Helped fix my car that was leaking oil. Found under warranty and gave me a fleet car to get work done during the day while fixing mine. Overall great experience. They had some sort of new laser technology that could tell whether alignment was off when pulling in. It was a bit frustrating that they spent the first few minutes asking me about that (essentially up selling) vs focusing on my bigger issue. Had they taken care of my concerns first and then explained the alignment and offered to get it done prior to end of day with my oil leak, I would have gladly done it out of convenience. It s really just putting customer needs first, which should be common sense, but sadly isn t anymore.
