Our furnace would not light so we called Appleton Campbell. They dispatched Bill Dooley and within an hour he arrived to resolve the issue. Bill listened to our problem and went to work quickly to get our furnace back up and running. Bill took the time to explain the problem to me and educate me on the operation of our system. Bill did a visual inspection of the system and tightened some valves; Bill was very thorough. His professionalism will keep us going back to Appleton Campbell for service and maintenance.
