Very disorganised. Went to an appointment to arrange a warranty issue with my iphone11. Was in-store for over an hour. Waiting, waiting and more waiting. iPhone was eventually replaced with the apple iPhone swap over. My near new iPhone11 was replaced with a refab iPhone11. Poor effort apple!! Poor customer service. And poor effort on the swap for a new new iPhone11.
