I have an old thermomix, and a piece of plastic broke. They told me that it was discontinued, that there were no spare parts or repair possible. I got the new part I needed on eBay. Vorwerk technical service is a real disaster. If you have a machine over 5 years old they laugh at you in your face, almost like Apple's. Better buy Lidl's robot.
