Went in early to get a tech appointment and had to wait an hour. That s ok, no problem but what was a problem is that Apple sends you a text asking if you need longer (30mins) to get back to the store press 2 .
We were too far away and I assumed that if I pressed 2 I would still be in line for service however the store sent a message saying there was no more slots available, I have to be there now or loose my place. Why bother having that feature in the first place as it s misleading.
I m spending my money elsewhere.
I d advise anyone to get in there early and keep your appointment or stay away.
Pretty poor for a big company. Plus costs too much to park in the city, what a wasted day. Rant over
