We worked with Arvind Graham at Ann Hoke Realty, and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house. From the first day we met him for a tour of a house we liked, he has been the most responsive, thoughtful, hardworking agent. As first-time buyers, he fought for our best interest every time. He guided us through every step of the process, and he never pressured us to make a decision one way or the other. When we had questions, he either answered them immediately or found the answer and got back to us within hours at the most (and even then, he doesn't let 5 minutes go without responding to a call or text message!)

We cannot overstate how much we loved our experience with Arvind. Even after we closed on our new house, he worked to make sure the transition was smooth. The seller had failed to remove all of their belongings, and Arvind arranged junk haulers to come get it, and he spent three hours at the new house to make sure they got everything out without damaging the floors or walls. He truly cares about his clients, and he will do everything in his power to make sure you find the home you want.
