Pretty incompetent, I went with the same problem three times, and each time they were unable to diagnose the problem because they could not replicate the problem. I had no trouble finding the problem within minutes of using my macbook. Then when they found the solution (not sure about that) they said they could not fix it even though I bought an extended warranty on my laptop. I suspect they could not fix it so they blamed a small dent on the laptop and hence their inability to fix it. Don't go there, find another place in Kolkata if you have to! Poor customer service too
