Poor. Waitress didn't know how to seat people. Waitress didn't know who had what tables

Very slow service. It used to be much better. This location needs a new staff with better training.

Poor service if you get some service in 30 to 30 minutes and 40 more minutes for your feed it's is and no one is in the restaurant cook are joking around and not cooking

EVERYTIME I step foot in this place I am disappointed!! I'm here with my family today & although I didn't want to tell them about my bad experiences I should have but foolishly I thought today would be different! My son's food my mom's food both plates & my grandmother's food was COLD!! The alcoholic beverages my 5yr old son could have made! Applebee's needs a new cook as well as a new bartender!! Very very disappointing & BAD FOR BUSINESS

Only thing I have to say the food was delicious last night it was my birthday and the manager even gave me a drink for my birthday so I enjoyed everything thank you guys

Gift cards works great when you are low on funds. Service was satisfying.

I visited March 24, 2019 at 8:05 PM. After waiting over 10 minutes with no hostess and no acknowledgements from staff people started to seat themselves. After waiting 20 minutes at the table, I asked the staff for assistance. The hostess asked if we had seated ourselves. We explained that we had due to waiting without being acknowledged. The manager came over and scolded us for seating ourselves and told us and other tables we would have to wait. I asked if we could be placed in another section. He said no, and no matter what. There were less than 30 people there. He didn't offer yo take our order or apologize for us waiting so long without being greeted. Our business was clearly not wanted at this location.

Don t come here!!!! The drinks was nasty and they took forever to get here. I never knew a place that you actually finished your appetizer and then wait another hour to get your food. This place is horrible.

Absolutely horrie restaurant and the thing is I should have known better to patronize anything in this area but my son wanted it and we stopped. It took forever for our server to come to to our table and even after asking someone else for drinks that person stated she was only a hostess and didn't get drinks, the staff can't multitask, the manager is just as horrible if not worse and the food was horrendous! Not even edible to eat, when I spoke with the manager he said okay and walked away. The system went down to print tickets so they insisted that we didn't leave until they came back up (are you kidding me!) Lol!!!! We didn't eat anything plus we never got drinks there's nothing to pay for! We walked out and would never return to this hood mess ever again! This location needs to be shut down and demolished!

Food came out extremely fast, it wasn't busy but seemed as if food was precooked. I'm sure the chicken breast was..it wasn't hot like my ribs but cool to taste. I sent it back for another one which came out less than 2min. It seems as if they microwaved it it was so fast. It was warmer but visually unappealling as if it wasn't cooked well. ribs were decent. I didn't complain.. but wouldn't visit there again.

I liked the food & service. Their drinks are a lil weak tho.

The worst ever took 45 minutes just for drinks and an hour for food.... I will never eat here again I wish I could leave no stars just that bad. Whoever reads this don't go McDonald's is better!!!!

This restaurant has poor service...I was very upset with the services that were provided from this so-called restaurant..I refuse to eat here again...

There are great times and eh times.... Lol... Some of the servers need to understand what customer service is.

Terrible service the evening of 9/20. Very slow service. Well over an hour to get an appetizer and main course had a nerve to be cold. May stick to the one in Stonecrest. Not sure what happened tonight if it s just a bad night or if the service declined over time.

Went there on 8/9/18 and ordered the unlimited riblets and fries meal and the riblets looked like scraps and was lukewarm at best, only the fries were hot. Sent those back and asked for some more that were hot because I like my food hot and those were the same, lukewarm so I was not happy with this experience.

Was disappointed with the food, service and the drinks quality they had been advertising for the month of May

Every piece of beef comes out medium well no matter how you asked for it

Took my GF here for drinks and appetizers. Food took a while to get here, but was very impressed with how clean things were and how quickly we were seated considering it was super busy when we went. Good food, great drinks.

I just have one thing to say. The bartender Dawn, has a serious attitude problem. Didn't see her smile 1 time. Didn't come back and ask if I needed anything. Just horrible customer service. Didn't get to order food, cause she was in the weeds. Just paid my drink tab and left.

Food was undercooked, the staff were rude, we NEVER got a tea refill even after we asked numerous times. We will NEVER be back to this location nor will we refer anyone to eat here.

Service has gotten slower. Seriously considered walking out after waiting ten minutes for my bill. Servers arguing with each other. Loudly

They took forever to take our orders and they took forever to cook it. They kept messing up people's orders. I would never go there again.

Service was prompt and Waiter was courteous. We had a great time.

Food was great! Customer service can be a little better. Waitress walks away and very rarely returns to check on you.

They turned away about 10/12 people waited 20min. Plenty booths available. Not many workers. Older lady host turned us away because according to her someone left without paying $100.prior to our arrival.
I'm not quite sure what they had to do with all the parties waiting however she stated management was too Busy speak with us.
You all missed a lot of money it all went to Dugans down the road. Worst experience to date.

DO NOT GO TO THIS APPLEBEES They have a lot of roaches in the bathroom and they had hair on my food and is most ghetto Applebee s in Atlanta !!

This location can get very busy but the food and service is good.

Worst apple bees ever , most servers have nasty attitudes & it literally took 45 mins for an appetizer.

Waited 45 minutes for my to go order. Last time I visited this location I was served pork on plain mash potatoes. When asked to remake they took it off the top and returned it to me. Just disgusting!!!

It was a large roach on the pick up counter, but the cashier didn't notice it. I thought it was going to crawl on her stomach. Wow! Guess you have to check your food for bugs at this Applebee's restaurant on Memorial Drive.

3 stars because the regional manager fixed the problem I was faced with but I'd give 1 star for the service I received from the manager and original staff
