Lots of spit at the entrance, I avoid going through the front doors as much as possible.
Bathrooms are sometimes gross and once a guy was using needles in the mens washroom at the sink.
The women that clean, do the best they can to keep the food court tables, chairs etc clean but when searching for a table to sit at, they are usually dirty if its busy.
One of my favourite places to not go. Definitely recommend parking, rethinking your decision to go to the mall, and then leaving.
If you do need to go, watch where you step near the entrance!
A largish shopping center. Has everything you need.
Inner city shopping center has everything you could ask for in the mall it has shoe stores key stores cell phone stores it has friendly staff great restaurants local eating establishments that are vantastic I love eating there and shopping there it takes up most of my day and it's great place to spend the day if you got the time and the money to shop at this mall I recommended 110% and hopefully others will stop by and visit this nice little mall on the way through Thunder Bay you won't be disappointed trust me
Clearly you don't care about security and you're actual measures for security harass people because they have nothing better to do with their day. Everyone will remember this. might as well close up or sell.
Good overall mall for Thunder Bay. This place is definitely due for a redevelopment.
Good mall but many stores are struggling to stay open...
Regular shopping mall. Usually just go to Lowe's or Sport Check.
Needs more specialty stores like Nike or Adidas store
Visited touch to get a new phone and the staff went over and above in helping me out
Very busy & long wait lines due to Covid. Stores on lock down. Only allowing 4 people in store @ a time.
Lots of good stores... Friendly service even tho i didnt find what i was looking for its still a great place to do all of your shopping esspecially for gifts.
Great stop in on a rainy day camping. Found a funky hat to take home from my travels.
Amazing small town feel here. Every store, every one, nothing but super friendly peeps. Great mall!
The mall is starting to show its age again.... time for a renovation!
Not much for adult males
Few stores for children
The only mall in Thunder Bay. This mall doesn t have a lot of shops but still you can find a lot of stuff over here
A moderate amount of stores along with a 4th home building supply store within a 2 block radius. Most stores are too expensive. Some stores are too niche, others are unoriginal and boring. There's like 10 places to buy women's clothing, 2 or 3 places to buy men's clothing, and a few children's stores. All in a, it's not overly bad, but it could definitely use a little more variety.
Intercity Shopping Centre is the best shopping centre in Thunder Bay. It's perfectly situated in the central part of the big city. You can find everything here from video games over hats to books. The location is well-maintained. If compared to other shopping centres with numerous closed stores, this one here is busy and vibrant and doing well.
Wish there were more stores especially women clothing. Also need electric scooters for the disabled
Zero stars for them. They beat an older couple who needed to have a rest because they were recovering from cancer. Don't shop here, let the business fail. it deserves it.
Malls are not my thing. Too much walking, too many people, too overpriced, not enough selection.
Just order online. This is just a hallway. Nice fast food tho
Absolutely disgraceful to hear that young strong security guards felt like they needed to tackle and get physical with an elderly lady. Why couldn t they just get the plate number of the vehicle and let the police handle it, no need to be aggressive. I think an absolute boycott of the mall and any retailer doing business there. Amazon would never treat you that way, have fun competing with them.
It's good and public health regulations are quite well maintained.
an okay selection of stores. to be honest it's as good/bad as any other small city mall. too many jewelry stores. a couple mainstream clothing stores (zumiez, bh, bluenotes). the food court sucks; dairy Queen is gone and timmies is closed atm
It doesn't have much for selection but it's all we have here. Not very clean either but only so much you can expect from a mall.
Best in thunderbay..crowded foodcourt...in the evening
What you would expect from a small mall. Good variety of stores. Not usually too busy, just dont try to get a coffee. Always a line at Timmys
I HATE the mall. Not even this one in particular, but all malls. I much prefer to shop online.
Course selection overpriced items check wish or Amazon
Like any mall I don't mind the food court and window shopping
Love this mall. It's full of good stuff for a smaller city!
Only decent mall in TBay been some new stores every couple years some stay some go like the things engraved stand. Neat candy shop with homemade chocolate and large sportcheck store.
Easy to get around public bus route there is a variety of shops and to take care of business
So many tiny stores, i'v never seen a mall like it before, my mom got me a "Plasma Ball" for my birthday from there
COVID has really taken its toll on vendors in this mall.
When I was not allowed to try clothes on at Walmart Northern Reflections let me take any clothes I wanted to try on. Since we live in Atikokan I need to be able to try clothes before I buy them. The mall is always fun.
I never cease to be disappointed in intercity mall. The selection of stores is minimal and most sell the same products I only go to a couple stores and it was definitely too crowded for covid19.
Good. Found what I needed. They need to re-do some their parking on the memorial side of sports chek.
This place become dead zone for store everything in mall basic close up give another year may be like Victoria mall
This is the best, and only mask in Northwest Ontario. So you don't have a lot of choice unless you want to drive 7-8 hours to find another actual mall. However it has a good selection of stores and a decent food court. It is really only one level, there is a small second level that has offices. There is a Sport Chek and a Moxie's and all the other typical stores you would find in a mall.
There is little left to attract people to this mall over the age of 18. It is becoming a hang out, and not in a good way. It needs ownership with a better vision or it, like Sears, will disappear.
Love the mall easy to navigate has a great number of stores to choose from and perfect variety of choices at the food court.
It's an average mall. Nothing special and nothing terrible.
Visited a few stores. Most clerks were friendly more than pushy.
Like any mall I don't mind the food court and window shopping
This is a good mall, if you want to take your girl somewhere, lots of lingerie and diamond stores, yet still something for the boys
Lots of stores, super busy. Terrible parking lot, people parking like idiots.
