If I had to rate the Service Department yesterday ...
If I had to rate the Service Department yesterday I would have given 0 stars. Very frustrating day. Today when I picked up my vehicle I spoke with the Service Manager (David Parker) about what had transpired over the course of several days regarding a repair to my 2013 GMC Terrain. He listened, asked for more information from his staff, and made a decision to fix the issue. Also kudos to Angela in service and one of the Mechanics, Ed P. who were on the receiving end of some of my frustration and anger. It was never personal and I thank you for staying calm while trying to explain a very confusing and frustrating process. I will continue to be a customer.
