Shout out to Habi and Alya for making our visit memorable!
Rooms are very spacious, and consist of two separate areas. Beds are comfortable, and amenities are great. Social hour every night allows for you to socialize and have a few drinks.
Nice hotel, a little secluded. Uber drivers have are hard time finding the place for some reason. Staff is friendly. Elavators are very slow.
Didn't stay here but the hotel was really clean and connected right to the convention center nearby.
Great friendly hotel staff, near convention center and o'hare as well. Nice rooms with fridge and microwave. Delicious breakfast buffet.
I went to the hotel for an interview session. Easy to read layout. The staff was friendly. Great location
I enjoyed my stay but didn't like the fact that I had to pay to park
Excellent! Free breakfast, free drinks and food in the evening, pool on site, nice rooms!
Great hotel. Nice rooms, friendly staff and super comfy beds. Dont miss the mangers cocktail hour and the breakfast buffet.
I currently have friends visiting from North Carolina, spending $100 or more per night at this hotel for 9/10 days. This is their first vacation in 32 years.
The hotel has only been re-opened a week. The first room given to them had a terrible A/C leak and the room carpeting was flooded. So they were moved to another room. The second room has a toilet that barely flushes, no tub plumbing, (imagine my friend's husbands surprise when he turned on the water to start a bath and was soaked with cold water above-and no way to turn from shower to tub!). Both of my friends are older and use canes/walkers, so moving again is just too painful for them. There is at times no cleaning staff, as we discovered the same food/plates out in the hallway from another room for a couple days.
If you call for supplies, however, they are delivered promptly.
For a chain that has the word "Suites" in its name, I would NOT recommend. It's really a shame, as I am sure they will not be back in IL, it's just too difficult for them.
The morning gentleman staffers are excellent, even giving me a key card to park in the parking lot to pick up my friends for the week. Unfortunately there is a front desk woman that is rather nasty and rude.
There are MANY choices in the area - pick another one.
Large suite with couch, chair desk, dining table, 2 TVs, 2 beds, 3 sinks.
At the restaurant I ordered brussels sprouts with bacon and garlic, and quinoa with corn and peas. Delicious! $15 total.
Breakfast buffet is free intil 9am. I had oatmeal, sausages, bacon, and melon. Also delicious.
All the staff is super friendly.
Very nice buffet breakfast (continental for hotel guests, reasonable buffet price for folks not staying at the hotel)
Hotel elevator keeps getting stuck, lights have gone out, got sick from the food served at breakfast.
Comfortable, but extremely dated. On the plus side, it looks like they will be undergoing renovations soon.
We stayed at the Embassy Suites to attend a small professional event. A decent breakfast spread was provided in the morning, and a nice relaxing cocktail hour in the evening. Our room was made up almost instantly when we stepped out for a moment. Staff has been very polite, and quickly made accommodations for us when we had a special request due to one of our number being on crutches. Overall, it's been a lovely time here.
Great breakfast buffet, clean room, about all I needed to attend a convention.
This hotel needs better elevators and ice machines.
The elevators didn't work which was very inconvenient. Did not offer a solution when told we would have a extra bed in our room.
The service here was great and friendly and it was just a few minutes from the airport with the free shuttle. It was less than half the cost of the Hilton in the airport. There rooms were large and clean. The bar was ok, perhaps a bit overpriced for what they offered. There are plenty of spots nearby to try instead. Great for a long layover if needed.
I was there for work. I really liked my room. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed happy hour in the lobby bar. It made my stay that evening feel like a mini resort trip :) I'll stay there again in the future.
I was disappointed with the service. Request for service on tv in kitchen area. Never came. We only had the use of 1 tv
A little dated, but still a nice experience. Expensive after you add up all the ridiculous Illinois taxes and 30 dollars to park your car in there garage. Would give 4 stars if ya didnt get nickled and dimed. Thx Chicago.
My boyfriend made a reservation here for one night. He was gonna pay with card but he had to go get more money from the ATM so he leaves and then the ladies at the desk tell me he can't use the same card he used to make a reservation with. That's absolutely RIDICULOUS. And plus they charge parking too. Ladies weren't helpful at all. Taking my business to super 8 where price is cheaper and people actually explain the policy and rules beforehand.
Nice facilities, even nicer staff. Front desk associates were welcoming and friendly. Spoke with Anthony as well who gave a great tour of the place and was very helpful and informative. Keep up the great work!
Comfy, clean close to airport with free shuttle starting at 4am
Great room, fantastic service, but they really need to maintain their elevators.
Nice hotel with newly renovated rooms. Fee for parking.
Went for a wedding. The embassy suites has large beautiful spaces for these types of events
The layout is nice. Loved the suite with the double doors. Unfortunately, my room smelled of stale cigarette smoke from when the rooms were smoking. Other than that, it's been a nice experience.
Rooms are big. Breakfast is good. The elevators are bad (very slow and one has trouble opening).
Embassy suites by hilton is a cool place to stay. The rooms are comfy and environment is good. Its a calm place near to the airport. Breakfast is good with multiple varieties. A decent gym and dining area. There 5:30 onwards refreshments are also good for meetups and a collection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks depending on visitors choice. So over all not bad at a good place to stay bit expensive though but with quality.
Location is great. Only a walks distance to the convention. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Service is amazing
This was an in and out stay due to a flight delay and missing a connecting flight. The shuttle driver that night, which was around 11:30pm, was the nicest shuttle driver I've ever encountered. The staff at the front desk was very nice at check in also. The room was just ok. There was no refrigerator in the room, which seemed strange. Since I was only staying one night, it was only a minor inconvenience. There was a spot for it, but it was just missing. The bathroom tub was overdue for replacement, which took away from the stay because the cleanliness/appearance of the bathroom is high on my list of importance. It's a quick trip to the airport though and shuttles run every 20 minutes, so the location is really convenient.
Location was perfect, rooms were nice, elevators weren't good.
Great location, close to Rosemont. Free breakfast better than most. Made to order omelets.
Was an okay, not very clean but was courteous breakfast was good also.
The hotel is simplistic but inviting. They offer many amenities like free breakfast and drinks at night. It is a great stay.
Clean, friendly helpful staff. Great evening reception and nice breakfast.
There were only a few issues that didn't affect my stay and quickly fixed (one at check in and another regarding the coffee station not being stocked fully on the room). I really like the complimentary breakfast and drinks in the evening daily.
Well the bar staff was pretty rude to me last night. It kind of ruined my evening. My friend and I were debating our favorite college teams after she gave me a Nebraska shirt while going to the hotel bar. After I held it up to ask someone if they were a huskers fan the bartender promptly came over and said "Sir you cant sell tshirts here"... Im sure the only reason he even said anything to me was because i was black male. It was literally one of the most embarrassing moments of public humiliation i have ever had in my life. I work a great job, make great money and i was not dressed any way nor carrying massive amounts of merchandise to make it look i was selling anything. The worst part was that when I explained our convo him there was no apology. He just walked off and acted as if he did not make a huge and unnecessary scene.
"Stay Away" In the four years I've been coming here never did I think that the Embassy Suites would turn into Motel 6. First let me explain what we've experienced since Friday, the pool was closed due to a kid vomiting in the pool. Also watching Adults getting wasted while the kids run throughout the Atrium like wild Indians & I had called the Manager Brenda arrived to DO NOTHING TO STOP KIDS NOR THE PARENTS. Also police were called because there was a thug party going on in one of the Rooms & them causing a RUCKUS in the Lobby. Also was charged $50 for PARKING FOR the 2 days I was here. We have a tradition to come here with the family once a year for our Little Gettaway BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE SPENDING OUR MONEY IN THIS DUMP!!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Love the breakfast and social hour. Slow elevators.
Excellent staff!!! They cater to your every need!!!
Nice hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. Hot breakfast is well above average. Elevators are not good
Fine hotel and good location if flying out of O'hare
Very good!! Impeccable rooms, attention and facilities.
Great service and a very nice room for a great price. It has nearby access to the skybridge to get to the convention center and other hotels, is near a lot of great food options, and is just blocks away from the fashion outlets.
Always love the Embassy! Pool with hot tub, comfortable rooms, and a full hot breakfast with cooked to order omelettes!
My stay at this hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Very good experience, staff was very friendly, the cocktail hour offered different options each night I really liked the rotation. I stayed here for 10 nights and it was a very good experience. One down side the rooms were too bright at night the window coverings are not enough to block the light. There is an entertainment complex within walking distance with every kind of food, plus movies and indoor skydiving.
A bit rather underwhelming. It looks like the place hasn't been remodeled in decades. And our room was disappointing to say the least. "A two room suite for 3" was actually a normal hotel room with a pull out couch. That's a lie, and I was pretty surprised to see Hilton do that. I felt disappointed and cheated, and would not stay there again. Breakfast was good tho.
Rooms were awesome. Customer service was lack luster, almost enough to make me not want to return.
I payed ahead and was turned away when I arrived. They threatened to call security if I didnt leave. They would not let me in my room and I ended up having to sleep in my car.
The elevators is bad. They are not convention friendly
Very nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast and within walking distance from shopping and restaurants.
WELL IM ABOUT THO VISIT THIS LOCATION FOR THE FIRST TIME ON JULY 23RD 2017 SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS THE POOL UP IN RUNNING ALSO WHAT DO THEY SERVE FOR BREAKFAST ON THE HOT SIDE?
If you arrive late you have to over to the Hilton for any type of food or drink. No vending machines at the Embassy and the gift shop closes early. Good breakfast.
Overall a pretty decent hotel in a great location. Room was kind of dated but overall pretty clean. There was some black mold stains in the call of the tub drain which was off-putting, but the rest of the room was clean. The heater/fan/something over the closet area and bathroom was rattling and noisy. Staff was super nice and accommodating.
Updated room. Good service. Nice lobby and restaurant. Decent location... Perfect for ORD airport and Rosemont Convention Center.
Very busy hotel as to be expected. The non bedroom section of our room was basically fully lit from the hallway lights making it difficult to sleep for the kids.
I've been a fan of Embassy Suites, and would like to continue to be one in the future. I stayed at this location for 2 days during a big trade show last week and ended up with 40+ bed bug bites on my torso after my first evenings' stay. I did not have bites prior to staying here and did not fly in on an airline, which is a common place for bed bugs to be.
Needless to say I am really disappointed that no one has followed up with me regarding this issue, but I would appreciate it as soon as possible to make sure future guests are safe.
My friend had to stay at the Embassy Suites while her home had some remodeling done. She had nothing but positive comment about the hotel and staff. I went over one night with a few friends for a get together. Staff was polite and welcoming and the hotel was very clean and tidy. I am now currently planning a stay there myself for a few nights.
No complaints. Parking and shuttle service to airport we talked smoothly
No electricity in hotel and it's current time is 10 PM.. Front desk ppl forecasting to come at 11:15PM(but no surity). No management at here.. what the hell is this?
I think the Embassy Suites in Chicago Rosemont is great!
Pleasant environment and clean rooms. Hilton hotels are my goto when I travel if possible
The hotel elevators would break down every few minutes and guests would be stuck in them. Of 3 elevators only one was barely working and it felt unsafe.
Always please with the stay. My only concern is the breakfast items need to have a better option for individuals who don't eat PORK. Should have turkey bacon or sausage as an alternative.
