inquired on a vehicle at the beginning of this year and the amount of inconsistent followup led me to purchasing elsewhere. I am very disappointed in this dealership lack of professionalism. I now work for a dealership and this would not have not been acceptable.

Just because it was used & he didn't get commission doesn't mean he couldn't have been a little bit more friendlier. He was nice enough to take me to the bank but just his overall customer service needs work. (Shaking my head)

Subsequently I called my GMC dealer here at home in Michigan who went out of his way to help me resolve the claim issue. I have family and friends nearby this dealership and will ensure our business goes elsewhere.

Went into Andy Mohr today for the first time looking to buy a pick-up truck that was listed at cars.com for 19,100.00 This was my first experience ever looking at a car at this dealership. I did like the car very disappointed at you would not sell it to me for the price that you had it listed on Cars.com. I would also say that the leader is your store that works on publishing the prices at cars.com is not a leader because he would not speak to me directly. I live in Fishers so I try to support the local community. My biggest disappointment was that you mislead me with your advertising and wasted my time thru the selling process. I just want others to read this post because I believe this is a common practice with ANDY MOHR buyer beware

Their follow up afterwards and service throughout the first 6 months is the best of any dealership I have dealt with. Delorean was the Sales Rep I met last Friday. He tried to answered all my questions and the ones he didn't have the answer, he didn't BS us. But he went and got us the correct answer. He gave us his cell phone # in case we had any other questions. We had been to other dealerships, but none provided this level of attention. Over the course of the weekend I had texted him for some information and he was quick to respond. He treated me like a client (someone that I would come back to for more business), not a customer (just a chance meeting hoping to make a sale). He was the key reason I came back and purchased from your dealership instead of your competition. On Monday we closed the deal and are enjoying our Buick. I had Andy Mohr Buick GMC collision repair center on 131st. & Hwy 37 repair my 2010 VW with fender and rear door damage. The work was done quickly and the fact that we could rent a car right at the dealership helped a lot. The completed work was perfect! Absolutely unable to detect ANY repair work. The car looked new. Paint match was perfect and the work is guaranteed for life. I was an auto dealer for more than 15 years in Oregon and have seen many repaired automobiles, so when I tell you the job was perfect, you can "take it to the bank!" Jack Burton

I honestly was going to go in and just look at the vehicle. I had just moved and wasn't sure I was going to be able to get the vehicle that day. Evan worked with me and got everything taken care of. This was by far the easiest buying experience I have ever gone through. Even got a lower rate than the offer I came in with. We got into a 2020 Terrain and me and my wife were both happy with it. Couldn't have asked for better service. Will buy from them again when I am in the market for another vehicle.

As a company overall I think they deserve a 3.5 MAYBE 4 but, their sales department and finance deserves a 5. SERVICE/MAINTENANCE department .. they deserve a double zero. I purchased my SUV from them on March 5th. The salesman Robert and finance manager Gary were awesome and did a great job with assisting and making sure I was taken care of. They had to keep the SUV until the next day because it had a really bad smell and it needed to be detailed. Next day (the 6th) they supposedly detailed it again but yet it still had a very distinctive smell and there was food in the creases of the car and the trunk smells like throw up. The SUV had things all in between the seats, I again complained to them about it but I was on a very short time schedule and told them I would come back Saturday. Well later that day while driving the car for the first time (since the test drive) I noticed the call sounded like it needed ball joints or structs on the right front passenger side whenever I go over a speed bump or train track I hear a clinking noise and loud thump. I texted the sales man Robert and he advised to remind him on Saturday (the 9th). Come Saturday once again they supposedly cleaned it out ( but the exact spots I pointed out are still there and my car still smells but at this point I just decided that I take it to Ziebart smh). They also supposedly did the inspection and didn't hear or see anything wrong on the right passenger side. On the 13th I was told that 3 of their experts drove the car and don't hear or see anything. My Fiance', brother, father, and mother all drive the car on different occasions and without me mentioning anything too them (besides my fiance') they all can hear the sound. Brian from services made an suggestion to take a it elsewhere to get it looked and see if they see anything. I took it to Meineke on the 21st. They were able to see that the exhaust shield was hanging off and that what was making the clinking noise. They also said that I needed structs and brakes. Today the 27th I took my car back up Andy Mohr and asked them can I ride in the car while they do a test drive. Now all of a sudden there's a slight noise but its nothing major and it doesn't mean that it's a struct. I was told they will fix the struct and do a wheel alignment but I have to pay $611 because if they fix it for free there's no guarantee it will fix the issue I think I have. I'm still within my 30 days and also have an extended warranty but they refuse to fix my car. I was also told that I might just be hearing things. What an insult?? I guess my family members, Meineke, and I all just making it up all in our heads'. I was also told that Meineke are not experts and they're not going off Meineke words and I should just bring it back for their for the 5th time so they do an inspection again! I'm so upset that I have to laugh to keep from crying!

With my assistance (from out of state) my daughter bought a used car here a few months ago only to discover it had been in TWO accidents. The salesman did not provide a CarFax to her which clearly shows the history. He did not make any mention to her about the car's damaged frame. She was inexperienced and didn't "request" it. Where I live a CarFax is offered upfront. This is unacceptable. Matt, the Sales Mgr is currently working on a solution and I'll amend my review accordingly.
Update: No fair resolution, just acknowledgment they knowingly sold an over priced accident damaged car valued at less than $3k to my daughter for $8k five months ago. Bad news is...buyer beware of this dealer. Good news is...if you want to bring your accident damaged car in for a trade, Andy Mohr Buick is the place to go.

There are quite a few low star reviews on this dealership. I want to say first, this was the dealership we saw our car that we wanted at, but disregarded it, due to reviews. We looked elsewhere for 2 weeks, but couldn't find a similar deal anywhere else (although others were "willing to match"). The car we purchased was a great price with all extra features and low mileage. We watched it for two weeks.

Other reviews state that when you walk in, you'll be met with "vultures". Other reviews are low stars on the service department.

I can tell you that I can't rate the service department, I however can rate the dealership in sales. 1.) you could consider being greeted by "vultures", or you can consider it being greeted as you walked into a business, that is there to service you, with multiple people wanting to HELP you. 2.) Go in and ask for Brian Stegall. He dropped his lunch to help us in and out with the vehicle in less than 3 hours total. Very Respectful; honest; and spoke to my wife and I the same. 3.) Know what you can spend. Not a knock on this dealership, as all are the same. Have a plan going in on what you want to pay total; what you want your monthly payments to be; factor in if you want extended warreny (anywhere from a total of $6,000 and up). They will of course tell you (as any dealership would) how they can factor this into your monthly payment goals, but have you read the headlines, "America's Middle class can't afford its cars"? Go in knowing your top dollar and don't get sidetracked from it.

Brian Stegall is the man. Go see him. You won't be disappointed. Overall easy 5 stars for this dealership.

Constantly called me after already leasing a vehicle with them (over 25 calls in a month) - when we went to purchase the vehicle, we called ahead to have the paper work ready and waited hours. Felt like all the staff was only concerned about their commissions, not making sure I was happy or had a good experience.

Angie in the quick lube area is simply amazing! She always comes through with making sure her customers needs are met no matter how difficult it may be. With ",I'm super busy im juggling 3 clients" so basically we are the 3rd toe on a 14-17,000 purchase uh no , not to mention they sold the truck we were there for as soon as we got there . OK SO on to ANDY Mohr we stopped there on our way home they were not expecting us but we were meet with a smile and great attention to our needs, our salesman was awesome. I purchased a used car from the now closed Andy Mohr Mitsubishi just down the road. It has been nothing but problems since I took ownership. Within the first month the transmission went out - in Kansas. Not only did I have to get the car at my own expense, but Andy Mohr and the warranty company fought over who was going to pay for the repairs. It took nearly 6 weeks to get the car fixed because of this.
After 12 months and TWO WEEKS, the transmission is once again malfunctioning. Andy Mohr REFUSED to do anything to make it right. "Sorry, its out of warranty" (by two weeks)... even though the problem has been happening for about 4 weeks.
They left me high and dry, without a car, and with many expenses AFTER the purchase. I will never shop at an Andy Mohr dealership again! EVER!

I bought a used 2016 Buick Lacrosse from Andy Mohr Buick GMC. Unfortunately I was involved in a total loss accident with my prior vehicle so I did not have the luxury of taking weeks to select my new vehicle. The service from the start of the sales process to the end was awful.

The car had a tire with low pressure for my test drive. The salesman Jorge was not knowledgeable about the car. I think they sensed my urgency in needing to get into a new ride and took advantage of that during the price negotiation. Shame on me for not having a better poker face. They only came down $50 form the list price, and claimed they were losing $600 on selling this car.

Andy Mohr also refused to release the car to me until they had the physical check in hand from my bank. According to my bank this is not standard practice. Apparently the tracking number and a copy of the loan agreement was not enough to release the car. All this despite me being told otherwise (BY 2 ANDY MOHR EMPLOYEES) when I signed the purchase agreement.

I was provided with a loaner vehicle 3 days after having signed the purchase agreement and them having not received my check, but I had to complain to a manager for this to be offered.

The whole process just wasn't nearly as easy as it should have been. The service sucked and no one really seemed to care about my experience. Don't make the same mistakes as me! There are better dealerships out there.

We have had ongoing issues with a heated seat on a GMC Yukon. This is at least the 3rd time it has broken. When we first brought it in for service this time, we expected it to be covered since it's within a year of being fixed for the same part. We were informed the warranty didn't apply due to the mileage (we had put on 15,000 and warranty was 12,000) However, my husband is in the auto industry and the heated seat should have nothing to do with mileage. He contacted GM direct who put him in touch with a Customer Care person at the dealership - she was less than helpful, sort of rude & probably not the best to be dealing with customer issues. He then called Steve Faulkner(who was MUCH MORE HELPFUL) and he put us in contact with Dave Parker who runs the service department. Dave couldn't have been nicer during this whole process! We are long time customers and I will say it's because of Steve and Dave that we will come back to Andy Mohr.

If I could give Andy Mohr Buick GMC no stars, I would. This place is a joke. I bought a Buick from them, and within two days I had to take the vehicle up to the dealership because it stalled out while going in reverse, it wouldn't go. They looked at, said nothing was wrong. The next day, I had to take it back up there for doing the SAME thing. They gave me a rental with a crack in the windshield that was right under the rear view mirror. They took 4 days to look at my vehicle. Then gave me the bs excuse of it being carbon build up in the throttle body, and that's why it was not working correctly. Only having the vehicle a week. When I returned the rental, the crack had spread due to weather. Maybe ran down an inch or two. Now they are trying to make me pay for a replacement window. They did not do a walk around the vehicle when I took it off the lot. The first time I saw the vehicle was after the keys were in my hand to leave. Let me add, my vehicle I purchased also had a crack in the windshield. They clearly don't care about their customers, or satisfaction. Do not buy from here. I would have been better off going to a buy here pay here than this junky place. Let your friends know, Andy Mohr Buick is NOT your friend, they are a foe.

I made a total of three visits with Andy Mohr Buick GMC in Fishers. Usually, I go to the Nissan location in Avon for a new car but they had a used Cadalliac that had been calling my name. The first two visits I told the sales associate, Bob Kinder, that I was looking around and was doing some homework before buying a used car. He didn t care that I wasn t buying that day and showed me around anyway. I finally went up yesterday to purchase the DTS. Bob was not there but I was helped by a guy who was on his first day of selling cars. Kyle Martin helped me through the process took me on a test drive, and was just pleasant to deal with. I feel that as always Andy Mohr gave me a fair deal, treated me well, and made the buying process seamless. My only reason for not giving five stars is because I have become spoiled with the Nissan dealership in Avon. The waiting area had water fountains that had very low pressure and the water wasn t cold. The Avon dealership has free snacks, free cold bottled water, vending machines, TV, tables to sit at and charge your devices... it s nice when you are doing maintance or on a buying process that takes some time. Being summer, it was hot and a cold bottle of water or even a cup of cold fountain water would have made a big difference. Again, Kyle and Bob if you re reading this thank you for your help and professionalism. Andy Mohr has sold me the last three cars and my sister and parents their last several as well. I wouldn t know how a dealership could be better.

Buyers beware! Bait and switch special. I went there to buy a new truck for our company. They quoted me 39,500 for my trade and said once there they maybe able to offer more. Mind you my trade is flawless. Once there they cut the trade to 34,500. Just "because" and was told "basically that they wanted to get me in the door".

Second issue. I went in looking for a particular truck that's listed as new. Not once through the 6-7 calls made back and forth was I told this AT4 has been used by the sales manager as a demo.

MAJOR AVOID! Do your self a favor and pass by this dealer and head to any of the other GMC dealere around Indy.

We have bought a couple different cars from this dealer and they all had issues all were bought within 1 week of each other with them being returned and we were told that they found no issues before we bought them. Just make sure to have this dealer check over the whole car if it is used.
