Since last August, my now husband and I sold both our homes, and bought our new one, with Ann and her team. Using her team helped us save over $38k on the sale of our homes compared to other companies! On the day we were moving out of my husband s house, we found out there was a mixup with our moving company and the movers were not showing up. In a panic I called Ann s office as we were not going to be out by the deadline and within a short amount of time Ann had rounded up 7 people from her office and had them come over and help us finish packing up, cleaning and get everything loaded on the truck. Ann came by for a bit as well!
We were still a couple of hours late getting out but they coordinated with the buyer and made sure they understood what was going on, and even had the lawyer come by so we could sign while we loaded the truck. Needless to say, without their help we never would have made it out of the house with our sanity... or at a decent time. We highly recommend them!
