My first experience was not great! I didn t appreciate the salesman tactics.It made me call the GM. I loved the car so called back and had a great experience with a new salesman. But unfortunately driving my new car home the gas light came on! Didn t fill the tank for me

Moe was our salesman and he is the reason we came back, after basically being chased off or down by a couple other people that we re pushy and a bit rude and didn t seem to think my wife s input was important. We left and came back later without the family and met Moe and he was very pleasant and showed us several vehicles used and new. Because of the way he presented himself and willingness and knowledge of the vehicle s we purchased the all new Yukon AT4!! Moe made the experience pleasant and if this vehicle holds up we will be back for more.

It was my first time leasing and they made the process so simple every step of the way. Their customer service was incredible not only during the process but even once it was finished. I would highly recommend contacting them for any needs buying/leasing a new vehicle!

My experience was good. I had an appt for an oil change. They took my vehicle right away. They recommended 2 services that were due. I agreed. The only issue I had was the waiting area was full of exhaust. I had to go to the main waiting area. I don t know how anyone can work in that area?

Knowing I had a 2 hour drive, Robert set the car aside and had it ready to show is when we arrived ..We were treated with respect and had an easy process. I can't say enough good about Gary Waldron in finance. He was exceptional as well and found us a great rate while be extremely easy to talk to .Thank you all .

I requested a quote but after I failed to get credit I didn't get any return call to tell me so. Its a 30 minute plus drive for me to go here so I did not want to make a needless trip. Apparently my credit was ran 5 times that I know of by this place and my credit has been destroyed. I'm not happy about this at all. I got a car loan when my credit was lower without having it run so many times and for more. From what I was told if the car is under a certain amount they can't even finance it. It looks like my credit was obliterated for no reason and I will have to raise it up again with the current car note I have. So in the future when my credit is good and I can afford a nicer car I still won't come here. Just a bad experience for no reason. This just makes working with this dealership sour.

I can attest for any other sales associates, but Tami Worley is great. Tami gave me a more than fair deal for my vehicle, and she was more than up front about the condition of the vehicle I ended up buying.. Andy Mohr fixed what needed to be fixed with my used vehicle and gave me money to drive back up to the dealership after I purchased to finish my business. Ask for Tami and be happy you did.

We purchased two vehicles today. First auto was good - really no issues. Price was fair enough, about $1000 below retail. Not to worry. Since we purchased two autos, the dealership got it all back in fees ($498 per auto). The second one, though priced online a couple thousand below the sticker on the window, was still no less than retail. No breaks on that one. They only allowed $500 on the trade-in (white, 2000 Dodge Intrepid ES w/168K miles). The manager only budged a tiny bit on pricing, and did not have the courtesy to come speak to us, personally, after having the sales associate talk with him a couple times. The associate (Courtney?) was very pleasant and not pushy at all - that's one positive element of the experience. Realized later that the second auto did not have even two tires of the same brand. We would not purchase there again nor recommend anyone else. We removed all advertising decals and lic plate covers to avoid advertising. Overall, not real happy.

This was probably the worst experience buying a car. It was get him in and out as fast as possible. The only reason I stayed and purchased (the reason for the 2nd star) was the cost and type of vehicle was where I wanted. The sales manager seemed to be very arrogant and was making my trade seem unworthy of the price (my truck had very low mileage and had some normal scratches from parking lots and a very small dent.) Its all a game. Apparently, this is what we need to expect from Andy Mohr GMC. Also, the car I purchased had less than a quarter tank of gas and they did not even offer to fill it. Very poor customer service. I never fill these out, but I feel it was such a bad experience that I wanted to share.

I went in on Thursday May 24th. I had looked online and knew the car I wanted. A guy named John came right out to help me. The people working here were so helpful and very personable. Thank you to John Chalfin, Jon Phillips, and Gary Waldron for all your help and time! I will definitely recommend these gentlemen and Andy Mohr Buick and Gmc to family and friends.

we were approved for a lease having went in a week ago showed up with payment and they tried to switch up. The rep came out talking about a sale we said no we are doing a lease. then he states all we can do is tell you a used vehicle.

I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle than I did with Brian and the staff at Andy Mohr. There was no pressure and none of the sales gimmickry that other dealerships practice. They were prompt, courteous and professional in all of our interactions. The quality of the GMC Canyon is far and away the best in class making it very easy to buy our first American vehicle in many years.

Got a great deal on a beautiful 2016 Ford Fusion!! James Roberts Answered all our questions, made sure we got a payment we could afford, and stayed after hours to make sure everything was handed. Had a fun, no hassle, experience here. Thank you, I ve already sent some friends over to you when they saw how beautiful new vehicle was! I needed the great customer service because I had just been in a bad car accident and was so nervous but they made me feel great at Andy Mohr Fishers!!!

So my actual salesman was great and the young lady who did the paperwork. However this was a cash sale that I drove 1.5 hrs to see a mustang. It was black and supposedly loaded with heated leather etc. Upon arrival it was none of those things but I did like it. So I asked about negotiating the price since it didn't have Bluetooth, heated leather seats or some other options.... the sales manager was quite rude and said well we don't negotiate... i said but you priced it based on options it doesn't have and this is a cash purchase. He also was not polite and I more or less had to have the salesman request he come and speak to me. Long story short I bought a different car and the NEXT day they adjusted the price down on the original one that I wanted. Also he said he would fill the tank up and instead they only put a half a tank in the new car. I wouldn't buy from this location again but I have had other good Andy Mohr experiences like the Ford dealership.

The deal was okay. The salesmen never returned my calls at the end of the sale or after the sale. I was told there was a second key to my vehicle but I never got it. I've called about it and never heard back. I asked about it again when I took the vehicle in for an oil change and, again, they told me the salesmen would contact me about it. I've heard nothing. Separate from that, I've had to wait about 2 hours each time I've had a pre-scheduled oil change. That's far too long for just an oil change. Especially one that I scheduled.

Edit: I just got another survey request asking me to rate their follow up and how well they responded to this review. No follow up ever happened. What a joke.

Last night I went to see a car at this location. It was CLEARLY marked NOT FOR SALE on the windshield. Friend out of state had been speaking to a salesman at the location. The car was FILTHY and I found errors in the listing. Understood why not for sale yet. First thing this morning my friend got a text saying it was SOLD? Really??? I left there at 8:15 last night (closed). When did it magically go for sale? I WILL NEVER consider this dealership again.

Not impressed with our sales guy this last Saturday. 'Used car salesman' to the enth degree, Although we came in on a Saturday, he rushed around helping at least two other customers. It took me asking for the credit app 35 minutes after we shook hands and agreed on the price. I can help you with your customer experience efficiencies and logistics - that's what I do. The finance guy engaged himself and wrapped it up for us. Still disappointed with the "Theft Fee" adder that was a surprise at the signing table.

Was extremely happy with all the sales reps that was there. Everyone of them wanted to make sure I was helped. My sales rep went byond what he was required to do. Only thing that bugged me was the title work. I paid cash for my car , and should have taken no longer than 20 min. Instead it took 2 hr. It felt like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Overall, I would recommed Andy Mohr to anyone looking for a new or used car. With. 4 out of 5.

Brian Yoxall was very accommodating at getting the issue promptly reviewed, determining what was wrong and guiding the repair service. This vehicle has been very reliable for several years and should continue to be for a reasonable time period going forward.

The service department kept looking for the leak even thou it was very hard to detect. I am very pleased they didn't give up after the 2nd day, and found it on the 3rd. Even thou I am disappointed my 2016 Canyon needed service within the first month of ownership, I am pleased Andy Mohr stuck to it and fixed the issue.

I had the worst buying experience with this dealership. I bought a 2019 terrain and at 1200 miles started having transmission problems. After some repair, I still had problems with it. Everytime I took it back, they couldn't duplicate the problem. Took the vehicle to RAY SKILLMAN GMC and they found the problem and fixed it. It's a damn shame I had to go to another dealership to get my problem fixed. I will never buy another car from them, I will not refer anyone there either. I'll send them to Ray Skillman.

I have purchased two new vehicles from Andy Mohr. A GMC Canyon and a Buick Encore. They gave me a great deal on my trade in(s) and worked with me on financing.

Pat Andres was my sales guy both times, I hope he will be there when I need to purchase my next vehicle.

Also I love them so much I drove 4 hours one way from OHIO to get there. It has been worth the drive both times. In fact my parents and brother do the drive too every time they purchase a new vehicle too. Our family has purchased 6 vehicles from them, every time a wonderful and professional experience.
