I purchased a 2013 Buick Regal in August. I initially wrote a bad review because of the problems I ve had with the car. It was unfair on my part to write a negative review without giving them the chance to resolve my issues. The General Manager, Eric Wilson, reached out to me and asked me to give them the opportunity to resolve the situation. I was not expecting this because I didn t purchase the warranty. This is the type of service that makes all the difference, and it is what sets them apart from other companies. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car. I learned I should always give people the opportunity to make things right before sullying their reputation. Things are going to go wrong with any vehicle. They have definitely gone above and beyond to help me. They held the car for me while I worked on financing, and after the sale they have continued to work to make sure I m completely satisfied.
