Yes this service center is very good at there service . This store is situated on main road and easily identifiable to us. Each and every aspects and problems of apple phones, laptop,ipad etc will be repaired well enough here.

Service quality is okay but employees working here have a very unprofessional attitude.

not expected such grumpy people around the apple brand

I visited them on Saturday 30th May. My MacBook air was under warranty and explained them the issue that MacBook is not turning on and they asked me to submit the laptop. Estimation was 15 days.

Surprisingly they deliver my laptop within 6 days.
Only cons which I found is little more waiting time compare to other service centre. But they are professional and the behaviour of frontend staff is also good.

Tried to sell me a used indian 3-pin for Mac book pro without cashmemo at the original price.

This is a place on Hazra Road beside Maharashtra Niwas.Very less chances of traffic congestion.

They give me a new iphone se before 13 days of ending my warrenty.I bought my iPhone se last october 6th 2018. After 11 months of purchasing just before 2-3 week ending my warrenty it got dead . Not even single scratch was in my iPhone . Just it was in my pocket. Phone was ringing in that time I got it out from my pocket ...it shows nothing a grey screen ..I tried to charge long press home key and wake up swich ...the result was nothing..then I went to macintel ..they inspected my mobile and changed in 4-5 working days ..they just gave me a new iphone se

If you have a Macbook problem , go to Chandni and search Dev Peripherals store. This Apple store asked me to pay 43000 for a repair excluding 2000 for Service Charge. The store in Chandni is the only one who could fix this problem. And he charged 2000 including everything. Very nice guy and honest. This is a review from a honest customer

Phatetic service,first they blame me that the accessories is not an apple product but after I argue with them than they told me it was there mistake but the accessories will not cover in guarantee.feeling disgusting and the behavior was very unprofessional

There is only 1 or 2 persons checking the problem of your apple device which means you have to sit there for a long time ...they also doesn't take care of apple devices which are more than 5 years stating that they are "vintage devices"...Been there a few times.

the manager there is very rude especially when u take ur i phone in warranty period, and moreover they will not accept ur phone when its in warranty period saying that try to update , or liquid damage wheres as with same problem i went to ho mi chi sarani and they accepted it one go ,and how come apple opens this kind of service centre ,

I was sent by Apple, to fix the battery issue. The person concerned over there misguided me. I took my Mac from there & reported the matter to a friend of mine based in California. He said that the battery serial number of the service report is not matching with the battery serial number of the Mac ... Pathetic !!!!!!!!!

If any one needs any thing for iPhone's here it is .... service is too good here! As we all know Apple has the best customer service!

Most Apple products are pricey - associated services are too - so that is not a surprise! But for the cost to the customer - the services and conduct of the people here - are very decent!

One of the worst centres with pathetic customer service. If this is the standard of Apple and the service.....A BIG LET DOWN.They forget they are in service industry. ROMA BHOWMICK not fit for service industry.

This is the worst place to visit.The technical stuff misguided me and rejected to register my Macbook Pro problem which is under Warrenty.They repeatedly told me it is fine to have scratches on screen due to the touching of keys of the Keyboard on the surface of Laptop's Ratina Display.They told me to clean it with proper gel and cloth and it will be removed.I insisted them to do it for me and they tried but could not remove the keymarks form the display.Then they said its is due to Cosmatic damage & it's not covered under warrenty.They even not intended to talk to me and ignoring me which is very much insulting.They even advised me to change the Display if it is so much required with 40K+ and extended warrenty worth 17K+ and tried to sell me display protector.

The staff just give a random phone call to tell about the problems without giving any report regarding the problems though they charge Rs. 2500 solely for the purpose. Not only that they don't bother even to help people recover their data and simply waves off their duty by saying this can't be done at all!!!

Macbook pro was working with 90% capability but now that they have given it back to me it is not even getting switched on. Completely useless centre with useless staff.

Could not understand simple instructions to downgrade the OS. Gave me an updated one and I couldn't use any of the softwares that I have. Had to downgrade myself. What's the point in paying so much money?

I request people not yo go....They are fraud......They should be ceased.
