Pathetic customer service.

I had my iPhone X's battery replaced here, a lot of issues arose after the replacement. They denied servicing it again without paying them hefty fees, in advance. Still carrying a broken phone around.

Since Apple doesn t have any official service provider here in India, these service centers run on complete monopolies. You have to pay whatever they ask.

Staff is rude and the wait here is more than an hour.

Conveniently located and you will get the required service for your apple products. Wait time can be slightly annoying at times, so make sure you have time at hand while visiting.

The only official Apple service centre. The staff is appreciable and is a nice service centre, yeah.

As apple products their service is pathetic. All apple products are vulnerable. Their service centers are for sucking more more money from loyal customers. We definitely should stop buying apple and make them a company like blackberry.

Poor products, poor service. Staffs are poorly educated and have no technological knowledge. Some 8th standard pass people are sitting there to make customers fool and suck more money.

One of most terrible and worst apple service center i have ever faced. My iphone x suddenly got shut down and its not charging also. So i have gone macintel and they said need diagnose the iphone that will charge 875 Rupees. I have given and after 3 days they saids its a hardware problem and need to replace around 53900 cost which is insane. Its better i will buy new iphone 11 by adding some money. When i gone to service center to pick up and asked about the actual problem they also not sure whether phone having logis board problem or charger problem. They didnt even opened the phone and looked what is the actual problem and keep saying they used professional apple tool to diagnose it which they also dont know. later i repaired it from another shop and got it working... They are scamming the customer. Dont ever go to this service center. Its better you go to b2x. at least they will listen to you.

I went there with an issue of my iPhone XR, heating problem. They kept it for some days and one day called me up and said, it did not have any issue, and whatever the issue was, they have solved it. I was happy and bring back my phone, and on the same day i started facing the same problem. what kind of service is this!! when i called up there, they simply said to visit again! as if we are sitting jobless! Apple is famous for there customer support, but my thinking was wrong.Customer support team can do one thing, making people fool in a very polite way. From day 1 till the date my problem with my iPhone is not solved yet. Worst service center full of nonsense people who can do nothing but making profit
