris (tech) came to my family s aid. Highly recommend Appleton.

Great experience. Water heater was delivered on time and professionally installed. Other minor plumbing problems were also professionally corrected. Mike and Chris did super work and it was a pleasure having them here.

I work at Summit Community Bank and Appleton Campbell took care of two jobs here at our Warrenton location. One unit needed replaced in the main building and one in our ATM. They did a phenomenal job on both! They were very responsive, reliable, and honest! I was thoroughly impressed on how quickly they were able to schedule the two jobs. All the guys that came out were very professional. They will be our go-to for any future heating, plumbing, or AC jobs.

The work that Matt M did today was superior! He explained each step of the maintenance process as he went along in a very professional manner and did a great job! I have always appreciated the personal and courteous manner that Appleton Campbell conducts business and today was yet another an excellent example.

Outstanding and Highly Recommend

Pre Sales: Bill was fantastic and right on time for our quote appointment. He talked us through all the options, pros, cons, and gave us full pricing and financing options as well. He was super friendly and professional.

Financing: Very easy to apply once I figured out the process and customer service helped me over the phone.

Installation Day: Our installation was just a few days after our quote, which was very impressive. I expected to wait at least a week to get an appointment. JASON WILLIAMS & JUSTIN BARRON were my installers. They laid down floor protection all the way to our utilities room. Kept us appraised during the entire installation. Once finished, walked us through everything there was to know about using our appliance and answered all our questions. Very outstanding individuals, they are. Most definitely welcome back for more service needs.

Other notes: I really appreciate the phone calls and text messages about appointment reminders and when the technicians are actually on their way. It really helps knowing when they are coming.

I will need to get a whole house water treatment system next and Appleton Campbell will be the first phone call I make.

It finally happened! Water Furnace failed after 30+ years. AC performed a complete new installation- eight + hours to remove the old system, install the new model, and complete all electrical, plumbing, and water hook-ups. Outstanding work with great attention to detail. Brought in a supervisor after 1830 hrs at night to ensure all settings were optimized.
Kudos to Jason W., Eddie, and Micah for working all day without a break. System replaced and working within one day!

Highly recommend this company. Our AC went out on a Saturday with it 90 degrees outside and they came out that day within a few hours of calling at no extra weekend charge. Our AC was beyond repair so they installed 3 portable window AC units free of charge until the new AC could be installed on Monday. Our new AC and new furnace are now installed and when promised and we couldn t be more pleased. The crew was very professional, thorough, cleaned up everything, and made sure we understood how the new units worked and that we were happy before they left. It is always stressful when having to make such a major purchase, but I have total confidence that Appleton and Campbell was the right choice.

Can not complement this group of people enough, my hot water heater went out on Friday night and they had it fixed y 11am on Saturday. The service desk was great helping me setup a time for the technician to show up and kept me informed the whole time. WT Settle (the tech) showed up on time and quickly determined the problem with my hot water heater and had it working again in no time at all. WT Settle was excellent and I appreciate his efforts. This was just another great experience I have had with Appleton Campbell. Appleton Campbell has always done excellent work for me and why i never look anywhere else when i run into issues.

We have been customers for a few years now and not a single bad experience. The young ladies who take our call and schedule our service are friendly, personable and quickly get us on the schedule. When the service technicians arrive they are always respectful, have the necessary equipment to do the inspections/repair and get the system ready for the upcoming season.
So when it we were having issues with our furnace and A/C it was a no brainer to call. We were seen that day - no emergency call out charge! - and after inspecting the entire system Jerry (the technician) was able to explain everything that he saw which pretty much confirmed our suspicions - our system could no longer survive on life support. Jerry sat with us going through several different options before he worked up a three different systems and costs. Once we made the decision Jerry worked with the install manager (Dave) to come out confirm all his measurements and put us on the schedule immediately.
Day of the install Dillan and Cory showed up on time and walked us through everything that needed to be done. These two young men are awesome! These two young men took their time with the install, making sure I understood everything that was happening along the way. Once the install was completed they walked us through all the features of the new Carrier system and smart thermostats.
This whole experience has only reconfirmed what I already knew - Appleton Campbell customer service is top-notch!

Had my HSA spring check up today, Keith Herndon did a through job and was polite and professional (something I have found with all of Appleton Campbell's employee's), very satisfied customer.

Replaced hw heater. Chad and Mike provided same day excellent service.

Easy appointment set up, on time arrival. Jim was very knowledgeable and provided a completely pleasurable experience.

Devin and Cody did a phenomenal job replacing my blown circuit. They were quick, courteous and professional.

Appleton Campbell replaced the shower and tub fixtures in 2 of our bathrooms, and installed shut off valves in the showers as well. They did a great job, and cleaned up nicely after. They were great and I would definitely use them again for plumbing work in the future.

The technician who came to check my air conditioning unit from Appleton-Campbell was exceptionally nice and very thorough. He apprised me of the actions he was taking and why. I hope they send the same guy again when it's time for my furnace check. Did I mention he was cute?

I originally hired a different company, which I will never hire again.
I have some general knowledge, but not extensive when it comes to electrical and hvac repairs. It didn't take me long to figure out that this other company sent out a tech that did not care to do the job right. So, I fired the company.

I decided to call Appleton Campbell.

Tiffany answered the call, she was prompt, courteous, and a delight to speak with. She booked my appointment, same day, it was a such a relief to know I would get some service promptly.
Most companies will schedule you, and you would have to wait, sometimes for days.

Their appointment system is quite nice as well, they will actually email you, text you, even show you a picture of the tech thats coming . This is good for single moms or women, or anyone for this matter.
These days you just don't know who or what may show up at your front door!

Within an hour or so, their tech, Chris, came out and knew exactly what to do. Chris accepted the challenge, and resolved the issue.
Chris was professional, and knowledgeable, not to mention a personable type, very customer oriented.

I am so delighted with Chris and the overall service with this company, I decided to sell myself a replacement water heater.
Chris played a big part in helping this company earn my business.
Come time, they will be replacing my a/c units too!

I was referred to Appleton Campbell from mt realtor - and they were FANTASTIC. They came out on short notice, diagnosed the issue quickly, and were able to provide a written reported immediately. They also send text messages with pictures of the technicians and arrive on time! My only regret is that we are moving away and only found a GREAT company AFTER we move!

I like Appleton Campbell. They are not the cheapest, that is for sure. I used a cheaper company to install my furnace the first time. When my air-conditioning went out, I had Appleton Campbell come to give me an estimate and they explained to me how poorly the previous work had been. I didn t necessarily believe them but my father was here from out of state. He built his house with my uncle who is a contractor and they both said the guy was telling the truth. Appleton Campbell s customer service was outstanding, starting with identifying existing problems NOT found by other A/C companies. Once we signed the contract to replace our system, Appleton Campbell handled everything, including a crane to reach our exterior unit (5 story condo). All we had to do was meet the Paul, Reid, and Roger at the door, shake hands, and get out of the way (I went to work!). Paul, Reid, and Roger quickly and effortlessly replaced the old system with the new one, replaced the pre-existing damaged duct work, cleaned up after themselves, and explained the new system upon my return home. During our walk around, Paul, Reid, and Roger truly came across as professionals who care; their pride in the completed job was evident.
