We called Ann with our desire to move to another part of town. Ann moved quickly to make recommendations on paint colors, de-cluttering and even furniture placement to help our house show at its best. She then sent in her design team with her own staging materials, (from furniture and wall art to even the little details like hand towels, soap dispensers and shower curtains). The entire house flowed beautifully from room to room with a cohesive design scheme. My husband loved it so much, he wanted to duplicate it at our new home. Ann helped us overcome some challenges with a neighbor who was rebuilding his car in the front yard which made for an unsightly appearance. Her solution was simple yet effective. She bought a car cover at her own expense and gave it to the neighbor as a gift and asked that he cover the car when he wasn't working on it. It worked! We had multiple showings and received an offer at almost our asking price within the first week! Another home in our neighborhood had been on the market for months without our challenges and still hadn't received an offer when we sold our home.
