Terrible service of cleaning my car charged $199 - still waiting for a refund
Hello Brenda,

I have tried several times to call you and emailed you in relation to a refund I am waiting for. At this stage you have not responded. Could you please call me back on as a matter of urgency.
If you do not respond to my email by 5.00pm
I will be lodging a complaint with Consumer affaires

Dropped my car at Andrews Car Park while we were going on a two week holiday thought i would shout myself a Deluxe clean $199 supposed to include - a Full Clean, Hand Polish and Steam Clean. Picked the car up yesterday morning, the car was dirtier than when I left it, scuff marks from a rotary polisher when it is supposed to be hand polished. The guy behind the counter said he would get a manger to ring me...waited for most the and the next day no phone, I rang to speak to a manager i was the would ring me back. 5.15pm still no call back. I rang again and was told the manager was on another call asked me to stay on hold so i did. The another man picked said he was a supervisor and there was no manage there.. someone not telling the truth.
He told me that it would take about 72 hours to investigate. Why 72 hours I picked the car up you did a terrible job just refund my money Next step consumer affairs
