Beautiful fully upgraded Hilton. Right by the convention center and everything else, 3 minutes away from Disneyland, 2 minutes from the freeway. Beautiful place
Really nice hotel with nice breakfast. I like that you can use the breakfast voucher at starbucks in the hotel. Bar and restaurant are very nice for either drinks after dinner or to have dinner if you dont feel like going out.
Conveniently located to Disneyland and the convention center. For as large as the hotel is, it's really quiet. Great fitness center, should be cheaper for hotel guests though
Called before for early check in and the woman said there was only one room left and it would be ready for us when we arrived. Got there 8 hours before check in and the woman had saved the last room for us and check in was incredibly easy. I was extremely sick and I feel so much better just from the amazing customer service and clean, comfortable rooms. Amazing experience overall and the price is ridiculously reasonable.
Everything you need is on site for a great Disneyland trip or whatever. Shuttle is right out front, great breakfast buffet, food court, car rental, guest services are wonderful people, and right next to Anaheim Convention Center. I loved the location.
Typical big convention hotel. Nothing particularly special about it. Also caters a lot to families being close to Disneyland.
When we arrived to check-in at the hotel on a Saturday morning around 10 AM there was a fairly large line. We decided to go to Disneyland and come back later to check-in. At around 4:30 PM the line was still long enough to take 30 minutes to check-in. This put a sour start to our stay at we wanted to maximize our time but couldn't avoid the wait. The room was nice as well as the facilities. Enjoyed some relaxing time in the hot tub while the kids played in the kids water park area.
Very nice hotel and the Staff is super friendly all the way from the parking attendant to the staff inside. They really do go the extra step. The hotel is conveniently located by the Convention Center and Disneyland plus the Starbucks inside the Hotel has a very nice atmosphere.
Nice clean place, short walk to Disney and local chain restaurants, some takeout and sit down places inside as well as a bar, kinda pricey like anything in the area. The parking charge is bs tho. $24 for valet. 21 for self? Self should be free for guests. I d be happier if it was added in the room and hidden. After charges make it look like gouging.
Nice hotel and convention center. Mattress was very firm. Room was clean. Halls were dirty but this place sees a ton of traffic. Typical great and friendly service. Parking was ridiculous at $21/day. Close walk to many restaurants and attractions. Felt safe even though there were many homeless people on the sidewalks.
Friendly staff, ideal location & excellent breakfast!
Have stayed here multiples times and it's always great service! From the valet to front desk. Always attentive and very clean rooms.
It's the Hilton; of course everything is top grade.
Always a great stay at Hilton Anaheim. Great staff, convenient location. Holiday decor made it especially nice this trip.
The hotel lobby seems very modern and clean. The room was also very modern but needed some repairs. Some of the cabinet doors were not functioning properly and the shower handle fell off. Maintenance had to come put a new handle on it and replace the lever for the bathtub. All in all we had a great time but they could definitely use a bit of sprucing up!
Service was excellent, room is immaculate, the only problem is the amenities actually cost money. $14 to use the gym :-) location is perfect! Parking considering the context is reasonable. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
I had to plan a conference near the hotel and booked hotel rooms for over 80 guests for 5 nights, from the initial contact to the billing process they made the process simple. This place is HUGE with every amenities you can possibly need. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I travel a lot for work and will definitely be back.
Stay here during Christmas break, rooms and accommodation are great. Restaurant and politics is not competitive and very cheap. Everything is about charging extra for no services.
Very nice. Clean and the staff made sure we were comfortable
Stayed here for our company convention. Great location. Rooms were ok. Needs to be updated. Hallways are very confusing. Got lost lots of times trying to get to our room. Pool area was a hit with the kids.
We stayed here for spring break and we were looking for a hotel close to Disneyland. This is across street from the Woody parking lot so couldn't get better than that. The room was huge and clean. Linens smelled fresh. Valet parking was easy ($20) and check in/out was pleasant. We were very tired from walking all day and no restaurant was open after 10pm in the area so we decided to eat at the Mix Lounge which is located inside the hotel. The food was amazing. Big portions and came out right away. However, the server didn't do a good job. He was not friendly and preferred talking to other people around the place than do his job. We had to ask him for the basics (water, napkins, silverware) and never offer or refilled our drinks. This is why i don't leave the extra star.
Hilton is a great location for Disney goers, conference goers and shoppers. Staff members are so kind and helpful. Rooms spacious and very clean. 2 pools and a splash pad. Great experience!
We love our hotel and the staff for our room. We did eat at the Mix restaurant and had the worst service I have ever received. Luckily her helper Julianne was FANTASTIC and the manger did come to help us
Clean rooms, fantastic amenities, great location for an amazing time in Anaheim. I look forward to next years conference out there.
There are a ton of restaurants, shopping, and Disneyland within walking distance. The beach is a quick Uber ride away.
Great hotel. The staff are amazing.
The pool area (5th floor is surrounded by the building) I would love more gardens.
There is a bar by the pool thou.
The reception area is busy.
Being next to Disneyland means lots of travellers.
Conference rooms and lots of participants make this place live, at all times.
The rooms are comfortable. You can request rooms at the quiet floors / rooms.
Happy hours for drinks includes the pool bar.
The lounge area boasts an array of bars, restaurants, gift shops, a food court, sedex shop (office stationery and all you need for your conference), car hire and amplo parking. The conference hall (building next door) plays a pivotal anchor on keeping this Hilton ever vibrant.
Shopping, around the hotel is scarse. You need a car (or a bike).
Rooms have a safe and a fridge. Wonderful to keep those cool drinks you purchased.
great hotel but it needs more elevators.... my room was on the other end of the square... if you stay there you will understand
Excellentvm service & food. Choose room carefully for best view.
I stay at the Hilton Anaheim for 9 days. The bathroom needs some work, mirror is old, vanity is old and all the appliances in the room are old. For the peice that I paid I was expecting more than this. During the week they did not clean the room on one day, the rest was just fine. They have bottles of water at the room for $5 not thanks. Next time I am going to the Marriott acros the street.
Had a business meeting here. They served us lunch and dinner. All healthy options. Good restaurants in the hotel and great gift shop. There's a car rental place right in the hotel. The swimming pool was amazing. They recycle which is nice to hear. Very impressive hotel close to everything. Walking outside the hotel was great as well. The sidewalks light up at night with a fountain on either end of the courtyard.
Interesting table, chargers in a circle. Very comfortable hotel. Lots of casual seating and people doing business everywhere.
Loved the rooms and how kind the staff was. Stayed here last year and again this year.
The room was very well kept, well stocked and well made. I have no complains as far as the room goes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is becaus3 when I realized I had forgotten my coat in the room, only maybe 10-15 minutes after checking out, it was a bit of a process to be able to get back into the room to retrieve it. I understand the security concerns but it was still a little annoying. However this may not have been a concern if I was personally the one who rented the room. I can't say for sure on that.
I enjoyed staying at the Hilton. If I was to change anything I would increase the hours of their poolside Bar and Grill. It closes at 5 p. m., which I think is way too early.
Really good place to have meetings and sleep what is Hilton Anaheim Hotel
Amazing hotel! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious and all the service staff were kind and helpful! Definitely want to come back!
Hilton hotel accommodates for service animal once you have a note signfying said animal. Bedrooms were well kept, room service was expedient, and the air conditioner worked. At around $600 for two king sized beds, the cost is favorable as long as you make use of the nearby attractions.
Beds were amazing! Advertised online for sleep accommodations for 3 and it was only 1 kong bed! Rollaway bed was an extra $75/nt! We ended up buying an air mattress at Target for !$100.00 instead and it was cheape= that way for 4 nights!
Excellent hotel in the Anaheim convention center complex. Near Disneyland. Friendly staff. No frills rooms, but adequate.
Super close and convenient location for the convention centre but rooms in desperate need of an upgrade. Not the quality I had expected from a Hilton... rooms really clean and beds are comfy. Starbucks in the lobby is great but be prepared to line up for 30 mins in the morning
Spent 4 nights there for a Conference. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean.
My girlfriend and I stayed here on a long weekend trip to DisneyLand. It was great, the room was very clean with a good view, the staff was super friendly and polite, and the location was great. The Starbucks in the lobby is crazy in the morning, so go there early or find a different source of coffee.
This hotel is centrally located near Disneyland. They have all the amenities of a big hotel such as Enterprise rental car, Starbucks, they even sell Disneyland tickets. My concern was with the pool, because when you saw the brochure it looks much bigger & it is actually very small. Also, our room was not level at all, the headrest of the beds slanted down as did the toilet. I called hotel to let them know this & they just shrugged it off.
The bar on the first floor is great for business meetings
I was here for a week. The service and staff were great. The location is perfect if you are going to Disneyland. Also, there are plenty of great food options near the hotel.
Great hotel clean bad experience with guest services though, asked for a cab to be called to hotel to take me to the Disneyland Resort because I did not feel like walking and after 45 minutes and the cab not showing up because they did not call it until we got down there I called my car from valet (awesome valet btw) and just paid the $25 for parking at the park
Fraudulent advertising.
The room was advertised as including access to the fitness centre. When I tried to use the fitness centre, they wanted around $15 extra per day.
I spoke to management who indicated that the fitness cetre is like the restaurant, where it is available but not necessarily free.
Totally unprofessional and deceptive
I absolutely love this Hotel, this last time that i was there they offered a complimentary upgrade to a another room. We received a room with access to the common area on the roof with great view of Disneyland Fireworks. If you purchase ahead of time you can definitely find deals. The staff is great an the overall feel is very nice.
The most outdated Hilton I've ever stayed at. Lobby is pretty and huge but the rooms are not. I've seen better rooms at Garden Inn. Needs to be remodeled asap. Wouldn't go back to this hotel if it wasn't for work. Staff are really helpful and kind.
Nice hotel for families with little kids bcuz it's next to Disneyland, but the walls are super thin and adults that can't handle screaming children morning and night should consider another venue.
Family oriented hotel...Next to Disney Land... Friendly staff and lots of restaurants , cafe's and shops in hotel..
Do NOT pay for Disney view! There is NO view/ waste of money and disappointed family!
Just like any of the surrounding hotels..difficult to get to..traffic through the round about..I feel they have limited elevator considering the number of floor they have. Still great service.
The moment I walked into the hotel it made me feel so welcomed. I loved all the holiday decor and the fall scent; however room needed a little maintenance. My mini refrigerator didn't work and had to ask twice for them to come fix it. The headboards were scraped against the walls and left a couple of nasty paint stains on the wall. The staff was courteous and work with a sense of urgency, except for the incident with the fridge.
Floors are crooked and the wifi doesn t work didn t expect this from a 4 star
The Hotel was clean and quiet and the staff extremely friendly.
One of the better Hotels in the area. A true jewel in the heart of Anaheim. One of the more underrated Hotels in Orange county, the Hilton Anaheim is conveniently located near Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center.
It's always coming back to visit LA!!! Great place to go sightseeing!!!
Legit hotel . Every thing nice and clean . Has a gym jacuzzi pools ,indoor and outdoor. Very accommodating . Bar in the lobby . Right across the street from Disneyland .
NICE, safe, clean, good service and good rooms. It is a 10 min walk to Disneyland and right next to the Anaheim Convention Center. Wide lobby with a ton chairs. The hotel has a 4 star restaurant, a food court, and a Starbucks. It also has a couple stores selling Disney products. They have an outdoor and indoor pool. They have a large gym with sufficient equipment including a spinning room and group gym.
This place is absolutely gorgeous. Really enjoyed the Christmas trees that we're inside the rotating door display.
Run down guest rooms! Should have been updated 4-5 years ago.
Good hotel, standard fare rooms and furnishing. The balcony rooms are nice, though I do wish they were higher than the 4th floor to catch a better view of the Disney fireworks. Great for convention purposes as there is a food court attached to the lobby and it puts you ~100 ft door to door with the convention center.
We booked this hotel for our Disneyland trip and I was in love. Everything was so clean, it was in close proximity to Disney. The room service was so yummy! This hotel has everything you need, there s even a Starbucks! They have great customer service and I can t wait until we book Disney again, we will absolutely stay here again!
This is your best choice if your doing a convention for the convenience of it being right next door. Unfortunately though they really raise their prices during convention times. 100-150 durning normal season but anytime a convention is going on the price is 500-750 which is totally unacceptable but they get away with it. My 4 star rating is based on amenities and convenience but as far as pricing I would rate them 1 star
This Hilton is situated next to the Anaheim convention center. The open lobby area is nicely decorated and very welcoming. I visited the food court which had 4 stalls offering burgers, subs, Mexican, and Italian. Okay choices. This hotel also close to Disneyland so lots families and kids around. Their conference areas ate on upper levels.
This hotel is a true hotel with 14 floors. Restaurants, pool, and very upscale. Very close to the convention center. Valet parking and amazing views from the 14th floor!
We would definitely stay here longer if we needed too and will be back!
The outside is very nice! The inside might need an update, I saw this only because its across from a Marriott which has the opposite going on, outside could use an update but the inside is beautiful! Room service is pricy but good. They don't require a credit card for incidentals which is nice.
Beautiful hotel with a great proximity to Disneyland. There are people constantly walking around and there is so much life and things happening at the hotel. They even have a little guest shop where you can by Disnrt gear. They have a pretty good happy hour at the bar an the restaurant is also nice though pricey as you can expect from a hotel near Disneyland. They have a massive parking garage and when you stay at the hotel you have unlimited in and out privileges even though you can walk to just about anywhere. Everyone is super friendly and helpful!
The hotel experience here isn't nothing to rave about. The rooms are average and the hotel itself incurres alot of hidden cost if you book third-party such as $26 a day parking fee. The breakfast buffet is $28 dollars per person for sub-par food however; it gets better if you ask your server to have your food prepare fresh and wait instead of going to the buffet. The plus of the experience was Ms. Brenda so request her anytime you eat in the dinning area. She is great and I suggest you tip her well because she will definitely take care of you. Valet parking will take a while to get your car so call ahead if you are in a rush or on a time schedule. Some of the staff can be rude due to the influx of people and their frustrations however; that isn't an excuse! With that said it was an average experience nothing to be exicited about and alot of waiting to do basic things like checking in, valet pick up or dropping off of your car. I would look to book elsewhere if you have an option!
Press if this helps in your decision. Thanks!
We had a room on the 14th floor overlooking the Disney parks. Awesome view of fireworks, but could see parades and other things too. If you stay, you must get one of these rooms and bring binoculars. Well worth it.
Way over priced and not up to par with other Hilton Hotels as far as quality of the rooms. The rooms are pretty bare-bones, the TV's are rather small as are the bathrooms. That said, it's right across the street from Disney and virtually attached to the Anaheim Convention Center. You pay for the convenience of the location.
Because of its proximity to Disney, the gift shops (multiple) are each bigger than your standard hotel gift shop and offer tons of Disney themed souvenirs. You can also buy Disney tickets in the lobby (next to an on-site Enterprise car rental counter).
Because of its proximity to the convention center, it has numerous restaurants including a small mall-style food court with Sbarros, etc.
Again, high on convenience, but low on actual room quality and (like many of the Disney area hotels) very high on price.
If you don't plan on being in the room much and if the convenience of the location is a high priority for you, the cost may be worth it.
Love this hotel. The staff is so courteous and friendly and it feels genuine or there just that good. Marvelous view. Excellent service. Short distance from the Anaheim Convention Center, which can be accessed from within the hotel. Lots of restaurants in short walking distance as well. DisneyLand is just 1 mile away! Valet Service available, and there is a Starbucks inside and bars and hotel food court, shops, and restaurants in the lobby. The only downside is that I can see at this point is the fitness center is not free to guests. You have to pay an additional fee to utilize that area which has, among other things, an indoor pool. If you plan to stay here, you better prepare your wallet.
Great stay...suites are almost completed with renovation, and they are doing it with no disruption, we were there 3 nights. Furnishings and cleanliness are excellent, breakfast service is terrific.
Friendly, helpful staff. Close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions including Disneyland. Several eateries and activities within the hotel, including a swimming pool and a spa, as well as services including medical and dental care. Not to mention, the detergent that was used for the bedding does not ruin my mother's skin, as many hotel beds tend to do.
Worth the money in my book.
Nice hotels and facilities also helpful staff, however charging a military person for a gym is ridiculous. We provide freedom all we ask is for some workout time. Never again. Oh by the way I already know your standard answer Thank you for taking time to share your review. We are disappointed to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback and will share your experience with our management team so we can continue improve our guest service.
Ok room - could do with a bit of refurbishment. Expensive room service. About a 15 min walk from Disneyland. Are buses out front for $6 pr person. Uber is a better deal ($6.50). Room 9529 has a view of Anaheim - not the fireworks from Disneyland. Can buy Disneyland tickets in the hotel lobby. Hotel has parking (self-service and valet) and a food court and restaurant.
Staff was friendly, lobby and bar areas are nice. Rooms are a little dated and carpet is dirty on 6th floor. Location is convenient to Disney and restaurants.
This is our go to place to stay anytime we are in Anaheim.. This a beautiful hotel .. a 100% cant go wrong.. from the minute you drive up , you feel like the VIP treatment. The front desk makes checking in a breeze. The lobby is classical open and luxurious space.. the rooms are on point. Beautiful views ! Love having breakfast at MIX . They also have a Starbucks and a food court in the lobby. This place always puts a smile on my face and makes me feel like I'm home .!
I was impressed with the staff and service at the Anaheim Hilton. The food was also great. The room was less than spectacular. It felt old and in need of updating. The room did not get cold enough for me.
No bathroom fan. Poor lighting in bathroom. No robes. Curt service. But it's right next to the convention centre... And security is good.
Walking distance to Disneyland and a great breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Stayed here for our honeymoon. I was alright. You have to pay for parking each night and there is no complimentary breakfast which are both downsides to me. The Disney parks aren't far though from this hotel.
Check in went well. Tried to check in on the app but couldn't finalize. Room was decent and priced will. Probably would stay again.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and functional. Would have been a 5 if the hotel had been updated. For what we paid it just needed to be a little more up to date, the appliances were old (the fridge froze all of our food and drinks and there was no microwave) and the furnishings were outdated. For being charges resort fees it lacked some key resort amenities like shuttle service to local hot spots and the airport. Overall I would stay again for a conference but not with my family.
Lobby is nice, staff friendly and helpful. Pool and spa are great, located on the 5th floor roof. The rooms are basic and the colors and decor are awful, but clean. 25 minute walk to Disneyland near busy streets. Uber is $7 which I highly recommend.
Very nice place to stay. Close to Disney and has shuttle stops right outside which make it very convenient. Will definitely stay here again on out next trip. Highly recommend it.
Good location near all major freeways and Disneyland. It has a lot of shopping around. I was there for a seminar and it was comfortable, spacious and clean
Rooms were great. Bathroom was a bit small but still clean and nice. Hotel itself is a maze since it's a convention center there's a lot going on. Staff is really helpful and with a line for HHonors members check in and check out was faster. Valet parking is slow and not worth the money. I called 15 mins ahead from my room and they still didn't have my car ready. They should have way more elevators. Whenever I was going down they were always full. Took 4 times until we just had to squeeze in with our luggage. Luckily there is a FedEx right in the hotel which made it extremely easy for us to ship out a package on Sunday. No looking around nearby and wasting time.
Very very busy hotel with a large inflow of people. The reception was good. Couple of floors had an exhibition and there were huge traffic issue. The hotel is designed to handle volume. A great place to stay if u are attending a conference.
The Disney world is very close by. The rooms are spacious and well lit.
With a family looks like a great place to stay.
