Everything about this is company is terrible. I live at the Saphire. From the accounting (apparently we owe a large sum of money even though we have made every payment on time) to the building literally falling apart. (My water tastes terrible, heating doesn t work, paint job is terrible) DO NOT move in here.

I have been an employee of RESSCO for 1 1/2 years and it has been a very positive experience. I quickly learned that even though RESSCO is a large company they go above and beyond to show each employee respect as an individual. RESSCO is happy to award hard working employees the opportunity to be promoted and grow with the company. I was able to move from the position of Leasing Consultant to Property Manager after one year of employment. It also meant a lot to me that when my family experienced an unexpected loss not only was I given the time I needed the owner personally reached out to me to express concern. For these reasons and more I am very happy to be part of the RESSCO family and am looking forward to future endeavors within the company.

I live in Newburgh Square apartment complex run by this property management company. They obviously don't want people to live here because they do the worst job. Grass hasn't been cut in a year, no lounge chairs at the pool, no tennis nets, siding falling off the buildings, and tarp on the roofs instead of replacing them. They must not make any money because they don't fix anything. I see less and less cars in the parking lots. Ours will be one less car next month. Cant wait!

Ressco Properties took over managing Pennbrook Apts. In Riverview. Even changed the name to Riverview Crossings. We had faith this company would be better then the last. Considering all residents had issues with their apts. But to no avail. Ressco is just as irresponsible and greedy. They want your rent on time every month. But they only want to band-aid the problems here. Issues here range from, units flooding when it rains. To No heat when its 30* outside. No one answers the phone. Not even the after hours emergency number. My opinion is. There are really good management companies out there. This IS NOT one of them. I recommend if your looking to rent. Stay far away from any complex owned by or using this management company.

I live in Newburgh Square. The management is horrible. Everything needs updating. Repairs take months on end. Outsiders walking in and out of a down fence. Main Doors barely lock properly. This place does not feel safe. The halls stink and are not clean. Our laundry room has been flooded with sewer water overflowing for months and they won't even clean it. The smells travel in and out if the apartments! This place us disgusting. Please don't waste your time or money. You will be sorry!

I live at the Atrium in Southfield Michigan. I have paid my rent every month since I moved in over a year and a half ago. When I initially moved in I paid my first and last month rent. When the last month of my lease approached I did not pay it after speaking to one of the many property managers we have had. I get a letter from their lawyer stating that I did not pay my rent for the month and that I would lose my discounted rate. After explaining my situation and looking at my payment ledger the 'accounting department" made a mistake and $200.00 was actually owed to me. I had already renewed my lease so there was nothing else that I could do.
Last month I paid my rent and I receive another letter from their lawyer stating that I did not pay my rent. I took a copy of my cashiers check to the office manager and my rent was applied to another tenants unit. After thinking everything was resolved I get an eviction letter from the court for non payment of rent I have paid! Thinking that I would be able to make a complaint about the accounting department with Ressco I called this morning and the receptionist who answered the phone basically said that I have to speak to my property manager and they could not help. If you are the parent company you would think that they would deal with escalated issues; however, they have no process in place for these kinds of issues. Now I feel as if I have to get my lawyer involved because I don't believe that everything is being handled correctly. The individual that I spoke to this morning did not even seem to care about my livelihood (being evicted for paying my rent). Even if I had an issue with the property manager (which I don't) she basically said I would have to deal with the property manager. This is not how business should be conducted

If you can avoid their properties, AVOID THEM. I was a resident of the Atrium Apartment buildings from 2015 - 2019 and there were nothing but issues. The building was janky, the first 2 years of living there the elevator didn't work and I lived on the top floor. The air worked when it felt like it and it was EXTREMELY hot during the winter months. We had no control over the heat, the building always smelled funny and there was never anyone in the leasing office, except when they wanted to tell you that you were late on your rent. I wasn't late...they were never there to get the damn check! Not my fault you come in once a month. January 2019 there was a fire that forced me to relocate. They held my stuff hostage for months after the fire, telling me to "learn to be patient." As of September they haven't reimbursed me for the rent that I paid for the month the fire happened and when I call them the woman who does the accounting is always "out." WHAT DO YALL PAY SIS FOR IF SHE'S NEVER THERE TO WORK?! They own the Sapphire apartments too and they've been without water for who knows how long. SMH TERRIBLE. The reviews are no lie!

Terrible customer service, lack luster maintenance, condescending leasing agent, and so much more. I'm SO glad I took pictures of my move in along with call logs showing the disparity in times from which I was usually not contacted back at all. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I also find it peculiar that the ones rating it 5 stars are ones that work for the company trying to tip the scales. While the actual tenants whom are not employed, don't. If that isn't any indication of foreshadowing the companies culture. I don't know what is. Similar to gaslighting.

The potential for growth was confirmed with my promotion less than 4 months in and with the companies focus on developing employees and promoting from within, the sky's the limit! As a company we added numerous positions and employees as we grew by 3 new acquisitions in 2018. With this commitment to employee development, company expansion and creating quality homes for residents, I know I am in the right place!

Worst experience ever living in one of the properties they manage. They are all run down and they dont care about fixing any problems for the tenants. If i could give negative stars i would. Its funny that the only positive reviews are their employees to boost ratings. They care more about themselves and stars on google than the people that pay their checks so they can survive.

For Canyon Cove in Toledo, ran by Ressco: due to health code and fair housing code violations the entire leasing staff has quit. This company should really be investigated . They had a covid case in the office and didn t inform any of the other staff, all while elderly, pregnant and other high risk people were coming in and out of the office. The ethics of this company are amazing. It starts at the top of the company all the way down. I d love to have a face to face conversation with the coward Steve that manages the property out of Detroit. He put my family at risk, I d love to tell him in person how I feel about this. Maybe someday I ll run into him somewhere. Then you add that the current manager Cherie is breaking fair housing laws that protect against discrimination this place is a mess. Ask them to show you the apartments that have broken pipes with mold and water in them, maybe you can live in the same building as those, hopefully you are okay with mold.

I lived in Village Green- now Waterford Square for almost 2 years. They put a FAKE lease on my account, didn't place my checks on to my accounts until after due dates, so that I would have to pay them fees, falsified a legal document that was sent over to my new apartments. The old property manager fought me for months trying to hold me to a lease that expired 8 months prior until my lawyer got involved. Shortly after the promised me my security deposit. I moved out IN APRIL and do not have it. I have sent calls and e-mails to Trena, Kathy (the main accountant), Suri and the apartments themselves. I am placing my demand letter with them and then will be taking legal action and will be going to court.

If any other resident past or present would like to join in and file claims I would be willing to do so. Regardless, if I do not get my security deposit we will be in court.

The Toledo property canyon cove is the worst place I ve ever encountered and the entire staff just passes everything off saying corporate is not answering them. I m at the point where I am going to have to contact a lawyer to resolve any issues.

Every negative thing you have read about Newburgh Square and Ressco Management is true. I moved out on June 30, 2017, and I am still wating on my security deposit. Have made numerous calls to Newburgh Square and Ressco and keep getting the run around. They are already past the 30 days that I am suppose to receive my full security deposit. I received a form from NewburghSquare stating that I would get my full deposit and their were no damages. After I have been promised three times that my check is in the mail, I will be taking them to court. As I told the manager of Newburgh Square; they are not going to keep my money.

If I can give these people less than 1 star, I would!!! I've been waiting for over TWO months to get my refund from them, when legally, they only have 30 DAYS! I HAVE HAD IT WITH THEM. Omar is in charge of the property and for over two months, I have been able to get ahold of him ONCE! He promised my check was in the mail and that was a farse! If anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit against them, please contact me and I will get everything in order. Also, do not be afraid to contact the BBB to get them involved in investigating the HUNDREDS of complaints! Also REPORT REPORT REPORT the employee reviews, it is a conflict of interest and it is against Review Policy. Please help get these criminals shut down!

They have offered multiple paid training events, and also reimbursed mileage for driving to the training events. Since starting I have seen multiple RESSCO employee's advance within the company. I have lived in the Village Green apartment complex for 3 years. 2 years ago Ressco acquired our property and it has gone downhill since.

The largest issue is that Ressco doesn't value their employees. Every single worthwhile office employee or maintenance person has quit before a year in our complex. And our issues don t get solved.

I am 3 weeks without air and they claim that they only have 1 Hvac certified employee and that there are 30 OTHER RESIDENTS who also don t have AC in the hottest part of the summer. Ressco needs to hire people but they don't value their residents or employees enough to truly give people what they need.

The number hasn't depleted from 30 this whole time. We had the same issue last summer. You think they would have learned.

If I could rate a company 0 or blacklist them I would. Never rent from their properties. I have emailed and called Ressco many times and my complex and nothing has been done.

Also, it's funny that all the 5 star reviews are from employees and every resident has rated it 1 star.

Notice all the high ratings are from employees? There are hardly any residents from the properties these people "manage" that give them more than 1 star.

Every property this company buys has totally flopped.

They claim resident retention, but all I see is a convoy of UHauls moving out of my complex, and I am not far behind.

They claim they will raise the value of the acquired property. Last I checked, overgrown grass that has been cut twice this summer coupled with mountains of garbage, poorly maintained road (giant pot holes), and zero communication between the front office and their residents will NOT raise your property's value.

My complex is offering a $600 resident referral bonus - I wouldnt recommend ANYONE live in ANY property that has any association with this sorry excuse for a property management company.

I moved in Carriage Park Apts. in April 2016, it has been a total nightmare. There's NEVER anyone to answer the phone. In Oct of this year we received a notice that there was no heat and if we purchased a space heater, under $100 they would comp it on our bill. Next we had heat...here we are one month late and again NO HEAT we were not even told the boiler when out, and again no one answering the phone at the Leasing office. I called the management company RESSCO spoke to a very polite young lady who took my information and said she would have the District Mgr call me...So we'll see if I get a call!

had signed my lease for SEPT 19th, paid holding fee and security deposit. was called a week later to be told we can t move in because of City of Lansing inspections, ok totally understandable.... was told my Taylor in Autumn Ridges office that I could move in the 25th and they would drop my move in costs by $322. I thought wow, how nice. Got closer to the 25th so I CALLED just to see if I was still good to move in considering I had BWL/ CONSUMERS/ AND UHAUL all set up again ready to be moved in. Was told by Rose that they don t have any information and I can t move in and and that they will contact me if they know something... another week goes by after me continuously contacting them only for them to become frustrated with me. I called Ressco the first time and was told that as long as I didn t move in I could get a refund on what I paid, green called Ressco again for them to tell me they have no record of me calling the first time, saying they will put me in contact with Allison the regional manager. I have yet to hear from her.... the lack of communication is beyond disappointing and I was told that they were under the impression that I wanted a refund and to cancel my lease... I told them that wasn t the case and I was inquiring about the process of cancelling if that s what I ended up having to do, I was told by Janeen the property manager that she will just cancel my lease and have the refund forms sent to me, I also asked if this is something I have to sign off on and she told me no since they can t move anyone in and the best part is my friend called to see if they had any townhomes available AFTER EVERYTHING and she was told they have some available mid October. Do not rent from here if you plan on moving in and want to have your move in date pended out with no answers, no communication, no accommodation for the delays and bad attitude, if you re into that kind of thing then by all means contact them ;)

Called to speak with head of maintenance they are very unprofessional and whoever they have working front desk has terrible customer service. They never get the issues handled in the processes of being represented to go fourth in the court process as I am pregnant and had a roof cave in on me while being pregnant so on top of taking them to small claims court in addition I will be suing the complex as well. Do not move into Riverview crossing in Riverview mi or any of the apartment complexes owned by res do as you will have many issues as stated from other reviews as mine.

Your company purchased the property on Northline in Southgate 2 years ago and the fish pond does not work and you are not feeding them.. The residents are very upset seeing dead big KOi fish all over. Please do something about this! Also the parking lot has so many pot holes it's wrecking the cars driving through. Why don't you take care of these things? This was never like this when Village Green Owned it!

This company should be sued for everything its worth. I was a resident of the Sapphire in 2017, and that was the worst decision I could have ever made. Busted pipes, sewage, no hot water or heat for months yet still rented out apartments. Staff that were willing to lie to residents for a paycheck, and its still going on to this day. Any good reviews are employees trying to make ratings go up. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I became a resident of this property in Feb 2017, while still under the management of Village Green. At that time, we felt confidence in the staff and their integrity of truly wanting to work with their valued residents, as it was a reflection of their management team and the Property's reputation as a whole!!. Since RESSCO has taken over management, AND CHANGED THE NAME OF THIS PROPERTY TO "WATERFORD SQUARE" APTS, This place has become like a Section 8 housing project. TRASH just dropped inside and outside of the premises. Laundry room, NEVER has maintained washers and dryers. Snow removal, no longer a priority. Maintenance orders, may or may NOT be addressed. Staff, UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY for the issues that are addressed to them, and the KIND of people they are allowing to move in now, clearly, there is NO LONGER a screening process for new residents. People parking in "Handicapped" parking spaces when clearly they are NOT handicapped. Broken down cars in the parking lot that haven't moved in over a year. Dog Poop all over the lawn, and the owners feel NO responsibility in cleaning after them. Vacated Apts are left unsecured, so that ANYONE can walk in the building and set up house at ANYTIME, which has been reported NUMEROUS TIME to the ineffective "I Don't Give A F%#k" Property Manager on staff. As a HARD WORKING tax paying citizen who just renewed her lease with the promise of new windows and carpet cleaning for my apartment, and updates to the building, NONE of these promises have been kept, nor have they been acknowledged. They go through staff like the wind goes through a window on a stormy day, and their Business Office MAY or may NOT be open,even during scheduled Business Hours, depending on how they feel. If you are a person who believes that you should receive quality living if you pay between $800-$1100/month for an apartment, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS PROPERTY!! You've been warned :-(

I disregarded the negative reviews as isolated incidents, which was a huge mistake. The short story is that I m now living an over-price apartment in need of major repairs, without central air.

Long version: We chose Northview Harbor because it seemed like a good value, and they allowed a short-term lease. At the end of this lease, our rent went up by a significant amount, but we didn t want to go through another move, so we stayed. Shortly after this, the apartment above ours lit on fire, forcing us to relocate. This is when the real trouble started.

We were not contacted by Northview Harbor, or its management
company (Ressco) for more than a week at a time. We eventually had to start going into their office, because they would not return our calls, nor give us a manager s contact information. Eventually, I caught one of Ressco s regional managers, and the property owner trying to enter my still-inhabited apartment without notifying me (they falsely claimed it was an emergency. A fire is an emergency, water damage that has sat there for a week is not).

When I was finally relocated, I was moved into a space in need of numerous repairs. Some of these were made. But, as of writing this, months into habitation, my air conditioner is broken, my front door buzzer does not work, my back door does not lock, one my windows is cracked from previous tenants, and my mailbox does not open or close properly. They have been notified of each of these problems, multiple times, over a course of months.

The staff is very nice, but they are full of excuses. There s a subcontractor refusing to do his job for the buzzers, they re getting quotes on replacing all the windows, the air-conditioner is hard to find parts for, they ve had turnover etc. Their fixes have been sloppy. They put a board in my back door to keep it from opening, they installed a tiny portable AC to keep one of the bedrooms cool.

This complex is run by a professional management company (Ressco). I am sympathetic to their excuses, but a professional management company should be well-equipped to handle any of the explanations I ve been given. Fact is, this place is expensive, and I am no getting what I pay for.

I have been an employee of RESSCO's since 2016. From the very beginning I have felt like a member of a family. Ressco is a growing company who is dedicated to not only the residents but also the employees. The growth and advancement opportunities here is mind-blowing; I have been promoted multiple times during my short time here. Ressco offers quarterly bonuses (which I have received every quarter since I have been here) incentives and opportunity for growth. The work culture here at Ressco is superb; from the leasing agents to the CEO, everyone is approachable and want to hear from us, and will do their best to resolve any issue that my arise.

RESSCO has made my time at the Hoover Square Apartments quite enjoyable! When I first moved in I had some maintenance issues with my apartment and after notifying the office staff my issues were resolved right away! I've lived here for over 5 years now and can say that the office staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. No complaints on my end.

I've been living in Autumn Ridge in Lansing for over a year. In July we started to hear animals in our walls, come to find out we have a wicked raccoon infestation, huge amounts of feces and urine in the attic, insulation is ruined and theres a giant hole leading into my neighbors attic. It took me complaining, calling the office almost everyday, and it still is not resolved 3 months later. They finally called out a specialist after 3 months of me and my neighbor harassing them about the issue. 9 raccoons and 1 opossum later, they are out of the townhouse but now comes the issue of getting them to fix the damages and clean up the massive mess up there. To make it better, i'm 8 months pregnant and have told them multiple times how much stress this is adding on me and how big of a health hazard it is. I don't know what the issue is but it seems like a higher up issue of my local management not being able to do what they need to do to fix the issue. I also do not understand why no structural maintenance has been done in the area to repair routine damages every year to prevent something like this from happening. $1000 a month gets you nothing but a headache.

Think twice before moving into Canyon Cove Villas in Toledo! it is owned by RESSCO. Management at the location change constantly and they tell you what you want to hear without taking care of the issues (look at the comments of other reviews from tenants at CC). I used to enjoy living in the area until the new company bought the property. Neighbors complained about things not getting fixed (management always said "short handed), grass hardly ever cut (always finding new landscapers..hmm) , plus they increased rent by a ridiculous amount (again, see comments from tenants at CC). I am glad I left when I had the chance and bought a house. All I can say is, good luck to the people who still live there! I have now waited over 2 months now for my security deposit to be returned and I have now filed with the BBB of Toledo and small claims court on this property.

I have been with the company close to two years, and I'm glad they gave me the chance to grow with them! There are a ton of opportunities for advancement, and they prefer to promote from within. The take the time to train their leasing staff, managers, and maintenance technicians, which leads to a really cohesive work culture. They also take care of their employees with an awesome bonus program, along with other incentives, like a great healthcare package, paid time off, holiday pay, and a substantial rent discount for employees who live on-site. Due to a divorce and sudden separation from my x husband I was desperately looking for a place to move near this location. I found these townhomes. They were advertised as offering three different levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. I signed a Platinum lease, which was supposed to be their most updated Townhome. I was very clear in stating I didnt care the cost as long as the townhome was in excellent condition (cost was not a factor for me). After delaying my original move in date to 3 weeks later, I was forced to rush to move into a townhome that was not properly prepared for a new resident. Upon my arrival, my walls were dirty and not painted. There were paint stains on the floor. The cabinets and drawers had water damage. All of the doors were old and dirty and had mismtached door knobs. The door frames on EVERY bedroom door was missing. There were nails sticking out of the wall. Huge drywall patches that were never sanded down properly or painted. The bathroom downstairs wouldnt flush. Half of the electricity upstairs didnt work for the first 2 months that I lived there.. It took them a month to fix and replace my furnace. And now I have mold growing on the wall in my kitchen and the baseboards and flooring is starting to lift. I have been here since August and signing that lease was the biggest mistake Ive ever made. Now they want me to pay to get out of my lease. How is it fair that I should have to pay to get out of lease and the leasing agency didnt hold up their end of the contract. Nothing was what it should have been. Ive since filed a report with the Health Department and Im working on getting a lawyer involved. Im very disappointed in the morale of this Business. How is it moral to move a single woman and her two kids into a townhome that is unfinished, unlivable and infested with MOLD.

Falsely claimed I didn't pay rent until they saw cancelled checks with their name. Neighbors upstairs have four children in the one bedroom apt that run run and jump all night. Nothing done regardless of numerous complaints. No upgrades. No carpet cleaning. terrible.

If I couls give them 0 stars i would. Any positive reviews you see are by current Employees period. This company does not give a damn about its residents and only sees them as dollar signs and not people. I lived at the sapphire from November 1st-2017 until feb 24th 2017. I had no little heat from the end of November until it went completely out in January and everyone was evacuated due to no heat or water. I had 2 holes in my window which were never repaired leaks and then a flood 3 days before I moved. They still expected me to pay rent for February even though we paid our rent for January and we were living out of a hotel for almost a month. When we left we were supposed to be issued a check one month after we moved out and still have yet to receive that check I m sickened

Please do not be a resident of any of RESSCO properties. We left our apartment at Carriage Hill Apartments on May 2019 and they have yet to pay our security deposit as of current. I've emailed and called SEVERAL TIMES but our main contact Umer in accounting doesn't follow up. He only reached out once shortly after I emailed RESSCO's Regional Manager Carla Thornton, explaining to her about our difficult experience in getting our security deposit and he was copied on the email. He first said our check was approved but still needed to get signed before mailing it out to us, but then he says we could pick up the check. Not sure why we would be able to pick up the check but have difficulties getting it signed and mailed out to us. As assumed, Carla Thornton has not replied or called regarding this issue. I'm not getting any updates after 70 days after vacating. Michigan law requires landlords to return security deposits within 30 days and this company does not follow with basic Michigan laws. Legal action is encouraged to all residents who have experienced this - keep a good email trail!!

Management at property was lacking in knowledge of job.she ran off maintenance supervisor.leasing agent and property manager spoke to us in downgrading manner.company never paid vendors ..couldnt keep good vendors ...couldnt keep adequate stock to do job...and after i quit.they took 160$for madical benifits that were cut 3 weeks prior horrible company .dosent care about anything but$$$.they are crediting me for 74$.so there's a little relief.after reporting property manager to corporate for months i informed them i was looking for work elsewhere.property manager tried hindering that process as well just wish corporate would have done something.i liked the work

My Central air has been out for over a month now during these hots summer days. It s been a miserable living experience trying to tolerate the heat, sweating in my sleep, staying at friends homes etc. the secretary at ressco was very unprofessional she even laughed at me at one point. I was so surprised with it I could barely speak. I ve contacted the company several times with no response and I am actually writing this review at 3:29am out of my sleep due to sweating uncontrollably. Not sure what to do at this point. They tell me that they won t compensate me for time when it was intolerable to stay in my own home. Just terrible

Terrible customer service.. Maintenance repairs take a ridiculous amount of time (a month or more)..There is no urgency to help with any issues. Many of the long time residents have already left. I will be leaving as well. For the amount of rent that you pay, doesn't match the services or lack thereof. Don't be fooled by the exterior...Nice place but once they get your money...you are S.O.L.

I was living at Village in the park staff super professional, friendly, knowledgeble, and supportive. Apartments are really good with friendly neighborhood. Yet the RESSCO Corporate staff are very unprofessional, never return phone calls, give you the run around, tranfrer call and don't answer, give you false information, saying: that the person that you want to talk to are on leave, sick, or at lunch, anything for not having to talk to you. its pathetic that after almost 6 months they can't refund my diference in rent. . I am a Veteran/Marathon employee; for my brothers and sisters in arms find another place to rent that is not managed by RESSCO, i dont know if you want to have the headaches that i am going through. BBB and legal Assistance attorney's are ready to help you if you are experiencing the same problem. Marathon employees or contractors should bar properties that are managed by RESSCO due to the treatment received. I hope the president of RESSCO does training on customer service you have properties and staff in the field that are very helpful, yet people at the corporate are destroying your reputation.

If i will keep money that is not mine they will for sure call me a thief.

If i say something omitting the true, they will call me a liar.

Sad to see how people at the corporate office destroy the job of the great people at the field.

I am living at Northview Harbor Apartments in Gran...

I am living at Northview Harbor Apartments in Grand Rapids,
I am 60 years old, I have never missed a rent payment since I moved in on 2011.
In the past 3 weeks my air conditioner has not worked and the A/C unit was in fact removed to bring a replacement, it has been 2 weeks and 5 days so far and during that time I have received nothing but promises. The past 3 weeks my apartment has fluctuated from 81 degrees to 92 degrees at 11pm. If you live in Michigan you know the heat we have had during this time.
I have health issues which the management is aware of as well as a dog for special needs person (doctors prescription) which they are also aware of.
It is July 16, my Air conditioning has been out since June 28. This Thursday I will be out of air conditioning for 3 weeks with no results despite several conversations with the management office.
Do your research before you move in, look at the walls and the windows and the ceilings of their "newly renovated" apartments before you lock yourself into a lease.

This is by far the worst of the worst management companies I have ever dealt with. Every month there is a issue with your ledger in the apartment complex even when you take the receipt to the office they still try over charge you they do not answer maintenance calls and if you call this establishment here all you will get is either a voicemail or told to leave a email that they will never respond to I m not sure how any of them still even have jobs as the whole company is incompetent of doing there job it is a shame people pay they money and don t get good service in return take my advice if you do not want to be stressed out or to have to keep arguing with these people do not rent from this company please.

I would rate Ressco negative 5 stars. I moved into Canyon Cove property Aug. 24, 2019 and moved out Aug. 31, 2019. I would not recommend anyone - even an ememy to live there. I have been emailing and calling Ressco every week and I keep being told my refund is being processed!! It's now December and I still do not have anything! I did file a complaint with the Michigan Housing as our local BBB does not handle landlord issues/complaints. I will now be getting a lawyer as I am owed $995 and would like it returned.

NOTICE THAT ANY RATING HIGHER THAN A 1 STAR IS FROM EMPLOYEES. Have lived in one of the GR properties for over a year, no problems. I m a quiet and responsible tenant who pays my rent on time. Suddenly after their online system update, I m being accused of not paying rent. 3 times I have gone into the office and 3 times I have had this settled with the office staff. Now 3 weeks later the same accusation is being thrown at me. I was NOT missing or behind in rent, yet they found it appropriate to give me a 7 day eviction notice. I am not the only person this happened to, I was told 50+ others are being accused as well. This is NOT how you should treat good tenants and I do NOT recommend living here or at any property managed by this company. If I could give zero stars I would and I will not likely be renewing a lease.

Very disappointed in the management & maintenance ...

Very disappointed in the management & maintenance staff at the Village Green Apartments located at 950 Village Green Lane, Waterford.

Resident repair/maintenance requests are not completed in a timely fashion.

The playground area hasn't been maintained leaving unsafe for kids to play there. The playground equipment hasn't been properly repaired/maintained. Not to mention that grass/weeds have grown so thick throughout the entire area making it difficult for the kis to play.

The drive and parking lot areas are full of potholes some large enough to ruin a tire/rim.



The grass has only been cut twice this year and only after the township gave a final notice stating the township would cut if not done by the deadline.

The trees and bushes are all overgrown. It appears they too have not been trimmed and properly maintained in some time now.

This past winter the sidewalks were never shoveled rarely salted and always icy or snow covered. The drive and parking areas were never plowed in a timely manner.

The entire complex is falling apart. I know Waterford Township has a rental program and I'm almost positive that this apartment complex would receive an overabundance of violations at each building and the the entire complex it's self.

They are horrible. Dearborn heights....wont fix issues... new management every 4 months. Unprofessional at best. These pwople are horrible. Air condition stopped working and house thermostat is reading 85 degrees. Im tols that ots not the season to expect air conditioners. What??! Then when....y name will be added to a list and when its time for inspections, shell let me know. What???! INSANITY. NOW ITA 1:53 AM and its so hot that we cant sleep. My 4 year old has had two baths and ots so stuffy we ca. Hardly breathe. Sont move to these prlperties. Look up ressco property management
They are horrible with archaic policies and no one to complain to. You cant complain to ressco because they only send the the complaints back to local office yo be ignored
