Worst car parking ever over 1 hour wait for a pick up shuttle

They only have 2 vans running

We had to call a taxi because we would have been waiting another 20 -30 mins because of a large wait for pickup

For many years we have enjoyed using Andrews Airport Parking in Melbourne - initially my husband when travelling for business - then for family holidays - and now in retirement for lots of holidays. As we live out of town, we find Andrews economical (even for 4 weeks). The car is cared for under cover - the shuttle service is efficient for drop-off and pick-up. The drivers are courteous and obliging - even on occasions willing to drop-off at hotels within the airport.

Joesph was a great, fun and friendly driver. Didn't even have to touch our bags, so thanks AAP!

I have used Andrews Airport Parking in Melbourne a few times now and recently I had a fun experience with a driver named Fred. He had me laughing all the way to the airport he was great. Great job Fred hope to get u next time I use Andrews Airport Parking.

We always receive good service whether choosing undercover or outdoor parking dependent on length of stay. Pick up service has always been punctual and pleasant.

Used Andrews for many years and always get me there on time.

Very disappointing service. Driver's say one thing and do another. We were told one thing and the next driver told us he knew nothing of it. We required some special assistant and told that they'd look out for us but again we found ourselves having to make out way up and down the waiting bay. Bit of a much around.

Been going to Andrews for many years, but the service has dropped off.
They washed my truck and all the chrome was still dirty, the duco was all streaky where they hadn't rinsed it and dirt was still evident.
I went there again and complained that they hadn't washed it properly, I gave them another chance and paid for a wash. I hadn't even got to the Airport when they called to say they couldn't wash my truck as my expectations where too high! I paid for a wash and I expect it to be clean, how is that unreasonable?
Never been back, I now use Jetport and I'm very happy.

Have used you many times and find your staff very professional in their service. I would and have recommended you to my friends and business colleagues.
I would though recommend you have a phone link to your email confirmations you send to make it easier to contact you when we need to notify you of our arrival.
Also your green stickers are too sticky and don't peel off easy from windscreens. ;)

AVOID this business!! After using Andrew's for more than 13 years I will never be going back!! The staff broke keys off in the ignition, then decided to have their mechanic pull the car to pieces causing electrical shorts which then melted much of the wiring loom. They then denied the damage was their doing and refused to cover the cost of repairs. Their service when there is a problem is appalling, they obviously are just after your money. Google them if you would like further evidence of shoddy service when there is a problem. DO NOT use this business!! There are others including Europcar whose service when there is a problem is exemplary who I would reccomend.

I ve parked here a number of times and the parking is recommended but don t waste your money getting the car cleaned. I paid $159 and yes the inside of the car was filthy in the back row of the 7 seater. They just didn t do it. I contacted them and have photos to prove the lack of cleaning but unfortunately nobody has got back to me. It s a pity as the idea of a sparkling clean car was something I was looking forward to.

Fred was a wonderful driver. Friendly, nice and a safe driver. Would love to park here again.

overall decent and good price, used them a few times. I always got them to clean the car, but this time the cleaning was below par compared to previous, my windows were still dusty

We travelled to Andrews from the Mornington Peninsula one morning, leaving what we thought was a suitable amount of time. We took too long (2 1/2 hours)and had only 15 minutes left to check in at the airport once we were at the parking,. The girls behind the counter immediately organised us to be driven in our car straight to the airport and dropped outside the terminal, while waiving the usual payment procedure until after we returned home.
We arrived at the terminal with 6 minutes left to spare.
Thanks to the quick thinking of the Andrews team we relaxed on our flight.
We have been parking with Andrews and Busy Beaver for many years and will continue to do so.
Our compliments to a fantastic crew.

I was running late for my flight but Fred had my bags in the van and reassured me along the way that he wouldn t let me miss my plane. Made my plane with time to spare. Thank you Fred

I used this place 2 weeks ago for the first time. Surprisingly easy to get there, and a short 8 min trip by bus. Also offer extras, like washing your car at reasonable prices. And only waited 5 minutes for the bus, to get back and pick up my car, which they valet park for you, which helps ease the Airport stress! Great price, will be using them again. Thanks guy's.

Great place to leave the car for an extended period. Provides a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Also has the option of undercover parking and vehicle servicing and cleaning.

I called and spoke to Kelly.S and she made the booking process so effortless and easy, so well done and thank you Kelly. I have used their services before and wouldn't go anywhere else. When you travel the last thing on your mind is a parking headache, thankfully the Andrew's Parking team is fast and efficient, and provide quick shuttle service with no stress, so I thoroughly recommend there service.

Fast, super convenient and cost effective airport parking. I've used this company multiple times and have never had any problems; very frequent bus services that (for us) have always taken about 15mins from the parking place to the airport. I booked the Andrew's Airport Parking Melbourne and also car cleaning service for my day trip to Launceston on Wednesday 11/04/2018. Unfortunately, the Jetstar flight returned to Melbourne and did not fly to Launceston due to some major mechanical problem. The flight was very scary and I was quite shaken when I got back to Melbourne. All the staff members at Andrew's Airport Parking, including Waris the mini bus driver, were very lovely, friendly and professional, and they kindly refunded the car cleaning service fee for me considering my flights cancellation. I would like to thank Andrew's team, definitely give them 5 stars and would highly recommend Andrew's Airport Parking to anyone.

I have used Andrews Airport parking on many occasions and found the service to be outstanding from the handling of the booking to the frequency of transfers to and from the airport.
Highly recommended.

We picked up our car after about 10 days away and were horrified as to it's condition. We remarked on this and we were promised this would be investigated. To their credit this was done. It was found our car had been left out from under cover for 3 days because they overlooked reparking it after moving it out of the way so they could get to other cars for early arrival owners.
To their credit as well, they offered a voucher to have our car cleaned. Since we live about 50 km away, we doubt we will be able to take this offer. I would very reluctant to have them touch our car anyway.
Thanks Andrew for your offer. As mentioned, we will not have anyone touch our car. I have thoroughly cleaned and detailed the car myself. I would much prefer if you put the value of my part refund and car clean towards the FIRE RELIEF FUND.

Fred was super friendly and chirpy, even at 6am! It definitely helped having such a friendly face to ease the pain of an early flight. I'll definitely be using Andrew's again!

I have used Andrew's Airport parking for many years now, and have always found it to be excellent. Recently, Fred went above and beyond to help carry my suitcase and bags into my car, as I was travelling alone with my toddler and feeling very weary after the flight. Thank you for the consistent and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Waited for a very long time in the airport on the way back and longer than other agencies to get the car keys due to admin stuff. Then our car was blocked by other cars parked in front and it took them like 15min to move them away. With so many other options available I'm not coming back to Andrew's. It took us 50min in total.

Undercover parking that works out cheaper than outdoor long-term parking at the airport. Pickup and drop-off service works as advertised, though there can be a wait for a pick up when returning from the airport.

Service is quick and close to the airport.
They are the same company at busy beaver so if one is booked out, normally the other has space.
I have traveled with a bicycle and it was no issue

Dropped my car at Andrews Car Park while we were going on a two week holiday thought i would shout myself a Deluxe clean $199 supposed to include - a Full Clean, Hand Polish and Steam Clean. Picked the car up yesterday morning, the car was dirtier than when I left it, scuff marks from a rotary polisher when it is supposed to be hand polished. The guy behind the counter said he would get a manger to ring me...waited for most the and the next day no phone, I rang to speak to a manager i was the would ring me back. 5.15pm still no call back. I rang again and was told the manager was on another call asked me to stay on hold so i did. The another man picked said he was a supervisor and there was no manage there.. someone not telling the truth.
He told me that it would take about 72 hours to investigate. Why 72 hours I picked the car up you did a terrible job just refund my money Next step consumer affairs

All I can say is make sure you inspect your car before you take it back. I now have $2500 worth of damages done to my 9 month old car due to there in competence. double check your car when it is parked in bad light its a good way to hide damages that's what they did with mine, it wasn't till i was at a petrol station with great lighting did i notice the extreme scratches done to my car. I and my family have been using them for years and then to have this and the lack of respect and or care when dealing with us and this issue goes to show how shallow they actually are. Dealing with Cathy was an absolute nightmare. I have been in management for 12 years and if I ever used the customer service this company uses I would have been out of work years ago. I will never use this company again and advise all my family and friends to use another business.

We park at Andrews twice a year and love the convenience..we have a hassle free trip to the airport and back..I have also told my friends and they too are enjoying the same ...

Very efficient and just a 5 minute shuttle to the airport.

Always park with these guys. Always take care of my car and the servicing is great. Handy if you're away for a while and you don't have time to be off the road to get a service done. Come home and your car's been serviced while you're away.

Really good price for long term car parking. The drivers were friendly and we didn't have to wait more than 1 minute for pickup and dropoff.

My only qualm with the service was that I got a deluxe clean and the cleaners neglected some details in the car like the rear view mirror and marks on the ceiling. They did a phenomenal job with the upholstery though.

I've used Andews for years i have always found the staff excellent & friendly but the driver who drove us to the airport this week was a bad driver & the one who picked us up was rude & bad tempered. He made a crack about who rang & I jokingly said yes from the plane ....clearly a joke but he had a go at me I pointed out that I was joking. He slammed the doors everyone in the bus noticed when i got out he said here's the lady with a sence of humour! hmmmmm not that funny to me. We will never be using this company again.

Dont use this service, bunch of rude amateurs. Called in advance to be helpfull, not that it was necessary, our flight was on time. But no car waiting for us, how hard is it to have our car ready on the day that we arive? We checked again after all the other people were gone (including a bus that arived after us) where our car was, but we were being told in a very rude way that they're working on it. Checked again after 30 minutes, again very rude staff. Finally after well over 45 minutes of waiting we got our car, no apology off course, apparently it was: "no ones fault" Worst customer service ever!

Great service and they always pick us up from the airport in a timely manner. When we arrived at their office today, Kate serviced us well and helped us easily find our car. Overall it is quite convenient to park my car a little further away to the airport. I will continuously to use their service.

I have to admit - their service really is fantastic! Totally justified bragging rights on their on hold message. The management and their team are a truely very considerate crew. Well done!

Not a regular flyer, but when I do I always use Andrew's. But after Sunday & reading reviews on here I will never use them again. Same as other people on here I returned from overseas to find my car out the front with a dent and white paint on the front passenger door. A woman came out took a couple of photo's & said the supervisor would contact me later, 3 days later he rang after I had called to see what was going on. He said he was half way through the cctv footage nothing has shown up yet and offered a $ 50 voucher as a goodwill gesture & they will cut & polish the scratch. THAT WILL NOT FIX IT!!!!

First time using this service. It was close to the airport. Very efficient servive. FRED the driver was very friendly and hilarious. He is an asset. Defintely would use again.
