Lovely hotel, With nice rooms and good facilities including large mirrors, plenty of plug sockets, a fridge and plenty of lighting. Also had recycling bins in the corridors. Very nice food too, served hot and tasty.

Was here for a wedding recently. The food was vegetarian and it was absolutely wonderful. As a non-vegetarian I did not feel I was missing out on anything! The staff were very attentive and the hotel is very nice and set in lovely grounds.

Lovely hotel, some staff are inexperienced and don't seem to care when mistakes are made. Our group ordered 6 pizzas, 4 out of the 6 were correct but 2 were sent back and corrected. Not an apology and 2 more pizzas came to our table which weren't even ours which were also sent back. Let down by inconsistent staff.

Lovely hotel the room was a good size and facilities ticked all the boxes. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool was a good size, it was a little disappointing that there wasn't a sauna. We will certainly return in the future.

I had high expectations of spending a weekend here.
The hotel and room were fine in structure.
However my poor experience started with the car park, no space, and I was instructed to park in the events venue car park, which is a long distance away.
The receptionist was less than helpful, and found she didn't get much, and was not friendly, there was along delay to check in, simply because the staff were very slow and took their time, how hard is it to check in?
Other staff at the hotel were friendly, however I had limited contact, bar staff were excellent, events staff and waiting staff were excellent too.
I feel harsh giving only one star, I have update the star rating since engaging with the reception manager, however with so many hotels in the area having good bar and events staff is a given.
The reception makes the difference, as first impressions count.
The lift was also not working, and on reporting it to the reception, their answer was take the stairs... Like I didn't think of that myself, no offer was made to help me with my luggage, especially given I was on the 4th floor...
Very displeased so far...
I attended an events, which was a pleasant experience.
Then I booked room service for breakfast, something that no hotel should be able to mess up.
What a massive disappointing experience.
Poor effort, no toast, no condiments, nothing standard, and for the price charged, tea or coffee wasn't even included as standard.
The breakfast is normally something that saves most hotels in the morning, but what was served was terrible, and the menu options didn't even have the option to have specific eggs, it was basically take what we give you and be grateful.
Also rushing to kick you out the following morning...
Very dissatisfied with staying at this hotel and as a person that stays in hotels on a regular basis, I feel I am very qualified to write this review.
This is a hotel I would avoid unless management address some of the issues raised in this review.
I had a pleasant exchange with the reception manager on checkout who attentively listened to my complaint, clearly is new and hasn't yet established herself with the team, I feel give the opportunity this individual will make contributions that will help this hotel significantly, hence the only reason I increased the star rating to 3.

Had a funny experience at a conference here. First of all, the rooms are great. Clean, large comfortable beds, quiet... everything you need from a basic hotel room.

But the conference had a couple of comical features the computers couldn't be both connected to the projector and the internet at the same time, the room we were in had the smell of chlorine being pumped in from the pool, and we couldn't seem to get the temperature of the room right (I'm sure that was our fault, not the Grange's).

Otherwise, the internet was fine, the breakfast buffet was good, the vegetarians had as many options (in our conference) as the meat eaters and the staff were warm and friendly.

Very comfortable room and helpful staff. However they had little idea of how to feed a vegan, and the food was disappointing. Meat eaters were not very impressed either at our Conference meal. A shame because the hotel otherwise would get 5*

I stayed recently for a conference and then at extra night when my husband joined me. I stayed in one of the standard rooms and then had the last night in a superior room. My stay was overall ok, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The superior rooms do give you more space and better tea/coffee/water/toiletries than the standard rooms. They are also a lot more airy and light.

There were some things that the hotel could improve on. Customer service was lacking by some of the staff there. Some of the reception staff (not all)were rather surly when we initially arrived and provided us with hardly any information about where the rooms were, lifts, facilities and where to get our booked dinners and breakfast for the conference. A few smiles would have helped to welcome us too.

The labelling and selection of vegetarian/special dietary food at the conference buffet was dismal. Spring rolls, egg sandwiches and tiny quiches were the only vegetarian options and they were of poor quality.A few of the delegates complained about this. Breakfast was ok, but staff struggled on one of the morning to keep up with coffee and tea orders and a section I was in, were left waiting for long time. It was only after three different people asking over and over again, they were served. The gentleman who appeared to be in charge did not seem to listen to customers raising concerns. I appreciate it was a busy time but more staff should be available at key serving times. On one cooked breakfast we had, we also had an 'off egg' which was extremely off putting. We did raise concerns about this with serving staff and at checkout.

The hotel could be a great place with its facilities and garden but little things such as the food prices, quality of food and customer service really do dampen your impressions of the place, hence the rather long review and 3 stars.

Not the best hotel in the UK, VERY COLD receptionist who stereotyped us. I would avoid if you are a minority. The Spa was disappointing, only a steam room and small pool. Gym equipment is fairly standard, nothing special. The best part of the experience was the bar and bar staff.

Good location for visiting Warwick Castle. Easy to get to and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely both days with a very good spread of choice and very attentative staff. Room was okay. Pillows were not what I would expect at a nice hotel - felt very old. Also be warned there is no fridge in standard rooms - you'd have to upgrade to get them. No plug sockets by bed to charge phone - only 1 spare one in room and that was on the desk. But bed was huge and comfortable.

It s a nice location, however there are no shops or other places near by to eat, so we had to put up with the food in the hotel, which it was tasteless, had no flavour and limited chooses.

During our stay most of the staff members I spoke to didn t know much, so to me it seemed they were either from an agency or weekend staff.

They had 3 functions that weekend and they wouldn t let us use the dinning room area to eat, even though it was empty, we had to eat at the bar.

Towels very limited and shampoo smelled like mens aftershave.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. We stayed over Saturday night and we planned on going in the pool as a family, however it was too busy so by the time I had to wait for my chance to go in, most of my family had already been in the pool for over 40 mins and were getting out. Not very convenient and monitored poorly.

Good location for visiting Warwick, which is not too far away. Went into kenilworth, which is nearer, for dinner. Great range of food at the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Also made the most of the pool and fitness suite whilst we were there.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. It seems a bit hit and miss if you'll get air con in the room but otherwise they are to a good standard. The two things I particularly want are a comfy bed, and an excellent shower; I'm pleased to say they have both. Excellent food in the restaurant

Disappointed with hotel . Cleanliness of room was average the room was in need of a refurb. Corporate meetings and events going on . Bar area closed off for these companies. not informed about other parking area down the road or how to exit that car park. breakfast was average .

Facilities and rooms are good. Restaurant I would say was average. The thing that disappointed the most was the fact that when we opened the door to our room it had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. We'd also booked a specific deal and they didn't seem to know what we were meant to be getting with it.

Huge place used for conferences, exhibitions and meetings. Despite that it still feels "homely" and comfortable enough due to layout being sectioned into reasonable sized spaces. Room was a little hipster modern style for my taste but still warm and comfortable. Nice big clean bathroom all in good working order.
Service was excellent, our (meeting) group was taken care of professionally and with a smile. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Food was well prepared, nicely presented and delicious.
Hotel well located in a lovely country setting, but convenient for Birmingham airport and motorway.
Would definitely consider it again if I'm on business in the area. Nicer feel and ambience than the hotels around the airport.

Stayed here for3 nights this weekend. Had to move rooms after first night as a constant noise of a generator/air con unit kept me awake. My toiletries were taken from my first room. They did move me to a much quieter room. Breakfast good, but we had a large party booked to eat one evening - got turned away from restaurant for being 10 mins late. Undergoing a refurb which was disruptive. All in all, sorry to say, it was very disappointing.
