Brian Stegall was exceptionally helpful when I was looking for a used car. He asked what my priorities were and worked within my budget. Brian presented me with three possible options and all would have worked. He gave me the pros and cons of each car and then let me decide. I had bought my Honda Accord here at Andy Mohr over 2 years ago. I have been coming here to get my oil changed ever since then. My car has alot of miles on it! The employees at the oil lube know what they are doing and are very thourough and efficient! I brought a bottle of Lucas Oil Stabilizer for them to put in this last time. They did the oil change and even checked out my engine. Car still runs great!! Thanks to all of you at the Andy Mohr Oil Lube in Fishers!! I will be back again!!

Best experience ever and I've purchased over 30 new cars in my lifetime.
My salesman Darryl H. was.extremely professional as well as Gary the finance guy.
The Acadia was perfectly detailed and I was given a very reasonable price. Darryl handled all the details of returning my rental to Enterprise and spent plenty of time showing me the Acadia's features.
Also Gary the finance guy got me a great finance rate. Thanks to all.

Stopped into Andy Mohr GMC late afternoon on a Saturday and wanted to take a quick look at a truck. Kelsey stopped what he was doing and ran to get the key so I could look at the truck right away. I thought that I was only looking but they made me an offer that was very hard to turn down. It was actually a very good buying experience. Kelsey and the rest of the team were straightforward, honest, and listened to what I wanted leaving me feeling good about the ultimate decision made. I would recommend Andy Mohr GMC to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

This company made a mistake in their online pricing and wouldn't honor the price because it was "human error." It isn't human error, it's lack of leadership verifying accuracy on their website. It is also lack of having honor to own up to the mistake and accept the consequences.

They are hustlers! Felt like I was forced into a car I didn't want! Then I traded my SUV with no problems and cash for a car that's worth not even half of the SUV! They totally screwed me over for the crappiest car ever! Would never recommend a place where they are more worried about making a dollar then providing a decent service!!! Gave them a 5 thousand dollar car and 1200 dollars cash for a car that's worth 1500!

Quick Lube might be quick once the car is into the bay. Desk personnel should inform customers how long the wait might be until a service bay opens up. Took almost 2 hours from the time I showed up until my car was done.

We were treated with the upmost respect. Our salesman Jorge Guaman and the Finance Manager Sitota Mulugeta were 2 of the best people we have worked with in buying a car. Would recommend them to anyone.

Key machine was down, not a big deal but neglected to tell me both times I called prior to the 45 minute drive. Came to find out the mileage of the vehicle we were interested in was over 20,000 more than advertised. Not sure if it's dishonesty or laziness but it's absolutely unacceptable.

They gave me a time estimate, I decided to wait in their waiting room. They came and got when finished, in less time than the estimate. I paid and was on my way.

I'm posting this after a 5 hour wait, and still di...

I'm posting this after a 5 hour wait, and still didn't receive my vehicle back because of "miscommunication". I arrived at 12:15pm for a scheduled appointment at 12:30pm for an oil change, a tire rotation, and a brake inspection. When I arrived there was literally no one in line...all of the service staff were behind desks. An hour later I'm told my oil change is ALMOST done, but they recommended that my rear brake pads and rotors be changed. Not what I was planning on, but ok. 4 hours after that they finally come to me and say "oh man sorry...we don't have the parts and no one came to tell you". What customer service doesn't AT LEAST come back to me to explain what's going on or why it's taking so long when I said I would wait for it to be done?! I bought this car here. I've done my repair work here before. The last time I was here I left disgruntled with the service because of a similar issue. They said then that they didn't have the parts after a 2 almost 3 hour wait and had me make arrangements to come back. That time at least my vehicle was covered under warranty and I can understand that mishaps happen especially if you're busy. I don't mind waiting...I don't mind even changing my plans or rearranging my day to accommodate if you are busy and you talk to me about it. But this time you're not busy, and you STILL don't communicate with me so that I've wasted 5 long hours in a waiting room when I didn't have to. They put me in a rental car, and told me a time to expect it done tomorrow. I hope this is remedied to make this a little better.

Update:
I believe they did the best of their ability to alleviate the situation. Connor in the Oil Change office couldn't have been more apologetic, and I appreciate the sincerity to help me feel better. However, I'm still leaving 2 stars as this was the second time this happened, and that's one too many in my book.

The people here are the best. Hands down. Courteous, professional, masked (odd to write this even now)... service completed as expected. I detracted 1 star because... the truck was washed and the resulting finish was less than desirable. Water spots everywhere. Forty minutes later... and some effort on my part... it was back to show room finish. I just rather not have to put that additional time in... on the backend of the service.

Salesman was very helpful, but the sales manager acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. Was not customer friendly.I had previously paid cash for a vehicle and had several issues with the car. Came back to buy something else and couldn t get any help from the manager. Definitely lost me from purchasing a car from there.

Great results! A strange noise arose at the time of a steering fluid leak that I resolved on my own. In thinking there was some residual damage during the leak, I directed the mechanics towards the steering assembly for the concerning noise. No luck on diagnosing the noise in the steering assembly, but their determination found the problem with the rotors instead. All fixed up and at a good price too. Very happy.

We have typically had good luck with servicing our GMC at Andy Mohr but 4 months ago I had my Driver s side headlight go out. The dealership replaced it for $80 which included the bulb and labor. In January my passenger side bulb went out. When they came back with the bill it was now $122 to replace it this time. After some haggling they reduced it to $103 but it was still more expensive than from previous. When I asked I was told that the Labor rates may have increased. It certainly shouldn t have been $40?!? Sorry Andy, off to find somewhere new to get my service done!

Our Salesman wasn't able to successfully help us. He didn't disclose pertinent information about the vehicle we were about to test drive. And when I mentioned that had we known it has engine issues we would have asked about other options on site, he responded rudely, 'I didn't know you were looking for a perfect car.' To which I tried to respond to, but was interrupted with, 'Well I don't know what wrong with these cars.' I would have explained that i would have appreciated the heads up on what we were looking at after driving 45 mins so that we could then have a conversation about what we ARE looking for, but instead we were sent onto the road in an vehicle that almost left us stranded! Knowing what you are selling seems to me- your job. Not sharing information about what your selling makes you untrustworthy. I won't be going back to Andy Morh. Their salesmen are not knowledgeable enough about the stock they carry and speak rudly to those coming to buy.

While I'm sure everyone's mileage may vary, we had a bad experience. We pulled up, with salesmen standing outside eyeing us like vultures. We hadn't even shut our car door before the salesmen was on us like flies on... and walking across the mulch/median to get to us.

We mentioned we were interested in a specific car, which he directed us to. He commented that it was very clean, which, duh--is to be expected, not a feature. Well, we didn't even make it out of the parking lot before all the dash lights came on and the car died right in the parking lot.

At that point, we just handed the keys back and left. But hey, at least the car was clean! /s

I called one day about a car I seen advertised on Cargue to see if they still had the car before I applied for a loan. The lady that answered the phone said it was still there. I called the next morning when we were on our way to Fisher to make sure the car was still there before making a long drive. She said again it was there. When we got to the car lot, found out they sold the car the night before. I won't do business with them after that!!

ANDY MOHR FALSE ADVERTISING.Be careful. They like to post ads on Facebook to get you in their lot then change their price.
They post a low price on Facebook and to get away with raising the price they tell you, you need to look on their web site it says with trade in. No where on the Facebook page does it say anything about a trade-in.
They should have to honor their price on Facebook otherwise that is false advertising. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Great people to work with A+. I have bought several vehicles this was my first experience with a GMC. The sales staff especially Mike Casolaro and his supervisors were addiment that I get exactly what I wanted not to just settle. They located the vehicle I wanted and made sure it was perfect. I also didn't just want to look like every other one. So I ordered some parts too. So I have worked with every department they have. Service,parts, and body shop. I can honestly say that I couldn't have been treated any better.... Thanks I was a Ford man I am now a GMC man thanks Andy Mohr your staff is second to none.

My son and I purchased a preowned Audi at Buick and were lucky enough to have Darryl! He did a great job and at no point did we ever feel pressured into a sale during the transaction. Darryl took the time to speak with us personally not as customers but as people, telling us about his grandkids and asking about how my son was doing with school, etc. Possibly the most personable experience that I ve ever had buying a car. Sales is great but service sucks. Sold a truck with transfer case motor wires chewed on. When contacting service manager he was always in the right and I was always in wrong. Nothing was their fault. They check everything supposedly. I find it hard to believe because I purchased the truck a month ago and the tube covering transfer case motor wires was chewed on and the chewed up wires were oxidized. Not very happy with my service at Andy Mohr.

we bought my wife's 2012 Verano here. it was, overall, an excellent buying experience. our sales representative was knowledgeable and fair. i recently went in for our first oil change, and the service department WAS ON IT. oil change and tire rotation took less than 1 hour (although i was there the moment they opened).

my only complaint was with the online reservation system to schedule an appointment. i requested an appointment and call back asap on a Saturday. i did not get call back until wednesday. i had to push out my appointment by a week, but there were no negative consequences to our vehicle as a result.

Can I give less than one star? Brought my car in and had my brakes worked on. The next day, the car wouldn't start. The codes being thrown when the diagnostic was ran indicated a steering problem, as they just altered the brakes, I brought the car back to Andy Mohr. I mentioned it could be the battery, however, I wanted the brake/steering issue looked at. Turns out, it was just the battery and apparently the battery was causing the car to throw codes that were not correct. Getting a new battery, labor and testing was $400. That is INSANE. No one told me they were going to run a test on the battery that costs $90, I would have to just had the battery replaced for $100. I even asked about the cost before I left the car. NOTHING WAS SAID except a new battery would be about $116.00.

A similar experience happened when I bought the car. I feel like twice, I got taken and they took more money from me then they should have. I will NOT be back.

Service was awesome and the employees are super friendly and non judgemental! Use to go to Penske Chevrolet for my car maintenance but they severely lacked the communication and the friendliness. Will absolutely be going to ANdy Mohr for all and any future maintenance!

I made an appointment a little over a year ago to test drive a car for my daughter. When I got there they had sold the car. Didnt bother to call me since I was taking time off work to do this. Showed me another car and after the sale talk I felt a little pressured to buy. Since then we have had to put about 1000 in it and is now again sitting in the drive not working. I don't feel right putting my daughter behind the wheel. I feel it was a rush to get this car off the lot knowing it was a lemon.
