I booked the Andrew's Airport Parking Melbourne and also car cleaning service for my day trip to Launceston on Wednesday 11/04/2018. Unfortunately, the Jetstar flight returned to Melbourne and did not fly to Launceston due to some major mechanical problem. The flight was very scary and I was quite shaken when I got back to Melbourne. All the staff members at Andrew's Airport Parking, including Waris the mini bus driver, were very lovely, friendly and professional, and they kindly refunded the car cleaning service fee for me considering my flights cancellation. I would like to thank Andrew's team, definitely give them 5 stars and would highly recommend Andrew's Airport Parking to anyone.
