Booked my car in with Andrews for a few days- and had the loveliest driver take us to the airport. Thanks Fred for getting us there safe & on time :)
Would highly recommend. Booking online, arrival, leaving your keys.. everything was so smooth.

I have been using their services for a few years now. They are always courteous and professional. I have also used their car cleaning services, they do not disappoint.

Paid for undercover parking over the last weekend, but when I came back to pick up my car I found tree sticks, leaves, red gum nut flowers all over my car. I put in a complaint that I paid for undercover parking but obviously it was parked outside under a tree. What a joke, they offered me $15, even though I paid $72 for 4 days parking undercover, my car was left in a real mess, so are they really parking the cars undercover??? unhappy They have now after several phone calls resolve the issue with me

Came out of airport and van leaving....said one was on way....25 minutes later one arrived.

Driver had not done the customer service course and tried telling people off for getting in van and not telling him their names.

Got to base....given wrong keys...had to hunt for them and recognised mine by key ring luckily

Plenty more companies available - have use these guys before but they have dropped the ball

Fred was my driver on Monday Dec 11th. He was lovely, funny, friendly and made the journey very pleasant

Good most of the tine. Nice and close to the airport. Regular busses taking you to and from. Much better than airport parking.

Been using Andrews for about 15 years now and no problems at all excellent friendly service , Fast , friendly and cheap .
would not dream of parking with any on else .
Check in staff are always friendly and willing to help , drivers are fantastic especially Joseph , he has been there as long as I can remember and always remembers me and has a smile and brightens the day .

Ring at 3.15, get back there in record time because there was a van going back as I arrived at the pick up point.
45 minutes later my car was retrieved but not before being offered someone else's car and not before the people in the same van as me and then another 3 vans had their cars and were gone.
Every last staff member "I'm so sorry. We're short staffed and we understand your anger" but noone was doing anything.
As a regular user of Andrew's, my disappointment knows no bounds.
This is the 2nd time I've had reason to complain and the first time was because of an extremely rude staff member.
I was lured back with promises of better things, and they were for the first few times after the original bad experience.
There won't be a 3rd chance though

Staff were very friendly checked in very early and checked out late. They all had a bright smile and friendly attitude. Our flight was delayed, we were late from
the allocated exit time they did not charge extra and were understanding. Would recommend the efficient, excellent service.

Absolutely fantastic on time professional and courteous great value no other place to go if you want your vehicle kept safe and secure and have a hassle free trip to the airport. Especially when flying the early hours of the morning

They lost my business 15 years ago when I had booked and paid online (which is an unnecessary step in my opinion) for an undercover space. A few hours later they called to tell me the space was no longer available and to try United Airport Parking in Melrose Dve. I ve never been back since and I think myself and my colleagues and clients who all use united would spend $15k a year in parking. Your loss, Andrews...

To those people leaving bad reviews regarding your car being parked outside, when you paid for undercover. YOU'RE 100% RIGHT. I know someone that used to work for Andrews Airport parking, and that person, told me what goes on in the place. People that pay for undercover parking, their cars are put outside, and on the day of your arrival, they give it a quick wash to get the dirt or dust off it, so it looks like it has been parked undercover. ANOTHER thing. THEY USE CUSTOMERS CARS, TO JUMP START OTHER CARS. The list goes on. As for CCTV. yeah right.

Amazing experience, I've parked here three times now and every time has been so easy and stress free that i know i'll never be doing the taxi route to the airport again! The staff from the service desk to drivers have all been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Never had to wait more than 2 minutes to go to, or be collected from the airport.

I have used Andrew's Airport Parking for quite a few years for undercover parking and they have always been competitively priced, professional and cared for my car as I would have.
I do not have any problems recommending them as the best place to leave your car when going away.

As a first time user I found the service fantastic and would recommend to anyone wanting a hassle free trip to and from Adelaide airport. Drivers were friendly, especially John on our return trip, and nothing was too much trouble. thanks!

Just wanted to give a little feedback in regards to the driver I had shuttling from Melbourne Airport today. I had the pleasure of having Fred as my driver and he was a real down to earth gentleman. We were stuck on the freeway due to heavy traffic so we had a chance to talk for a while and I thoroughly enjoyed his company which made the slow trip back barely noticeable.

Thank you Fred for today, I wish there were more people like you out there with such an upbeat character and genuine personality.

use it for several times. just 10 minutes to terminal which is convenient. affordable price, great service, and fast pickup even in the mightnight when return. BTW, the driver Fred is a really nice guy! highly recommend ~!

I parked my vehicle on Wednesday the 20/11/2013. After arriving at the terminal I realized that my wallet was left on the back seat of my vehicle at the car park. An Andrew s Driver took me back to the car park and radioed ahead regarding my missing wallet. Upon arrival at the car park my wallet was thankfully handed back to me by a very efficient young lady. I then was given a lift back to the terminal in the next departing bus where my anxious partner was awaiting my return. As my wallet contained a considerable amount of cash and all our travel tickets, I am just so thankful for the efficiency and honesty of all concerned.
I will continue to recommend Andrew s Airport Parking to all of my friends.

Every time I use Andrews Parking I come away amazed at how polite the office staff and drivers are . Excellent service. But the real jewel in the crown is the excellent job of cleaning and washing my car. I live on a farm , so my car is embarrassingly dirty ,when I drop it off. Every time I come back my car is sparkling clean. On the 30-04-19 my car was cleaned by Inder , I am so impressed by his work , I had to write this review. I know every time I travel , the Andrews staff and drivers are great but the way my car is presented back to me is exceptional. Thanks Inder .

Super impressed as soon as i arrived. Very friendly staff. Toilets on grounds, cars very well looked after. Depending on your needs and budget there are 3 different deals. Your car can be parked outside, under cover but outside and completely undercover in a warehouse. As soon as things were finalised we were taken off in a shuttle.

Dreadful job done on $65 inside/outside wash on car. Won't be using Andrews again.

Been using these guys for years. Great service however avoid the car clean option as they barely rub overcyour car with a damp cloth.

As a frequent interstate traveller I have found the Andrews' team always to be so very courteous and helpful. The staff behind the reception counter are always beaming with smiles - every time - and some times I am travelling very early in the morning. Even though my bag is never really heavy, the bus driver always kindly loads my luggage onto the bus and I am driven right up to the entry of the departures.
Coming home has been just as good. I call them as I am walking out and usually within 5 minutes there is a bus to collect me. Recently I had tried their car wash service and it was so very nice to come home to a sparkling clean car! Its like a valet parking service without the cost!!
I use to frequent the Melbourne airport short term but Andrews' parking is a 3rd of the price and my car is brought to me on my return, rather than me trying to retrace my steps to locate my car again....
I have just learned that they have corporate rates for frequent travellers which are discounted, so I will be looking into that too!!

Always good customer focused service by each of the frontline staff. Waris provided a warm welcome and service recently as all the staff and drivers do.

The staff at Andrew's Airport Parking are absolutely exceptional. I rent with Jucy all the time (another great company), who use Andrew's to get passengers to their branch, and always have great customer service skills, good value for money, fast and easy.

I have used Andrews for a number of years and general found them to be very good.
However in April I left my car there for 7 days and on my return I notice that it had been damaged in front bumper. I reported it to the acting su p supervisor who took photos and told me that they would review the ctv footage and would have the manager call me with the findings. After a few days of non response I spoke to Mark who said that he had reviewed the gootage but was unable to see how the damage could have happened. He suggested that as I had my car booked in for another stay that he would personally look and see how the damage could have happened. When i dropped off my car I was told that he was not in but that it would be bought to his attention. On my return 10 days later i asked for him but was told he was not on duty but he would call me . 2 weeks later and still no call. My car was damaged by them and I also noted that my petrol tank was considerably lower but I could not prove my spedometer reading so did not challenge them on this.I am a frequent traveler but I will not use them again

Our driver this morning was Joesph. Gave us all the assistance you could ask for. Excellent customer service and relaxing drive to airport. Joesph was great at making conversation while concentrating on the traffic.
A lovely experience for our trip to California, catching up with our youngest son and family

Andrew's Airport Parking always offers a consistent, generous service. My car was leaking oil whilst I was away one weekend and they bent over backwards to look after my car, and assist me in getting a towaway. My garage replaced the engine, and were also impressed that I'd been notified whilst I was travelling away. I feel very relaxed about their service, and the prices they offer are very competitive.

I can't thank the Andrews staff enough for the help, comfort and support they provided - after I inadvertently locked the car key into the (impossible to access) boot of my car! Excellent coffee and the decision to drive me to my office to pick up the spare key - never to be forgotten. Many thanks again...

Damage to my car while it was parked at Andrews. They said that they didn't damage it. It was ok when I left it there.

Your service was fantastic. Our bus driver Gurvi was there to pick us up quickly and asked us about our holiday. Kath & Rose in the office were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back to use your parking again

My experience with Andrew's Airport Parking is one of an efficient and friendly service with very polite and competent staff that make it their business to ensure the waiting time for transfers is minimal; even to the point where you are the only passenger being transferred; no time loss waiting for a full bus.
And they lift the suitcase as well!!
