Andy Mohr worked incredibly hard for me on my new truck purchase. They worked with us on my search and trade-in details via phone at my request due to COVID-19, and then invited me in for a test drive and paperwork to finalize the deal. It was important to us to not sit all day at the dealership working on the deal. They stepped up and delivered a fast, fair deal. Was really pleased with my transaction with Andy Mohr until I tried to pay my car loan off early. After they had told me I had a no penalty loan I got stuck with a $125 early pay off penalty. Proved to me that they will tell you anything to get you to sign the papers.

When I first drove up to pick a used car, the salesman named Marcus was great. As time goes on I feel like he purposely did things wrong just to bother us. First he put both of my purchases into one when he knew it was not how it was supposed to be done. Then when we asked what was taking so long because we were there for almost an hour waiting. Marcus proceeded to gossip to his co worker about how inpatient we were. Marcus also knew we only had a card and didnt tell us we need cash or check to pay. All banks closed by this time. I had to pay 80 to get the money I needed to pay. On the better note the finance department was a highlight. They talked clearly and knew what they were talking about I would avoid marcus if you come to this lot.

Our son and wife bought two vehicles here last week. On the way home, one of them started making a loud vibration noise at 55+ mph. The
Salesman was called the next morning. The Manager of the dealership said there was nothing they could do. Later it was discovered that the one that made the vibration, had a TSB released for that year and make; therefore, they were aware there were issues and did nothing! The contact info for Andy Mohr, Owner, to discuss the situation, was impossible to obtain. Keep in mind, our son didn t buy just one car; he bought two. His father bought a brand new car from the Andy Mohr in Avon 6 months earlier. Several other friends and family members were planning on going to Andy Mohr as well in the future, but not any more. Stay away!!!! Both locations made mistakes on paperwork but that could have been overlooked, had they treated a young man with respect during his very first car buying experience. Very bad experience and will never buy a car from another Andy Mohr!!!!!

Disappointed that the salesman wanted us to turn in the chipped windshield in on our insurance after the purchase.... Insurance FRAUD isn t something I will be a part of. No transaction was made. Even more frustrated that after I called the referenced number I was informed that the salesman s language was a barrier. There was NO language barrier. It was quite clear his intention was for us to claim something that was done prior to us test driving the vehicle.

Communication was not. I was never called: all communication was initiated by me. Original promised pick up time was Tuesday morning, March 27. Finally picked up car late Thursday afternoon, March 29.
There were two small chips in the paint near the repair area (not associated with the repair). I was told this would easily be handled during the repair. It was not.

Purchased a used car, acutally a nice Jeep. The sales end, abosolutely wonderful.

7 days post purchase, the lights and bells started to go off. Had a $200 dollar sensor went bad. They stated that even though I had ~700 miles since purchasing, they would not cover the cost.

I had a warranty (basic) that came with the vehicle, but it did not cover this component.

The service manager, the sales person were great. The Used Car Sales Manager; Very Bad! He was good to talk to, email, and up front. In the end, I know know where to avoid buying a car.

90 days to receive a title on a car that was paid ...

90 days to receive a title on a car that was paid in full on the day purchased only after calls were made and not returned and then only after a demand letter was sent, did we receive title. Only because they know the 10 day law. These people are not on top of it at all and only care when it could come back to bite them legally. I personally would go anywhere else. No apologies, not calls back nothing to show they care enough. This was only a $4800 car. Would hate to find out how a more expensive car would go. For anyone else wondering, In the state of Indiana, a dealership has 31 days to send the title if you owe nothing on the car. If you have not received your title by then, you can submit a complaint, and also write a demand letter. Once they receive you letter requesting title, they have 10 days to send title or you can return the car for a full refund. These people know this. We sent the letter and guess what? The title shows up 2 days later, signed the day after they received the letter. This is just bad customer service.... According to these people "sometimes things happen that slow the process down" except we called and called and you never went out of your way even months later??? How is that a good reason on your end. You mean you just didnt care enough to worry about it until you got a complaint

Buying a new car. We have had a mixed bag of experience with your company. Our first encounter was not wonderful (with one of your male sales staff). This time, with Tami, we were treated to an entirely different experience. Tami knew her product, was helpful and no question was left unanswered. Tami was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her 10yrs of working knowledge stood her in good stead! Would recommend her to anyone... just ask for her when you ring or call in... Tami Worley. Thanks Tami!

I bought a car from here a few days ago and it's a very nice car with nothing significantly wrong so far. My car buying experience was a little strange because I scheduled a test drive and was told to ask for two specific people when I got to the dealership and I never even met either of those people, instead I dealt exclusively with Tyler and someone from the financial office who's name I think was David. Tyler gave us a very incorrect price for the car and just generally acted like the stereotypical car salesman type and the finance guy was much more personable and gave us the correct price. Buying from here isn't a bad idea, just triple check all the numbers first to be sure.

Tyler Crawford was my salesman. Tyler represented the Andy Mohr dealership and GMC exceptionally well. Although negotiations are a distasteful process, Tyler and his manager John were professional and pleasant throughout, and most accommodating. Once the dealership offer was accepted, Alex covered the final stages of purchase, warranties, extra services such as Ziebarting. Alex was great to work with. My wife and I had a great experience overall and with each individual we encountered. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle (exactly what I wanted), the price of the vehicle (better than I expected), and accommodations from the dealership and staff.

Called at 4pm for an oil change, no wait. Showed up at 515pm after dential appointment. 45 minute wait. Asked if I could leave it and pick up later. Rep assured me that they would leave keys and invoice in the car for me. In and out and on my way to see George Takei's Allegiance with time for dinner before. Very friendly, efficient and courteous. I picked it up around 930pm from the lot. Very pleased customer. Thank you!

It took us three visits to finally make a decision and Nick was really great through the whole process. My only complaint is after I drove the car home, got up the next morning to leave, the battery was completely dead. There had been an issue when I started the car on the lot, but was told it was normal for that to happen sometimes just because the car had been sitting. Anyway, I put a new battery in the car and it seems to be fine now.

This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. I felt like everyone there was really genuine and honest, which doesn t happen very often when you re purchasing a car. There were a few bumps in the road, as I was trading a car in and they worked extra hard to get me in a new vehicle!! Tyler C. and Alex were extremely helpful, friendly, patient and carried great attitudes throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Andy Mohr dealerships!

Stopped by a few times, even did a test drive once. Young inexperienced salespeople, if you can find one to help you. I bought a Lincoln. They will need to show a bit more professionalism before they sell me a car. (But a new Buick Regal wagon is looking good!)

I heard a noise coming out of my daughters GMC Terrain, I took it to the dealer to find out what was causing the noise and was told the car had a cracked transfer case which needed to be replaced. I paid the $110 diagnostic fee and asked them to return my vehicle. The service rep said to give them a few minutes to button up the car. He must have said he was going to butter my ass because I was only able to drive from their service garage to their front door when the car stopped and wouldn t go forward anymore. Rep said I m surprised it lasted this long but didn t want to address why we were able to drive the car to the dealership but we could only get 50 feet after their incompetent mechanic touched our car. Warranty expired 3 weeks before the damage so $3270 later I got the car back and I feel like the service rep screwed us in every possible way with a smile on face. I took the vehicle in on Thursday, was told they would have the transfer case shipped from Cincinnati and car would be ready on Friday. Next day, I called in and the rep said they didn t get the part and that they don t work on weekends. Monday morning the rep said it would be done today, by afternoon it was going to be Tuesday, maybe around noon. I should have just had my car towed to my mechanic, I don t trust the work they did. I tried to file a claim with my insurance company but once again the rep told me one thing but the insurance company another. External damage would be covered but since they speculated that the damage was caused by an internal failure, my insurance denied the claim. Yes, I m bitter about the way everything went down, but at least I know where not to take my vehicles for diagnosis of a noise.

Here are my highs...and lows of my leased 2018 GMC...

Here are my highs...and lows of my leased 2018 GMC Terrain from Andy Mohr GMC:

Highs---The staff was professional, attentive, and accomodating to my needs. They serve customers well. Also, there were plenty new Terrains to choose from, I believe over 70 at the time. I test drove 2 models (I really wanted the toffee-colored/Coppertino Metallic one) but it was a bit out of my price range.

Now for the lows---I had just finished work, and it took a great deal of time to actually close on it. But my salesperson Andrea was great in how she handled that by keeping me updated on the process. As for the car itself, it didn't come with Sirius/XM. My 2016 Terrain did. To access Sirius/XM, I downloaded the app to my phone, and I would have to use an auxiliary jack in order to listen. This is a problem if I wanted to change channels. I would use it as a last resort if there was a problem with my own streamed music from Napster on my phone, which I paired into this car (with Andrea's expertise) by the way. I couldn't do that with my first Terrain, big points for GM on this!

I also had power seats in my 2016, a lower priced model. This one doesn't. I realize some give and take will happen in the redesign of a car. Equipment like Sirius/XM and power seats will need to be addressed in future models if GM is to compete with other automakers, especially in the highly competitive segment of crossovers. The gas mileage is very good because of the 1.5 turbo engine. Even with the small engine, it's not slow by any means.

All in all, I love the sleek redesign, the color (Blue Steel Metallic) is on point. I'm looking forward to spring and summer, after a trip or two to the car wash, when that shine will last in the sunlight, at night, and the salt from the winter will be long gone!

I have done business for years with the Quick lube area and they are nothing short or awesome. Aimee and Jeromy (who I mostly deal with) are friends, remember your name and Say what they are gonna do and then they Do It
I would recommend that group to anyone.

Outstanding customer service!
Met with Bill Geshwilm at the Buick/GMC location to replace one of our leased cars.
He was extremely knowledgeable, consultative and non-pressure. He developed a great deal on a new Buick. At the last minute we decided to look for a slightly used car and buy a new car when the other lease was up next year.

Bill was able to connect us with another experienced salesman, Rich Popp at Toyota Avon another Andy Mohr location. He had the Toyota Avalon we were interested in. True the the Andy Mohr team he made me feel welcome
helped me choose from five vehicles and made me a great deal.

Jermany Wilson their GM introduced himself and took a personal interest in finding the second set of keys. He personally called me to arrange for pickup.

I WILL buy my next car from Bill Geshwilm and the Andy Mohr Team!

I would recommend Andy Mohr to anyone!

Friday, June 28th, i bought a used truck from them...

Friday, June 28th, i bought a used truck from them with CASH!. I left the lot just in time to get to work. Coming out of work at 11:30 at night, i was informed by a co worker i had no taillights or license plate lights. No parking/running lamps up front either. Turn signals and brake lights all worked. I immediately drove the truck back to the dealership, being followed to keep from being pulled over, and left it till Saturday morning.

Saturday morning i made them aware that no lights like that is required by law to have and a legal issue. They said they would look at it and let me know.

Today, July 1st, i got a call letting me know the the circuit for those lights is dead, basically saying fuse box is bad. And they can't fix it because it would cost them like $600 , from their own service department?? And asked if it was something i could do and there are used fuse boxes online for like $80. The funniest and most ignorant thing i was told is that its not really a legal issue because you only use lights at night. Lol. If i am correct, license plate lights and running lights are REQUIRED BY LAW, to drive at night.

I was handed the keys and told to have a nice day.

I have family that has bought over 15 vehicles for the past 3 decades from them. Word of mouth is KARMA. They won't be dealing with them again or anyone I know.

Maybe my lawyer too. Its written in the contract i signed.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Shop around, take your time. Look other places beside Andy Mohr Buick GMC.

Other dealerships will take care of their customers, Andy Mohr doesn't. Lost me and everyone i know as customers.

*****Update*****
I was contacted by GM of dealership and offered a full refund of vehicle. Smh. So instead of having part fixed for around $300, that you LEGALLY need to have, they were going to lose a cash sale of thousands and relist the vehicle with same problem for someone else to potentially have to deal with. It blows my mind.

I am going to have the Power Module rebuilt, at my cost and keep the truck so no else has to deal with the shady service. ****BUYERS BEWARE****

****Update****
As of July 11th, I still have not heard back from GM. I was told he was going to check with Service Manager and call me back, back on July 1st.

Dealerships make alot of their money from financing and warranty work. So if you aren't financing a vehicle with a warranty, they could care less about you. And it shows.

****As of 7/30, $940 plus dollars in all front ball joints needing replaced plus right front wheel bearing.
Carfax shows Andy Mohr "completed" maintenance inspection on 5/28/19. Curious as how the technician missed all the visible movement that comes with worn ball joints during an inspection. Hmmm. Again, this problem was not disclosed to me along with the lights issue. Serious issues here. Shady crew over there.

If I had to rate the Service Department yesterday ...

If I had to rate the Service Department yesterday I would have given 0 stars. Very frustrating day. Today when I picked up my vehicle I spoke with the Service Manager (David Parker) about what had transpired over the course of several days regarding a repair to my 2013 GMC Terrain. He listened, asked for more information from his staff, and made a decision to fix the issue. Also kudos to Angela in service and one of the Mechanics, Ed P. who were on the receiving end of some of my frustration and anger. It was never personal and I thank you for staying calm while trying to explain a very confusing and frustrating process. I will continue to be a customer.

We purchased a used 2017 GMC Acadia from Andy Mohr Buick GMC, and we re very pleased with the entire process. We visited the dealership in February, and met Chris, who was extremely helpful and professional. Even though we weren t ready to purchase at that time, Chris was patient and stayed in touch over the next 8 months, til we were finally ready to purchase. When he turned us over to Sitota in finance, she was a delight to work with as well. I ve never chosen a dealership based on a salesman, but I did this time and would go back to Chris again.

Purchased a truck here in December. A 2016 with 37k miles. A low tire pressure light was present while test driving it and asked the salesman if it would be taken care of if I purchased it and was told yes. The following day I went to pick it up and they shot some air in it and sent me on my way. For two weeks after I filled it up periodically because it clearly had a leak and was not just low. I Took the truck to firestone because I was going to just pay to get it patched but there was a 3 inch nail in the inner sidewall and the tire needed replaced. I called the dealership to see if there was anything they could do since I was told this issue would be taken care of and it wasn t and all I got was it s been 2 weeks and you re calling me to complain?! In my opinion, 2 weeks isn t very long to complain about something I had their word on and tried to take care of on my own until I realized the tire was damaged beyond repair (was offered a free tire if I bought another one, but bought elsewhere because of the way I was spoke to). After that within a few weeks the truck started shifting terrible so I scheduled an appointment for this dealership to look at it and they scheduled me a week out and then called the day before the appointment and told me the transmission guy didn t work on the day they scheduled me. So I took it to a different dealership and they had to replace the torque converter. About a month after all this the battery fuse box blew and the starter went bad and also the pinion seal in the rear differential was leaking Into my driveway and needed replaced. Needless to say that since December (And only driving about 3k miles) this is a lot of issues that I would imagine shouldn t be going on with this year and mileage of a vehicle. I understand that when you purchase a vehicle as is these are the issues you can possibly run into, but I called the dealership in a last ditch effort in hopes they would acknowledge that this has been a bad situation and try to work with me on a trade to get into a hopefully more reliable vehicle. I was told my trade would be around 7k less than my out the door price was in December.
So my advice would be just be careful just because you are buying from a reputable dealer doesn t mean you are getting a good vehicle. Mine has been unreliable to say the least and I was offered
Little to no help with any issue I ve had with it from this dealership.

Update: and now it won t start again today

Had a deal worked out on the phone and appointment made to pickup the vehicle, only to receive a call 40 minutes prior stating they just sold the truck.
It was agreed that I would be there and set a time to take off work.
The lack of professionalism from a dealership such as this is comical.
I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, and will make this my goal to keep others from experiencing the same frustration I just experienced.
My salesman had all of the apathy of a brick over the loss of my business, and i didn t even get an apology. I can only imagine what their service after a successful sale would be like based on this.
