Don't buy their products online. I didn't get anything for three weeks. All I got the day I purchased the products was a receipt confirmation but no shipment confirmation. After three weeks without getting anything, I had to email the company and the following day, i finally got a tracking # but no apologies from them or anything. The same thing happened to my friend who bought products online, she had to email the company after three weeks then she finally got a shipment confirmation! psshh.
I had Anastasia doing my brows for over 20 years. When she was taking time off from brows last year I went through mourning. I had gone to a few other places and always seems to come out with fine brows but zero symmetry between my brows. I came back to this salon and went to Alex and thankfully I am back to symmetrical, nicely arched brows. They are not the same shape as Anastasia gave me, but I'm very happy still (at a 1/3 of the cost). For those complaining about the snobbiness of the salon, I have never, ever had that experience. Sometimes you bring in your own baggage into things. Try coming in with a smile, speaking kindly to the girls behind the desk and I can promise you will be greeted with the same respect.
They do it very well and beautiful but I've gone there twice already. I thought I had a bad person the first time but every time I went it's not the same nor is it symmetrical!! This frustrates me cause one is either longer or shorter or lower than the other. I paid $50 every time for a messed up brow! I'm not going back no matter how much I love their products or I wish I would love them.
I had a wonderful experience at Anastasia Beverly Hills salon. Amazing staff,very welcoming and professional. Also shopping online was easy and not a struggle for a busy mother like myself .
I ordered some items that clearly said they were in stock on the website however then received an email advising that my order had been cancelled as the items were no longer available??? You would think the website would update when stock is low or out!
this is a terrible costumer services, never waited more than an hour on hold just to find out about my order and nobody came to the phone. I had called as soon as they open (10am) and the stupid voice recorder came again " hate to make you waited but still Nobody seen to be able to answer the calls been made. I had placed my order more than two weeks and still not even received and nobody answer the calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY TO ORDER ON ONLINE.
I love this brand! Obsessed with all 3 of the eye shadow pallets. Love every single product, especially the eye brow products! <3 I haven't been to the Salon yet because I live in Chicago but I hope that one day, I will be able to go there!
I love their products and they have really great customer service. I had a brow pencil break. They heard my cry and are sending me a new one! I did send my old one back for further research.
Had a issue with damaged goods and they were very quick to fix it, very good customer service! Great product thr girlfriend says! 10/10 will do business again.
Had a great experience with the customer service team. I had trouble with a product, and their very attentive customer service team followed up with me in a timely fashion and are currently sending me a replacement for the faulty product. I love the brand, and I am quite pleased that there is clear respect for the clients and a willingness to help out with issues. I will definitely remain a loyal customer because of this experience.
Horrible Service!! Waited for weeks for these products to come into stock, and once they were I ordered them... Products were not shipped for weeks, they waited so long that I inquired, for them to tell me they were no longer in stock!! Unbelievable. The worst part - they don't do anything to try to retain you as a customer.
UPDATE (8/31/15): I called on repeat until I reached a live person. She apologized and said it had just not gotten shipped and that she'd send it 2-Day Shipping. I did receive it and the product is as promised. Later that day, I finally got a call back regarding my voicemail. I appreciate that the gal I spoke to resolved the issue, but it's still ridiculous that I should have to call a dozen times to get my order shipped. I still would not recommend purchasing from their site.
(8/26/15) Repeat of everyone else's reviews. Ordered online over a month ago and they charged my card right away, but items STILL have not shipped. Really?! They don't respond to emails, an actual person never answers the phone regardless of time of day, no returned messages.

Tried to make online orders twice and had my cc charged then order cancelled with no explanation. Called them to find out why and no apologies offered and finger pointed at me saying it is my error. I entered all the correct details but their credit department decides to cancel the order as they don't recognise the shipping address. How about try to contact the customer first? Then 3rd time a lady on the phone actually was helpful however it is now too late as the order may not get there in time which was a gift for a friend and I have just spent unnecessary money on collectively an hour of international call from Australia to USA when they really should have sorted this out and taken the initiative as a business to get in touch instead of sending a generic cancel email that says if you didn't cancel this then we are just out of stock which is obviously not the case here on both accounts. Really unhelpful and backward eCommerce system and very disappointed with a company that keeps promoting themselves internationally without a solid eCommerce channel to back themselves up with. Beware because like me you could have 3 separate orders charged to your credit card and can't do anything but wait for the first 2 cancelled order to get refunded back to your card. Not happy.
I usually love this product but recently my mom gave me the subculture palette as a gift opened it up and it had Axis of the same color and I called customer service and they told me that they can't do anything about I swear
The Beverly location is a bit of a drive for me, but it's usually way more than worth it. Sephora got me hooked on Anastasia and I've been in love ever since! Front desk staff is fun and the store environment is upbeat and luxurious! Worth the Commute!
Horrible experience. My mom ordered a heap of products from the website, two days later we were told to send copies of our credit card and proof of residency as we are international. After sending the documents immediately, we received no response whatsoever. Over two weeks later we received an email that our order had been cancelled and that we should call them for more information. Tried calling twice but could not get through as we are in another country. They simply DO NOT respond to emails and customer service is terrible. Tried ordering again last night so hopefully it actually goes through this time.
This review is for the online website. I ordered 2 liquid lipsticks the day that they had the first restock of them; Vintage and Heathers were the colors, I recieved them both in great shape and in a good amount of time! Especially for purchasing on the day of a huge restock! One star off just because it took a little long to get my tracking and shipping information (6 days I think) but other than that I have no complaints!
I lived in LA and got my eyebrows done at anastasis nordstorm in torrance ca. I loved loved loved my brows. I moved to Maryland. I went to the anastasia in DC Tyson. It was horrible. I had to wait a few months before my eyebrows grew back. Then i went the anastasia Nordstrom in townson maryland. The job wasn't bad but it wasn't the greatest. Now i have to wait until my eyebrows grow back again. Why is there such a difference in how eyebrows are done in the Maryland/DC area compared to CA? There shouldn't be! I can't trust anastasia brow studioS in thE MD/DC area. ANASTASIA FIX THIS!!!!!
I thought they did an excellent job on my eyebrows. I will definitely be back. Its a bit expensive, but it's worth going a few times a year and keeping it up in between on my own.
I come here often with my sister all the way from Carlsbad. We love it here and the service is great! It's a bit over whelming because it's in Beverly Hills, but the girls in the front desk at the salon make everything so much fun and very accommodating!! It's like they are my sisters to!! Haha
I purchase my order over 2 weeks ago, and they dont ship my order yet. I have sent 4-5 email and no answer after my 1st email ( they told me to send them again with other email that's all, and i sent again 3-4 times with no answer). I dont know what can i do, i thought it was a good company but....:\
I'm very angry!! Never order Anastasia cosmetics online !!! Firstly, on a box sent to Europe it was written that it was cosmetics .. !! And so the customs opened the box and made us pay 57 euros per box !!! We often ordered cosmetics from other brands in Europe from America and we never opened the box !! Because the sellers did not write that it was cosmetics !! You do not respect your customers !! Apparently you don t understand that after this the customers will no longer order anything from you !! In addition, after 3 days you made an operation with my bank card !!! The money was written off three days before this .. Then after 3 days it was returned and written off again 1 dollar less !! What kind of fraud with a credit card ??? You should have returned $ 1 and not deduct money a hundred times from my card. And this means that the store has saved my bank card and uses it as it wants and when it wants !!!! It smells of fraudulent activity !!!
Today was my first time at this shop and probably the last. First the parking is horrible! But let me get to the costume service at this fancy shop.. well! It had no customer service, when you first walk in there are about 5 sale associates On the floor just huddled together gossiping, bunch of rude cashiers, the girl who rang up my product was so rude, she literly threw my credit card back at me and my receipt. Wow! if the product I wanted wasn't sold out at sephora, I would have never stepped into this shop. Next time I'll order online !
I ve always loved the brand and this was the first time I ve purchased straight from the US website. Our order was cancelled and we weren t notified at all. It was inconvenient enough living in Aus and having different time zones but this lady I spoke to on the phone was also very rude!! I still love the brand to bits I just hope they represent the brand in all aspect. Very disappointed overall
I had a wonderful experience ordering from the Anastasia Beverly Hills online store. I had a question about their shipping and called their customer service line, and the person I spoke to was just lovely! The store was also very quick to respond to a follow-up email I sent. To top it all off, they shipped my order on the very same day that I placed it!
Overall, I'm impressed. The only thing I wasn't incredibly pleased with was the long wait time when I called, but come on - Anastasia products are in high demand right now! A long wait time is to be expected, especially when a new product has just been released. I'm so excited to try the foundation I ordered, and I'll definitely be shopping with Anastasia Beverly Hills again in the future.
Excellent service! I read virtually all the customer service reviews on here and was very hesitant to order from their online website. Nonetheless, the liquid lipsticks came out and I was too scared they'd run out so I ordered them anyway. Although, I never received a shipping notice, shipping was unbelievably fast! It took less than 2 days. In fact, I was still waiting for a shipping confirmation in my email when the lipsticks themselves came in the mail! Woohoo!
But then, I saw they messed up on my order :( I ordered three lipsticks, but one of them was not the one I ordered (I got Heathers instead of Vamp). So I called customer service; they picked up immediately; the lady was very nice and super professional. In less than a minute, she resolved the matter, had the correct lipstick shipped out to me, AND I get to keep the accidental one they sent out (four for the price of three). Couldn't be more satisfied, thank you ABH!!
P.S.: I don't doubt their customer service wasn't once up to par as the other reviewers suggest, however, keep in mind that ABH has grown considerably as a company within the past year, and with it, I'm assuming their customer service has improved too. So I would say, don't hesitate to order from them anymore! :)
The eyebrow guru to the stars doesn t come cheap, but her amazing staff will do the same work for half the fee. While you wait (and you will) there s serious people watching as well as beautiful makeup all laid out and artists eager to help. The big screen TV features Anastasia s daughter, Claudia, and her team of make up artists showing you how to use her palettes. Splurge on one session and like my own guru, Jasmine, they ll be happy to tell you how to maintain your look and line and fill so you can look just like the stars signed photos along the walls!
I have the same problem as the two ladies below. Placed an order on the website three weeks ago and still says processing but the money was surely withdrawn from my account the next day after I placed the order. I would not recommend order from the site directly if you want what you ordered in a timely manner. I have not emailed or called them yet but I have a feeling I will soon.
Honestly I think Brow Wiz is the best brow pencil on the market. It is easy to use, it blends well and it stays on all day. It doesn t smudge at all even in a hot & humid country like Singapore! It's definetly worth the money. I really like the color I chose (Med brown for me & taupe for my mum!) and the fine pencil tip. It doesn't make our eyebrows look as if they are drawn on! I had an issue with one Brow Wiz, but thankfully ABH Customer Service replaced my pencil and now I'm extra careful with it (I store it separately from my other makeup). I definitely recommend this product and I will purchase it again and again and again!
Horrible online shopping experience. Attempted to purchase something, was emailed 3 times that "additional information needed" to complete the order. No one would answer me by email so I ended up calling into customer service, waiting on hold, just to get emailed again the same night that "additional information is needed". Best to cancel the whole order at this point. Won't purchase anything from their website ever again.
Came here for my sister-in-law. Snobby pretentious girls working there. Asking simple questions about a product on their own website if they have it in stock and the girl seemed clueless/gave attitude when I asked.
I called both the BH salon and the corporate office to inquire about to specific eyes shadow palates. Both representatives were uninformed providing vague information. Information I was already aware of before calling.
Step up the customer service. I am a customer ready to spend money.

I had an amazing experience at the salon and was treated with the utmost care and respect. The lady that did my eyebrow shaping and filling (Luca) was extremely experienced, talented, and helpful. The ladies in the front, working at the product section, were willing to help and were extremely influential in me picking the best products for myself. :)
This shop is a reliable source for makeup, skincare, and haircare.They don t just give beauty tips and trends but they tell which beauty products and treatments really work! They would truly care your skin. If I were you, you should shop this place. Don't worry for the pricing for it's very affordable.
I received smashed products and then had to pay duties on the replacements, which I was told I wouldn't need to do. I also placed an order with the wrong billing address and it was shipped anyway so their verification process is obviously not very secure. After about a dozen emails and phone calls they reimbursed me for all the duties I paid. great products but I would way rather order from Sephora.
How on earth can anyone gives these guys anything lower than a 5 star. Everything is perfect about their salon. Sure price is higher but they're the best, so suck it up or don't go there. But if you want the best eyebrows (which is what people notice first over makeup) go here. The girls at the front desk even are perfect. No issues here. EVER for a decade or more.
Wonderful technician worked on my eyebrows never had my eyebrows is good but wish the special special pencil I got was also in a set but it wasn't that's the only reason why you guys lost a star but otherwise great service and worth the money
Love the products--as for the actual store, all the previous terrible reviews are dead on. You walk in and there are anywhere from 5-10 girls, all just talking away. No one bothers to even acknowledge that you walked in, much less offer to help. If the company hadn't already made a name for itself through celebrities, this place would really be struggling. I could go on, but really...just imagine a group of rude high school girls gossiping away in their own little world, oblivious to their surroundings, and you've got Anastasia Beverly Hills.
Im from Kansas and absolutely love ABH products so obviously I read the reviews of the store overall and I was getting worried because of what people had to say about the customer service. Well I didn't have a problem! The girl that helped me out was nice from the get go ! Grabbed everything I wanted so fast and took it to the register for me. The cashier was kind of a snob but not as bad as these comments made it seem like. Loved it !
I had an appointment to get my eyebrows shaped and when the woman doing my brows began removing hair using the wax, I kept getting a burning feeling that did not go away. When she was finished and I got to look at my eyebrows I saw that she had burned my skin in FOUR different areas. My skin has been red, burning, and I have been in pain since my appointment. Not happy with the service. Staff should be trained appropriately for the safety of their clients.
Update: The manager of the store contacted me promptly and expressed her apologies for my poor experience. I greatly appreciated the gesture and the follow up. The manager was kind, respectful, and empathetic. Looking forward to a positive experience at my next appointment!
Horrible costumer service! Don't bother ordering online because you will not get your products. One time they took an entire month to send me my order and when they did it was completely wrong... It was like pulling teeth to get a hold of someone and even so they were unapologetic! Foolish me thought I'd give them one more chance I purchased 7 products and only received 1... Never imagine I'd have to deal with the same issue twice, how tf do you guys run your business!? RIDICULOUS
Same issue here. The time that it takes to process a shipment is the amount of time most companies would take to get the product to me. The store itself is too far for me to drive to so that definitely wasn't an option. As much as I liked the product, I will not purchasing from them any longer.
I want to say I love the product but I have yet to receive it after two weeks. I ordered it, and had to email and complain a week later just to get a confirmation. Now the tracking isn't working and I STILL have not received my product.. Had the product actually been sold in store i would have just bought it there because this was not worth my money.

was not sure about making an appointment at the salon after reading some reviews online, but Anastasia is the Brow Queen, so I really wanted to give it a try. I am bad with names so I don't remember the name of the girl who did my brows, my bad... but she really did a great job! The salon is amazing and the staff friendly. Oh, they also have all ABH products at the salon and I wasn't able to help myself so I left with a few liquid lipsticks, a Cream Contour Kit and a powder Contour Kit. Another girl at the salon gave me a few contouring tips as I am new at this. Thank u Anastasia!
This place is absolutely the best... met Anastasia at my wine events 15 years ago and she is still the queen of the industry. Love having her spoil my friends!

All my experiences with Beverly Hills salon of Anastasia was amazing, The frontdesc girls are fiendly and the manager always advelable. The place to go if you like to be spoiled.
I ordered over $200 USD in products from the ABH website (as I couldn't find them anywhere in Canada, of course) and paid over $18 dollars in shipping, only to be charged an additional 30-something in customs charges as well, totalling over $50 dollars to get my order here. They also put my items (which there wasn't a ton of) in separate boxes to ensure I had to pay more in customs charges. I will NEVER order from this website ever again.
Completely ironic that they can mail out product to makeup artists on YouTube and other various social media sites for marketing and PR but can't seem to give regular paying customers the time of day.
I have ordered from them three times and each time has been beyond frustrating. The first time their website was not working properly and would not allow me to place an order. I called and was told my order was actually received several times, to which I immediately told them to cancel all duplicate orders. I was told they had to wait to receive payment for all of these orders to make sure it wasn't already canceled on my end... WHICH I HAD NO ABILITY TO DO. Took forever to get sorted out and receive my order. The second time I placed an order and it took weeks and weeks to receive. Never got a shipment confirmation, it just showed up. This third time, I placed my order three weeks ago, still haven't been charged, no shipment confirmation, again... nothing.
I can not recommend ordering anything from them online at all.
I gotta hand it to these guys... I research EVERYTHING before I buy product and there's certain things I cant get in canada that I have to buy on line and i read all the nasty reviews on all the mess ups with shipping and products ect that people had and i was SO scared. I took the plunged and seriously was impressed! I got my order within 5 DAYS! which coming from the states never happens.... and to the person who complained in another review about paying duty on her stuff when it landed... that's how it works coming from the states... I got my products in a good time frame as well as loved the products and got exactly what I ordered! Over all 1 for 1 - good job! one happy customer here. thank you!
Ok i just moved to the area and love abh so i was considering visiting to fix my brows. But all the bad reviews about this place have scared, little old normal LA civilian me, back to my old eyebrow lady in the hood. I dont want to give my money to a crew of less than approachable snobby associates. Maybe this place is for snobs or something.
I was pretty nervous to order when I saw the terrible reviews. All I knew was, I heard their dipbrow was the best of the best so I took a risk, to qualify for free shipping I also purchased their most inexpensive eyeliner in a brown jewel tone. I tend to enjoy ordering online, but usually I hate waiting for shipping. My ABH products came so fast, I was very surprised. I love their logo, its so feminine. I tried my dip brow, it took PRACTICE, its a go-to daily product now. I wish it held up more though, it will wipe right off. I ordered a soft brown which worked with my medium brown hair. The eyeliner, although it doesnt last long or stay in place, has a really beautiful sparkle when you smudge it, I use it more as a shadow but their products are a lot of fun to play with. Maybe not the best of the best, but very nice nonetheless.
I just started going regularly to get my brows done and now I'm addicted! Raluca is my brow specialist and she is amazing, I learn a new tip from her every time I visit. She is very passionate and knowledgeable, plus she always has such a warm and welcoming energy. I always get compliments on my brows but it's all thanks to Raluca, highly recommend her.
Iv always been a fan of Anastasia products when I perched them form the store, however when I ordered form them directly it was horrible. I had placed my order and waited two weeks before I found out my product hadn't even shipped yet! So I emailed them and when they revived the email was when they decided to finally ship my product. This is probably the last Anastasia product I'll own. I feel very under appreciated as a customer.
