Got to say ! These guys literally judged me. Extremely ruthless behaviour by the expertise. Approached for a problem, the reply was seriously harsh, when re questioned, they screamed . Amazing Recruitment by Apple India. Need to cross with the Apple India Care for dodging a complain.

Worst customer service ever. Didnt resolve my issue. It's no use going to them. They took my earpods for diagnosis and returned it the way it was saying "its working properly now".

If Apple device is under warranty then only visit here.

Well,they simply will reject taking your opinion without proper proof and facts. It's like they will superimpose their views on yours as if we are just dumb consumers and they're smart people sitting in a swanky office

They gave me 1day service with major fault in my iphone.

I went to the service centre for my iphone 6. They told me to deposit the phone without checking my phone.

Located on Hazra Road.
Adjacent to Maharashtra Niwaas.
Besides it is Axis Bank.
Visible from the road.

Ambience is good.
Seating arrangement is provided.
Staff is well mannered.
Though sometimes they allow people from outside the queue.

You have to wait. That is the con.
Staff form fill up is very slow.
Plus since it is Apple repairs, so cost is more.

I went for my iPhone SE charging issue.
Cable had to be replaced.
1 meter cable is Rs.1800.
2 meter cable is Rs.2700.

Got to know that Apple Warranty is just an eyewash.

Very bad staff ......is not helpful at all ......only asks customers to deposit the phone without even giving a fair idea of the cost ...........

You charged me Rs 3000 just for basic inspection of my Mac Pro. Even after that you couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong. Asked me for another Rs 35000 in advance so you can order parts and tell me exactly which part is defective in my Mac Pro 2010.

The service centre is good, but I m sure they charge a lot from the customer of small small issues. Like a normal tiny cut on new earphone is defective piece for them and they can t replace it, they can t change the charging port of the phone you have to replace the phone by giving 75% of your phone.

Apple India always sucks... As well as these guys... Never visit them...

Terrible service, basically a common computer repair shop with just Apple Service Center tag.
They would first Bill you first for diagnostic of laptop and then even have a look at what is wrong with the laptop.

Edit 1 after owners reply : I know what the Apple Service protocol is and I am appaled at the pathetic service you are providing. The service person didn't even discuss what the problem is, and was just interested with taking in the laptop and providing me a diagnostic bill.

Pathetic! I had a problem with macbook where it was restarting once every 1-2 days. Just wanted to check it out. They took initially Rs. 2500 . Then they asked me for 37000 to fix it. When I decided not to get it fixed by them they returned a laptop which is not even running. They kept asking to pay the 37000 to fix it and could not answer how a running laptop stopped working after their check up. Apple should be ashamed to put such a service centre.

Illogical arguments given to prove the macbook has suffered from water damage and excluded for warranty. Quotation of 41k half the actual price of the macbook purchased less than an year ago

very bad behavior and they don't know price of service and parts.

Well behaved staff and good service technically awesome knowledge they have. Good then another service provider.

Maybe it's not this service centre, maybe it's Apple itself. But they legit suck. I had to get my MacBook's battery replaced and they said it'll take minimum 18-20 days to get that done. This is just not acceptable. It's pathetic.

Wonderful service with good behavior all staff. Every iphone customer if any faces trouble must visit in this Service center.

A very functional and friendly place. Ideal when one is having trouble with his device and the mood is not the best.

Pretty incompetent, I went with the same problem three times, and each time they were unable to diagnose the problem because they could not replicate the problem. I had no trouble finding the problem within minutes of using my macbook. Then when they found the solution (not sure about that) they said they could not fix it even though I bought an extended warranty on my laptop. I suspect they could not fix it so they blamed a small dent on the laptop and hence their inability to fix it. Don't go there, find another place in Kolkata if you have to! Poor customer service too

Have a great experience while visiting the store at Hazra road. Representatives are polite ,well behaved and helpfull to the customers. I had bad experience vising other apple service provider earlier but this was not the case for me this time. I would like to visit this store every time if I need any help or support regarding any apple device.

Had a really great experience out there. Already visited twice before and I must say they have provided me outstanding service. Also in this pandemic, they re really taking precautions to ensure safety.

I was having a serious issues with my iPhone 6s plus they repaired it completely and delivered it within a week.

Basically good.My iPhone 6s had a microphone,receiver and headphone jack manufactured.They take my iPhone 6s.And after seven days servicing it.I also returned it.However,this iPhone service centre did not receive any money from me because my iPhone 6s was in the warranty period.But if your iPhone goes beyond the warranty period they are still very high charge from you.and then servicing charge is very high money.servicing charge for this service centre start from RS 880.However,I loved the fact that this service centre provides fast service.this service centre check all types of iPhone hardware and software problems.and within seven days your iPhone will report the problem to you.if this iPhone service centre can not repair your iPhone then this service centre sends your iPhone to apple main service centre Bangalore. Apple's Service Center then checks your iPhone properly and replaces or repair. If your iPhone is within the warranty period, this process is completely free But if your iPhone goes out of warranty period then this process is very expensive. The service center staff is very good and helpful. If you have a bad iPhone, you can go to this iPhone service center. This service center is great. Thanks this iPhone service centre for servicing my iPhone 6s.

Apple authorised service center. Basically it is a collection and replacement center. The staff are courteous but you have to keep following up with them to ensure timely response.

Quite expensive iPhone Covers and ScreenGuards.
Not much impressive though.

So to check the heating issue of power adaptor they have kept the adaptor, lightning cable and iPad. And it takes them 2 days to check the issue. Whereas service centre of other brands takes only few hours to solve the issue. Proud of apple after sales service.

A very friendly place. The staff actually helps us to get our apple devices repaired and exchanged.
