Terrible service, basically a common computer repair shop with just Apple Service Center tag.
They would first Bill you first for diagnostic of laptop and then even have a look at what is wrong with the laptop.

Edit 1 after owners reply : I know what the Apple Service protocol is and I am appaled at the pathetic service you are providing. The service person didn't even discuss what the problem is, and was just interested with taking in the laptop and providing me a diagnostic bill.
