I came in for a tire rotation and complementary brake inspection, and left upset because I was told that something was loose on my car. The frustrating part is that it was going to cost me over $1,000 to get fixed, not including labor. I decided to take my car to another mechanic to have them take a look at, and one of the pieces that was "loose" (per Chevrolet) wasn't even loose!! The mechanic took the car apart and showed me the piece they claimed was messed up and it wasn't. So if I hadn't have gone to someone else, I would have been paying $300 alone for one piece to get fixed, that wasn't broke!!!
