Maybe it's not this service centre, maybe it's App...

Maybe it's not this service centre, maybe it's Apple itself. But they legit suck. I had to get my MacBook's battery replaced and they said it'll take minimum 18-20 days to get that done. This is just not acceptable. It's pathetic.
