I have an old thermomix, and a piece of plastic broke. They told me that it was discontinued, that there were no spare parts or repair possible. I got the new part I needed on eBay. Vorwerk technical service is a real disaster. If you have a machine over 5 years old they laugh at you in your face, almost like Apple's. Better buy Lidl's robot.

Very arrogant, they discontinue the models and do not provide spare parts for repair. They are only interested in selling the new model.
If you try contact by phone they don't answer you. I will never buy a Thermomix again, they cheated me once, I will not give them a chance to do it again.
