Always happy with Andrews, find their service excellent, booking easy, prices fair and reasonable. Have had them clean my car some visits and never disappointed.

Always park here. Friendly super efficient service, and its cheap. I recommend getting a clean as well.

"Andrew's Airport Parking" have been continuously by Far the most convenient, efficient, helpful, informative, Valet service we've found (time & time again..)
Their prices always seem 2 b just slightly cheaper than the competitors (& when travelling who needs 2 b adding any extra excess "hidden" costs - every1 would catch public transport 2 the airport if was possible... but it's designed 2 just "Not fit in with flight schedules".. If 4 some stupid reason it does manage 2 coincide perfectly..?? Then SkyBus or Taxi's will take their cut & ur back 2 where u started = Just Cheaper Safer & alot more reliable! Just Drop ur car off, Jump on their continuously running courtesy buses 2 ur Terminal & when u return Just give them a call, by the time u've made it across 2 the pick up Bay theres a Bus waiting 4 u.

Always efficient and well organised. Fast trip to and from the airport in the courtesy shuttle bus. On a previous parking booking, I organised to have my car detailed as well - great to come back to a clean car!

My fathers very elderly, therefore not really computer literate but he has come back from his trip, and explained that his had an absolute amazing Time, on top of that the service provided from Andrews airport park was extremely outstanding. my father is ill, and when he gets a time to travel he takes it, he was very please to see he didn't have to walk any further when he seen his vehicle approaching him with a beautiful smile driving behind the drivers seat. she had driven out to the airport, and dropped off my parents vehicle to the Jetstar terminal which I know are not part of your services, and she's also helped my father a complete stranger to her into his seat, whom struggles with walking. I really need to give thanks to Franky, I hope this is her name, for being a kind humble soul, I have not met this person, although I wish one day I will. please pass on my many thanks to Franky for making it easy on my parents. -Katarina

They will scratch, dint and wreck your car and then deny everything. They say they have video cameras but when we asked for proof they couldn t supply. Disgusting excuse for a business. I advise very very very strongly to go with another company. They didn t even apologise and never get back to you. Absolute filth.

The only car parking business I'll deal with. Great service and reliable.

When I rang to make a booking I was very impressed with the friendly and cheerful voice on the phone just having a friendly person to talk to and assist me with my booking was a very pleasant experience I had rung another company and was not impressed with their manner I am hoping to meet the young lady who was so helpful when I bring my car in soon thank you once again first impressions defiantly pay off

Excellent service. Quickly and easily able to drop off car and get to the airport. Drivers Fred and Gary were very helpful and friendly. Pick up easy and quick and our car was ready and waiting for us when we got there, which after 36hrs traveling with 2 young children was a blessing. Very reasonable price for 4+ weeks also. Couldn't more highly recommend. Thank you Andrews.

A big THANKYOU to our wonderful driver Fred who was very patient with us and very caring and attentive with us and an elderly relative. He helped her on and off the bus and got the luggage efficiently. He was very very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you so much - I was worried about her getting on and off the bus, but I needn t have! 5 stars well worthy!

Went for a driver job there and was told they don t pay penalty rates for working weekends or public holidays and I was expected to start at 3am some days for a dismal flat rate of just over $20 an hour . What a joke ! Would never endorse a company that exploits its employees. I found a similar job that paid far better.

Have used them for some years now and the service is always first class at a fair price.
Highly recommend them.

heartbreking that I left my brand new car here thinking it would be safe and secure, only to return to it in a different park and with damage! Havent had an apology or refund and they are denying it.

Reasonable service at reasonable, comparatively speaking, prices. Drivers are very friendly but their backup (read - office staff) let them down, often.

Frankie picked up my phone call early morning and then turned up in the van to get us. Amazing customer service, keep it up!

I had booked my car in due to it coming up when I booked my flight with Jetstar. I really wish I hadn't.
First the positives the people working there are lovely. From pick up to drop off the customer service was great. I had a difficult few weeks leading up to dropping the car off, and buried my sister that morning. Due to this I decided to take up one of the services they had on offer of an outside and inside clean of the car. Now I had apologised for the state of my car as I was in and out of hospital etc; and mentioned that all the things in the car could be put into the back of the car (I had items in there due to sleeping at the hospital etc; & somethings that I had just not taken out of the car). When I arrived everything was all over the seats. Now don't get me wrong they are not obligated to 'clean my car' if you will, it was more a lack of care that was shown - and that may be due to time constraints on them?
As I drove the car out of the lot I could tell something was not right, and once on the freeway I was too scared to even push the car past 80 kms. It had felt like someone had thrashed my car. My car was fine and working normally when I dropped it off. I contacted my mechanic to take a look and it broke down a few days later (2 days before I could get into the mechanics).
Sure many would say it might be a coincidence and feel free to take my experience as you will. For me personally in future I will not leave my car at a garage that I have to leave the keys with them, or use any services for that matter. A little disappointing as I travel a few times a year, but would not risk my car again. I have not had an experience like this one ever and I know something had happened to my car, but without video footage very difficult to prove it (my word against theirs really). Rarely post reviews, but wanted to list my experience for others to take into account. Thank you.

I always use Andrews when flying out of Tullamarine. Booking is easy, the staff are friendly, courteous and effecient. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes either going to, or returning from, the airport, and the drivers are always helpful and friendly. I wouldn't park anywhere else, the security at Andrews is great and parking is available 24/7.

We have used Andrews Airport car parking 3 times a year for the last 5 years. Staff are always friendly on check in and helpful getting us into the shuttle. My son uses a wheelchair and they offer to take us and pick us up in our own accessible car which often makes it easier. Recently we checked in with Kellie T who was informative and professional. On return due to lots of flight delays there was a little wait but more vans were called and drivers were friendly and organised. We are using them again tomorrow and they are our go to airport parking facility.

Every time I have used Andrews parking, it has been a pleasurable experience. Staff seem to be very customer focussed, and more than willing to help. Keep up the good work.

Our very first experience with (AAP) was a fantastic experience. We booked our car in for one day as well as full clean (detailing) service on Sunday 08/06/2014 - reservation # 504219.
We checked our car in at 4 am & were greeted by a very friendly male staff - the whole process took less that 5 minutes.
The shuttle bus was ready to take us to the domestic terminal by a friendly driver who reiterated the process when we got back that night.
On our return, the shuttle bus was there in super quick time.
Back at the office reception, there were 3 smiling ladies waiting to attend to a shuttle bus full of passengers.
This process took less than 5 minutes & our car was brought out & ready to be driven off.
The car was cleaned to the best possible standard for which we were very pleased.

Generally, people complain when service is not good however, neglect to provide positive feedback when the service is good. Customer service was excellent from start to finish.
Thanks AAP for the pleasant experience - we will recommend your company to all our friends & will certainly use AAP in future.

The staff at Andrew's Airport Parking are very friendly. I have used other airport shuttle services in the past and have not gone back since using Andrews. The drivers are courteous and helpful. There are plenty of buses available, which means you never have to wait too long before being picked up.

I'd highly recommend them to those wanting great service.

Didn't do a very good job cleaning our car, we are missing a Lint roller from the car and a medical certificate that was in there is also missing. So much for a 'Full Clean'!

Not happy at all!

Where do I start. First a 30 minute wait at airport pickup after a request to be picked up to be faced by a rude driver. He advised he is unable to transport our party of 7 persons as his IPad list read 5 although it was a 7 person booking. He offered to split my party/kids up and transport 5 only. Excuse was it's school holidays and they are busy. Finally picked up after 2nd call then had to wait another 30 minute at the Andrews Parking to retrieve our car. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!! When the driver gave me th
e key he did not apologize or say one word. How rude! Have used these guys in the past but will NEVER AGAIN!!!

Got back from New Zealand today. Picked up at the airport and when we got back to Andrew Airport Parking in Melbourne they had lost our car. We waited for ages with all our luggage out in the hot sun while they reviewed camera footage to try to locate our car. We will never use this service again.

Quick & efficient service with little wait time. Very friendly staff particularly Fred who helped me out with something I left behind. Thanks
