I can't thank Ryan enough for his patience and advise during our home shopping "adventure." It took a year to find a place. He willingly met with me when I could make it to town (I was buying from out of state) for marathon house showings. I never realized how picky and uncompromising I truly am, and Ryan happily moved on to the next property after every no (and there were many). It is also worth mentioning he is a WEALTH of area knowledge - I convinced he knows someone everywhere in Middle TN. He also understands land and construction and was able to point out things he knew might concern me about properties, most of which I would never notice. The place we bought he had pointed out the age of the HVAC unit and a plumbing concern, so they weren't a shock when those things were on the inspection. I will happily recommend him to anyone and absolutely love to work with him again in the future (If he'll have me;). Thank you!
