We knew what we wanted(vehicle wise)and all we needed was to test drive & a salesman to get the paperwork done. That was accomplished within an hour! Tyler did a good job of bringing the car to us & got the dealer tag for us to drive.
The paperwork was done very fast. We will definitely drive up to use Andy Mohr again. Their website should have the other incurred prices though.
I knew that there would be at least $300-$350 for fees of prep & such. But it turned out to be $550(including a fee for window etching) total.
Other than that it was a great process for us.

I am extremely impressed with the efficiency of my service. I placed an online service (oil change and tire rotation) at 2:45 for a 3:00 appointment. They got me right in as scheduled. It was completed by 3:35. Nice work Andy Mohr Buick service department!

I appreciate Angie taking the time to explain what services are being provided to my vehicle and she always remembers my face when I walk in the door:) The waiting area is the perfect spot to catch up on work and not fall behind during my work day! Just bought a vehicle from here last week. Giving it a 2 star for the salesman who worked with me. He was honest, didn't pull any tricks, and if he didn't know a question, he went and asked.

On the actually dealership side, it wasn't so great. First off, I had went in on a Monday to look at a vehicle, told them I was interested and that I was going to talk to my bank. The next day they sent me the purchase agreement. They had added $250 dollars on to the sticker price as well as a $299 "theft" fee that they apparently add to all of their vehicles but don't inform you about. When I asked why they changed the sticker price, they said that prices fluctuate like gas prices. Luckily they dropped the $250 dollars but still had to add the "theft" fee. Which I still didn't completely understand but my salesman was new so he wasn't that sure either. It took an hour for them to email a purchase agreement due to "technical issues" But I believe this was because they were changing the price on the website for that extra $250. Luckily my banker had printed out the listing that morning so I KNOW they changed it during then.

The vehicle is nice, and it did have a couple issues but nothing terrible. Driving it off the lot, the battery saver light came on. Didn't think much of it other than needing a new battery. Four hours later on my way to work, the car died and had no power at all. Four hours off of the lot. I called the dealership back and I knew it was sold As Is, but was hoping I could get some sort of help being that I was having issues literally that day. They told me that since it was As Is, I was pretty much out of luck. I personally think some lights were reset because in my years of working with cars, never had I had an alternator go out so quickly. There was no battery lights on during the test drive. I don't think they serviced the vehicle, or at least tried to fix any of the issues that were present at that time. So I had to miss work that day, wait on a tow truck for 4 hours, and have it towed to a mechanic to have it worked on. Thankfully I bought an extended warranty.

They also don't update their website about their inventory aside from when they try to change the price on you. The mileage on my vehicle was wrong. There is a Dodge Charger RT on the lot that was off on the website by about 4,000 miles. This was because it was stolen and taken to Texas. Think they would update that and the pictures of it on the website? Nope.

Overall, the vehicle is nice, the salesman was pretty cool and personable. But the tricks that they try to play by changing the price on me really left me with a sour experience and I won't ever deal here again. Apparently the bigger the dealership, the less credibility and pride you have to have in dealing with people.

Walked in 2 days ago asking to see a Jeep Wrangler. I met a gentleman that very nice in the beginning and when i got into the car to test drive i was asking him what s the last price on the car! And he said we can t negotiate. Then for some reason he said oh no get out of the car and give me the keys! When i got out and asked him what s going on he said i cant do that price and i said I didn t even give you a price... then he said oh I thought you offer a price.. not what I expected going to a big dealership like that. Very rude and disrespectful. I would appreciate it if you guys treated me better.

Brian Stegall makes the experience one we always enjoy when buying a new vehicle. That's not something many people can say! We always enjoy working with Brian which is what brings us back to Any Mohr for every vehicle purchase we make. I believe this will be our sixth new vehicle we've purchased through Brian and the relationship we've built with him will keep our business with Any Mohr. I can never say enough good things about Brian. So much so, I've gotten all my family to buy through Brian to include my parents who live in central Kansas. Helped fix my car that was leaking oil. Found under warranty and gave me a fleet car to get work done during the day while fixing mine. Overall great experience. They had some sort of new laser technology that could tell whether alignment was off when pulling in. It was a bit frustrating that they spent the first few minutes asking me about that (essentially up selling) vs focusing on my bigger issue. Had they taken care of my concerns first and then explained the alignment and offered to get it done prior to end of day with my oil leak, I would have gladly done it out of convenience. It s really just putting customer needs first, which should be common sense, but sadly isn t anymore.

I traded in a 2009 Pontiac G6 GT Convertible and purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain on the recommendation of the sales manager. The service I received was excellent and the transaction was very smooth.
I love this vehicle and am very glad I bought it. It provides us much more room and even better gas mileage than the Pontiac offered.
I would refer anyone looking for a great sales experience to this dealership.

The salesman handed us a business card and walked away while we were there to look at used cars. He didn't bother asking any questions about what we were looking for, price range, etc. very few cars had price stickers and many of them were locked so we couldn't look inside.several of the cars we did lookin did not appear to have been detailed well, and several even smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.we wound up walking away disappointed and frustrated. Needless to say we didn't buy a car.

The dealers we're great and worked every thing out nicely. The car, however, is a piece of s---. Overpaid for a car with too many problems only 6 months in. We bought a jeep which are known for holding out for quite a while. Well at 100000 miles (3000 miles after bought) the air conditioning stopped working, the check engine light came on, the spedometer started malfunctioning, and we were told from another mechanic we need a new air filter and serpentine belt along with a coolant flush. Thanks for selling a crappy car we're stuck with until we can pay it down to what it's actually worth. Thank god we got their mechanical warranty for extra money but now reading other reviews I'm nervous to even trust them to fix it when I take it in. I will never purchase a vehicle from here again. I'll stick to going two roads over to Andy Mohr Mitsubishi, where we've gone for every car before this one. Hopefully I can get my connection to Andy Mohr to speak to him!

Also, the collision Center is horibble. Extremely rude and flat out accused me of trying to commit insurance fraud for saying I wanted a quote for the new damage for the insurance company and a quote for some old damage for me to pay for out of pocket. Clearly, no tact or brains here.

I found out today the finance manager flat out LIED to myself and my husband and it will really put us in a huge bind. We are beyond livid and disgusted with this treatment and will not do business with Andy Mohr ever again nor will we refer anyone we know. We will share this horrible experience with everyone we know and warn everyone to NOT do business there and let people know how to avoid being treated poorly.

Went to the Quick Lube for an oil change for the third time. Every time it is the same experience...VERY RUDE PEOPLE!...with massive upsell. I have always liked the Andy Mohr dealership groups and have tried several times to give this Quick Lube the benefit of the doubt but NEVER AGAIN! They treat customers like enemies. Tried to tell me that my 2009 Silverado cost more to do oil change because it used conventional 5w-30 oil rather than the Dexos oil that "most" cars use. Paaaleease. Conventional oil has been around forever and Dexos is simply a GM branded specification. Even if the statement were true...no way that "most" vehicles require it! Also tried to upsell me on a "fuel line flush" service for $165. Are you kidding me! Yeah...I'll go somewhere else for oil changes now.

We had a great experience with Mike Casolero when we bought our Yukon. We actually met by chance when I brought our Terrain in for service before we were even ready to look but I knew I wanted to work with him when the time came to start the hunt. He was knowledgeable and patient and has continued to offer his help and expertise even after the purchase over a month ago. I truly wish we had more family and friends in Indiana because I would send them to Mike in a heartbeat. I also have to give a shout-out to Angie in service for some of the fastest and best customer service I ve ever experienced. I hope we don t have to buy another car anytime soon but I d be happy to work with this A Team again if that was the case!

I purchased a car from DeLorean Wiggins. He did a great job showing me the cars I wanted to purchase in my price range. He was very friendly and respectful. He even fixed an issue I had prior with another salesman. He was very apologetic and emphasized with the situation and made me feel comfortable enough to return. The guy I dealt with, with doing the paperwork was awesome as well had me laughing the entire time . If you are in the market make sure to ask for DeLorean he ll take good care of you and make you feel comfortable!!

Very difficult to negotiate a decent trade in price. We had to go back and forth to come to terms. Finally the sales rep. Had gotten the used car manager Shawn. Just about gave us what we wanted on trade. We were told the car would be washed and vacuumed. Well that was not done well. I had to have them do it again. I told Shawn that there was a message on the car saying keyfob battery was low. He told me to go to Kahlo Jeep Chrysler s to have them fix that. That would have been an inconvenience for me but the next day. The car would NOT start!! My wife was late for work, I had to leave my work to go home and deal with the issue. Turns out I had to go to CVS and get a simple battery (CR2032) to fix the car issue. Your manager was not even knowledgeable or willing to help us with the keyfob. I am very disappointed with the service and help that I did not receive. I received NO compensation for the trouble we went through. I am sorry but over all I would NOT refer someone to Andy Mohr in Fishers.

The finance guy we dealt with was awesome. Everything else not so much. They were suppose to have the vehicles back from detail on certain days and then couldn t produce or tell us when they were actually going to show up. We were charged a detail fee they refused to take off, but only cleaned the car for 15 minutes and didn t even get out the easy stuff. Now not even a week after purchase we have a check engine light on, for an issue they would have known about. They disclosed nothing and told us they couldn t help us. I will never do business with this dealership again and will make sure others know to be aware of how shady they are.

I came in w my son who had been in a car accident and all the employees, including the manager, took the time to counsel and prepare us for next steps. I purchased a used Tahoe from Andy Mohr with a clean carfax. A few months later a part was dangling from inside the bumper and it was determined the vehicle had been in a prior accident that was not disclosed to me. They had reattached a sensor with a zip tie. The service manager, Chad Lowe, told me the vehicle "had no safety related issues at the time of inspection." I wish I were joking. A ZIP TIE! It also needed new brakes, rotors and shocks after 4,000 miles. The GM has not responded to my contact and I am considering legal action. So far the repairs have cost approx $7,000. Beware of buying from them! If you are considering definitely take the vehicle to an independent mechanic.

I bought a a used truck and the tailgate had an issue. I told them I needed that to work before I bought the vehicle. They were nice and everything, and had the tailgate opened before I left and said it was good to go. A few days later I get the truck home and can not get the tailgate open. They are saying there is nothing they can do except charge me 120 dollars to look at it and probably charge me another 500 to get it fixed. I wouldnt recommend buying from here. They got their sale and got me out the door. They are not looking to make this right and I am now stuck with a broken tailgate...

I called Andy Mohr because I was interested in a specific vehicle. They said they would hold it for me and I told them I'd be over there to test drive it in about an hour. Just before we left, I got a call from a Sales Rep and he said the car has been loaned to someone who wanted to bring it home to show her husband. I had a difficult time understanding him, so after we got off the phone, I contacted someone else and she said she'd have someone in Sales check into the situation and get back to me. It's now the next day and I haven't heard a thing. How can you hold it one minute and the next, you've loaned it to someone else? Really disappointed with the whole experience and wouldn't use them again.

I had an oil change appointment at 1pm on Friday, August 2nd. Like many times before I arrived a few minutes prior, checked in and left my keys. My daughter and I waited patiently in the lounge area and in the garage area for my car, after 2 hours I inquired at the desk because it had never taken this long before. I was told that my car was up next to which I inquired why it was taking so long? I was told if I had dropped it off earlier it wouldn t have . I explained that I had a 1pm appointment time and I arrived 5 minutes prior, the gentleman then went to grab my keys out of a basket on the desk. I was shocked and extremely frustrated that 2 hours later my car hadn t even been pulled to the service area. The gentleman then showed me where CWD was written on my service order, apparently that means call when done. He nor anyone else asked me that question upon arrival, so it was assumed I wouldn t be waiting. Well, I was waiting, as I have every other time before. I was beyond frustrated and I m still upset that two hours of my day was spent waiting for an oil change that never occurred. I took my keys, found my own car in the side lot and will never return to Andy Mohr GMC Buick.

I called and spoke to someone and made an appointment for a time to purchase the vehicle and rather the rep handle the situation professionally and inform me of any pertinent info, they let the vehicle be sold and never informed me. Had I not called I would've driven from Downtown Indy to 131st for nothing. Sad thing is I was a referral whom was told they would do everything they could to take care of the CUSTOMER. Guess Not!!!!! Won''t ever refer or purchase anything period..... Called back to the sales manager after reading reviews and still NO ANSWER...... Customers keep you open and operating not mistakes from employees or oversight issues. SMH

I purchased a 2013 Buick Regal in August. I initially wrote a bad review because of the problems I ve had with the car. It was unfair on my part to write a negative review without giving them the chance to resolve my issues. The General Manager, Eric Wilson, reached out to me and asked me to give them the opportunity to resolve the situation. I was not expecting this because I didn t purchase the warranty. This is the type of service that makes all the difference, and it is what sets them apart from other companies. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car. I learned I should always give people the opportunity to make things right before sullying their reputation. Things are going to go wrong with any vehicle. They have definitely gone above and beyond to help me. They held the car for me while I worked on financing, and after the sale they have continued to work to make sure I m completely satisfied.

We bought our Buick from Andy Mohr and always get it serviced here. The service coordinators are courteous and polite. They usually clearly explain the work the needs to be done and provide you with accurate estimates. We have had our car serviced here several times and have never had surprise charges. The waiting lounge is fairly good size with TV and coffee (maybe water bottles can be added?). They also have a "quiet" zone in the waiting lounge although it is only as quiet as people sitting just outside (maybe a door can separate the quiet zone?). They also have a couple of workstations outside the lounge which again are fine but would probably work better in the quiet zone. On the whole it is a great dealership and we would recommend it.

I had an issue with an oil cooling line on my GMC Sierra SLT truck and had to have it towed to the Dealership. Scott and his team took care of that and were able to clear up recall issues and had me back on the road in less than 2 days. Scott was great at communicating with me every step of the way. It had been dropped at their door late Wednesday night and I had a call from Scott by 8 am Thursday morning with a plan for my repair. The part had to be ordered and delivered and I was pleased to be back in my vehicle Friday afternoon. Thanks

Went here to do a test drive awhile back and they were rude. Wouldn't give me my keys back because they wanted to make a deal and I had to go to work. Said I wasted everyone's time for test driving. Second time went here to look at a jeep not realizing it was the same place till we got here. Advertised one price and came here it was a different price. If you come here to trade a vehicle go somewhere else very low trade compared to other places. Not a good experience... Just checked the internet pricing this evening and they upped the price by 1000 since we had been there this afternoon.

Everything was great but it took a long time at the Quick Lube and they weren't even busy when I got there. They had to do more than just an oil change but they had had my car for 1 1/2 hours when they called about the additional things that needed done.

I brought a vehicle in for service and overheard one of the worst tirades I think I have ever heard in my life. I believe it was the service manager (Dave Parker) screaming at employees and using profanity! While I didn't witness it, overhearing it was enough and it appeared that the other employees were embarrassed by it as well. Compared to the last dealership experience I had (not this one) in which the technician took me over to the service manager to have the issue on my vehicle fully explained and to make sure I had no questions when I left, this one was a complete disaster. While I have no issue with the work that was done on the vehicle I brought in, I certainly do not want to give my business to a company that supports their mangers treating their employees in such a disgusting way. I hope someone in a position to actually do something with this employee sees this!!
