I have left my car with Andrews on numerous occasions over the last few years and always impressed with the service from booking through to pick up. Shuttle bus great never have to wait more than a few minutes, and cleaning job is great too. highly recommend!!
We had FRED for our airport drop off an pick up...Fred was very friendly an helpful as we didnt know where Tiger was he even carried our bags to our car...THANK YOU SO MUCH FRED....Andrews airport was cheaper then expected. .well done....
Absolutely disgusted with the condition of my car upon pickup yesterday. I paid to have it parked outside but when I collected it, it was covered in bird poo. I have used Andrews Parking many times before and this has not happened. When we arrived there we waited for a long time before we were taken to the airport. I had to let them know we would miss our flight if we didn't get there very soon. The level of service seems to have gone down for some reason

best place to leave your car when going to the airport , you drop your car off , they take you to the airport , then when you get back you ring them they pick you up and take you to your car ,so easy .

I've used Andrews Airport Parking for many years, 2 or 3 times annually.
Convenience and reliability of service are what's important to me.
I like being able to rely on a prompt check in and a van being ready to take me to the airport within a few mins whatever the time of day or night. That saves a lot of stress especially if I'm unexpectedly held up in traffic getting there. (Maybe, I should leave home earlier but I never do!)
The price of parking is okay esp if I'm sharing the cost with a co-traveller. Not much out of the holiday budget for the convenience.

Smashed window while undercover parked, Andrews airport parking takes no responsibility for the repair, 4 witnesses saw the car before parking there, never go there. Have seen other cars with damage in the past, very expensive parking!
Bad customer experience. When we picked up our car after 2 weeks park, we discovered a scratch on the passenger side of our car. So a report was written up with photos. It took over 5 weeks with numerous phone calls from us to finally settled the issue. Company never called us back when promised return call was made by staff.
Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Andrews Melbourne. Courteous, helpful and friendly. Sarah and Kelly (to name two) have recently assisted me with my phone booking and have answered my questions in a professional and patient manner. Thank you!

Never again. To many time we been left stand at the airport waiting after long flight. And the last time after 12 he flight tryed to tell as. The car was out the front . Yes it was the same car but no it wasn't ours. Then took 15 minutesto find it . Airport long term parking for now on.

We use Andrew's Parking and are always impressed. Having arrived home at midday on Christmas Eve, I thought we may have to wait for a considerable time for transport back to Andrew's. However, our group of seven was collected quickly and as always the driver had a sense of humour. Once back at Andrew's, Kathy looked after us very well.

Booked in, paid for the service online, rang up due to no emails of service being confirmed (took my money anyway), they claimed that I had never booked in or paid, sorted it out, gave them the time of when I d be picking my car up, rang up to pick car up, can t find my booking... sorted it out, got to the depo, could not find my name in the system, had to wait a few hours for the car to come out.. due to not being able to find it. Turns out it was out the front, then they gave me to keys and said I was ready to go on my way, went to the car, there was 5 cars parked in front of it, had to wait another 20mins for the cars to be cleared. Ended up being around 2-3hour wait. Happened to a couple of other fellas there too.

All of Andrews positive reviews are fake. The last 3 times I've used them I've felt like I was in India trying to gain a seat. It's the last time I ever use Andrews. The most expensive and most certainly the most hopeless

We have been regular Andrew s customers for many years so much so we joined the membership. We have always found the staff to be very professional, obliging and helpful. Although this has not changed, on our last 2 visits - Feb 2017 and today, we have noted on both occasions that response times have been significantly increased and the service provided is no longer prompt or efficient in the same way it had previously been. Today our flight arrived in on time and our baggage was waiting for us to collect by the time we walked from the Jetstar terminal to the baggage lounge. I contacted Andrew s from the pickup spot as is standard practice, the call taker politely requested to place me on hold. After several minutes on hold our call was taken and we were advised a bus would be dispatched. During the 35 minutes we waited at the pickup spot I counted 5 shuttle buses from the competing company - Jetport come and go. Upon arriving back at the depot there was only one person in the office, she was already on the phone with a further call ringing and there were several customers in the office. After politely requesting both callers to remain on hold she then had to request assistance from staff in an adjoining room.
I have written this review to provide feedback to management; this is not a criticism of the staff but rather the lack of staff. Working under these conditions would be very stressful, and the young woman at the front desk today never faulted in her professionalism however is was clearly evident that her work load was far in excess of what one would reasonably expect a person on their own to manage. Andrew s prides itself on customer service however if Andrews wish to continue a high level of customer satisfaction the service must be both efficient and prompt in its response times.

Not sure how it compares for pricing, and they were a little late collecting us once we called, but the driver apologised and our car was ready to drive away in. Would recommend them if you're not in a rush to leave the airport.

Super easy and convenient service - I had Fred as a driver and he was incredibly friendly
Booked in my brand new Amarok Truck for a month and paid to have it inside undercover and specified my concerns as to it being cared for appropriately to avoid any damage. Picked up my truck today and absolutely no exaggeration the rear of the vehicle was absolutely covered in bird droppings and the rest of the vehicle also had many other bird droppings all over it. I raised this with a manager and they agreed to pressure wash it off and they did. Bird droppings destroy paint clear coat this is a fact, all I received was lip service and I did not get what I paid for, plain and simple. If you value your vehicle like I do I cannot stress enough, DO NOT leave your car at Andrews they simply do not care and they do not have the facility to provide the service they say they can.

Always have a good chat with the friendly staff and drivers Rui and Frank are always great to see again on my return trips and the counter staff are always efficient and never have any issues, if they fix their "car wash" they will be an easy 5 star rating, don't worry about spending money on the wash and you'll love the service.

Previous experiences were great, fast, friendly and efficient. Only the last time they bumped our new car into something, leaving a scratch on the wing mirror, and did a poor job on the wash. We pointed it out, they promised to follow up, but no follow up. Way to lose a regular customer Andrews.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our car off easily and were at the airport within 20 minutes. When we came home we arrived at 12am. We only had to call and wait 10 minutes before the bus was there to collect us. Easily taken back to the car and on our way in 10 minutes. Very smooth and hassel free.
This was my third visit to Andrew's Airport Parking and again I was impressed by the efficiency and courteous manner of all staff. This company is a pleasure to deal with and makes travelling to and from the airport.
