All staff were exceptional in giving delight treatment to my family ..hopefully we would come back

Not as good as expected, the staff is good and the ambience is moderate. Food should improve and more variety of entertainment is required. The boat ride is classy

Loved this place! We went for a day trip and had an excellent time! The beach was really nice and the restaurant we went to had a really good selection of different foods. And the service from everyone was phenomenal!

Very exciting place to rest and chill out. Rooms and bathrooms are fully equipped. I really enjoyed the hot tub, my children enjoyed surf boarding, billiards and swimming pool.

Workers are extremely well behaved, ready to serve. Golf cart service is quickly available to move around to places. Noticeable thing is workers are honest: My wife lost one ear ring one night, and in the morning we called various places we had visited previous night. Found in the Italian Restaurant, amazing and highly appreciable. By evening my son in law misplaced his mobile phone, found and returned to safely.

I hope they will expand offerings and give more attractive deals.

We live in Doha and this is our first time visiting Banana Island. The location is nice, very calm, quiet and relaxing.

We did the day trip 'pool and beach' package and loved it. Don't go there for the 'adult' pool which is disappointingly small. Go there for the glorious beach that never felt crowded. That said, our 11 year old loved the kid's pool and was the highlight of his day.
The price included a fully paid for buffet (lunch) which was delicious.
The service and attention to detail is excellent. We'll likely go again soon.

The best service one can get, worth paying for the visit. Each and every staff is superb specially the service staff.

This is one of the place I ever visited in Doha. Lots of sports activities and fun.

The resort was nice but due to unforseen circumstances most amenities was closed so we did not enjoy fully what it has to offer.

So convenient and relaxing place.. Varieties of cuisines. Beach, swimming pools, Cinema and great gym.
Even Doha city is so close and free to go back and forth for shopping and pleasant different adventures.

Great staff and excellent spa,please keep up the great work and looking forward to visit again.

Banana Island is beautiful, the resort itself cannot be faulted. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but the customer service was truly lacking unfortunately. I went as part of a group, paid money just like everyone else, however over time if felt more and more like we were the poor relatives. We waited 2hr 35mins for our room, and the only reason why I got my room was because I went to reception, where there was an already irate man also complaining and I refused to leave without my room key. I had to stand my ground and stay in reception to receive my key. As other customers were helped with their baggage to their rooms , no offer of assistance, by the service manager!!

I hired three bikes at 25QR each, the tyres were flat and we had to go back, no apology! As we cycled the chain came of one of the bikes and we had to walk it back, we were on the far side of the island and it was hot!! Again no apology of any kind, 75QR down the drain.

Iftar dinner was lovely, however, another lack of customer service. We had booked a table (which we were advised to do) when we arrived at the restaurant only to be told that only Muslim people were to eat first and everyone else had to wait. One of the members of our group was Muslim, but obviously didn t look like the Qatari Muslims and I had 2 young children, who were fatigued and hungry. We sat and waited for 45 minutes. I was so disappointed with the service we were offered and the lack of respect from some of the staff and lack of compassion.

Place is amazing but have always faced service issues with staff.

Food is great! The place is private very relaxing! Highly recommended! Two Thumbs Up!

Amazing weekend with the family. The breakfast buffet was lovely and catered to the tastes of all. Slightly pricey in general, but worth every penny. There are also a wide range of activities to keep all family members occupied.

The location, service and hospitality is exceptional. Also we enjoyed the boat ride by Sara.

Banana island resort is different type of view.many people are going there & in joy it.

One of the scenic islands ever visited felt like we are in Mauritius or Maldives. Beautiful beach and good sporting activities like kayaking and all. Overall a good experience with your partner and friends. Beach wear allowed which was a good thing experienced in Doha. A lot of restaurants to choose your cuisines. Cafes over the sea was a good thing and we had a beautiful premier room overlooking the beach and the sea. Overall a good experience.
Pricing was a bit on the higher side.

Its an amazing vacation resort island to spend a couple of days, hospitality is good, breakfast is huge, temperature controlled pool, bunch of good restaurants and some good water activities.

Were injoying for staying in banana island more fun and excitement.. Also our kids they wanted more to stay... We love banana island

Peace be upon you..The place is very nice in the morning, the staff in Shushan, and the breakfast in the blue restaurant with the outside seat 100% have been lucky with the cloudy atmosphere

Friendly staff and clean rooms and they have delicious food and some much activity on the island

Good place for family many activities the rooms and services are fantastic the food too..
The accommodation is expensive

Enjoyed the luxury boat ride there and the peaceful beach

Our family had a great time and the crew were child friendly. The Group tour made the arrangement a lot easier.

The stay was really AWESOME, Highly recommended if you wish to enjoy peaceful ambience and such lovely hospitality. To add upto all the praises we would say that the staff is very responsive and professional.

Already Doha very well but do not leave without seeing Banana Island: great. Possible day trip
