Quick and thorough check in. We stayed in the conference room which had great open space, perfect for our gathering. It is just a quick walk to great restaurants and bars.

Nice stay for work at this place. Getting there was a little tough as their sign was part way covered with some bushes. Nice front desk and very good bar staff. The veggie baja burger was scrumdidlyumptious! Would eat again most def. The happy hour was pretty awesome. Good drinks and snacks. Higher cost stuff was discounted during happy hour, wouldve been better with more choices. Sigh. The room was very clean, big and nice. Slightly expensive but was ideal since the meeting/training was right there at the hotel.

Rooms were very spacious. Very large tv's kept my daughter happy. Kid friendly. Hotel was very clean. Delicious breakfast spread. Within walking distance of the mall and entertainment district. Only thing we weren't sure of was the sand/salt bottom pool. Felt strange/made pool cloudy.

The company I work for held a hiring event at this location. The front desk staff and house staff were some of the best I've seen! Very helpful, always flexible, and made our event a big success!

I just DJed a family reunion. But I have to say that the staff was welcoming. And although I was not able to receive wireless internet in the conference room I worked in, I appreciate the working manager for trying to get me the codes to access it.

Comfy beds and nice rooms but that's where it ends. Don't count on this hotel to keep a room block in order or serve a breakfast that tastes above average.

Over all everything was great, the parking deck elevators however seemed to need some overhaul.

Staff were incredibly nice, hotel was beautiful and we kept.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking garage was very confusing. All exits should allow for any hotel as they are a hilton brand.

Rooms outdated. The air condition in the entire hotel does not work. Rooms are big, but even the AC in the rooms doesn't work. You walk in from a 90 degree outside temperature, and it barely feels cooler inside. They have this big wide open atrium, and the entire area is humid and hot. This place needs serious updating.

Awesome hotel, loved Basil the lobby restaurant, the view and my man Jose at breakfast who makes the omelets. Three years attending a convention across the street and three happy years with Embassy.

The location is central to all the activities that I had planned. The breakfasts were excellent and although the dinner was more of a snack, it was better than nothing

Located in a hub of entertainment and restaurants, excellent staff and service, and a wonderful complimentary reception and breakfast made our stay feel welcoming and enjoyable.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in! Great price on a 2 room suite.

They lose a star for their customer service.
1. Knocking on the door 2hrs prior to check out to see if Ive checked out. Super annoying.
2. Every front desk person I spoke to, as well as those in the bar/restaurant were VERY unfriendly.
3. Tried to order from the room and no one would pick up the phone in the restaurant.
4. The fitness center is tiny and was very difficult to locate. The front desk persons gave me wrong instructions on finding it.
5. The kids in the hotel were playing tag in the lobby and I could hear them until 11PM yelling and running around even though I was on the 5th floor.

The hotel is nice enough that I will return if I get stuck in Chicago again.

Its nice and welcoming ..staffs are good ..overall i m very satisfied..

Only problem is the parking, its payed parking and I believe should be included.

The avg suite rooms are well laid out and the TV's are on the larger and newer side. The furnishings are newer as well but some of the older touches like light switches and countertops are pretty dated. The gift shop is on the tiny side but the dining area for breakfast is quite large.

Wow. All you can drink from 530 to 730 was awesome. Breakfast was spectacular with an omelet bar

Elevators were down all weekend, but for the most part it was a nice hotel.

Was in town for a convention and had extreme convinence to all the events in my stay. The employees seemed annoyed by dealing with the event but were helpful.

Rooms and beds were comfy, shower was great, and room service was amazing

I enjoy staying at this hotel so much during convention seasons. It is relaxing and intimate.

Had to ask several times for towels. $30 for parking is ridiculous. Won't stay again.

House keeping wasn't very good but nice stay overall.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. With a regular shuttle to and from the airport, it was incredibly convenient to get to and from. The suite-style rooms were a great space and separated the bedroom from the somewhat noisy atrium. There are good restaurants and activities within walking distance (just on the other side of the parking garage) and food is also available in the hotel.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were all super clean (and I got to see several of them because I was there for a business conference ). The only thing that took away the last star was they have the slowest elevators in the world! It was a running joke amongst the conference goers. Plan at least a half hour ahead if you want to go between the 7th floor and the lobby. But otherwise, absolutely top notch. I loved everything else, from the staff to the amenities.

Not a HUGE hotel, medium sized but amazing room size! Living room to a bedroom with really nice TV's, microwave, fridge, 3 sinks, 1 bathroom, couch turns to a bed. Amazing! Complementary breakfast and happy hour??? What more could you want?

This is my main hotel. I been here twice and yes. Comfy bed. Free breakfast. Parking next to the entertainment center.

Nice hotel, but showing it's age. Out of 3 elevators, 2 were working, and as busy as this hotel was during the Feb RV Convention, Delta's holiday party, and two other things happening, that 3rd elevator would have been nice. Stayed here last year at this same time, and same issues with the elevators.
Rooms are nice, two room suites. Breakfast is included and they have a free cocktail party from 5-7pm. Staff is SUPER!

Attending a business meeting at the end of sea Suites by Hilton Chicago O'Hare in the atrium. The hotel seem to be a fine place

Decent hotel, inconvenient to find. A lot of construction projects going on. Elevators out of order, bits off of wall corners, and the stairways were quite nervous making. The suites were quiet with nice beds and bathrooms.

Stopped in on 12/28/15 for directions to Allstate Arena to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra, when our GPS steered us wrong. The lady at the front desk was helpful, polite, personable, and gave us the simple and accurate directions to get us where we needed to be. THANK YOU!

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm after a very long day and flight. My reservation was made 2-months in advance. I was told that due to maintenance issues they had no room for me, and sent me to another hotel 20 miles away.

At least they covered all transportation expenses to and from the replacement hotel and the hotel fee itself for that night.

This caused me huge distress, as I was scheduled to speak at 9:10am the morning after at the adjacent convention center. The cab ride at night took 25 minutes, and 50 minutes during rush hour in the morning. I had to re-pack everything and check-in again the day after.

I asked why I wasn't notified about the availability of rooms and was told they didn't have contact info. This is incorrect as I received confirmation email on my reservation, and also provided my phone number.

The feedback is not on the hotel itself (although I still don't get hotels that don't provide a bottle of water in the room.. it's 2018, not 1980) but on the fact that my reservation could not be fulfilled, plus failure to notify me before 10pm upon my arrival.

I hope the hotel takes the appropriate actions to make sure this doesn't happen again to others like me. Or at least offer a replacement that is within walking distance or a short cab ride, and not 20 miles north west in the suburbs.

Hotel is centrally located at the airport and the rooms are OK. I withdraw 3 stars because of the breakfast. No cheese, no sausage, no salmon, no tomatoes or cucumbers. Also no substitute for the absence. I do not eat egg and no pig. Had a choice between toast bread or sour pineapple. Coffee only from the pot. Insufficient breakfast. Actually outrageous.

Caught recycling soap!

Absolutely disgusting and repulsive!

I can deal with the broken AC in their main restaurant and the smell of dirty socks in their lobby. But I cannot get over the experience of opening a new bar of soap in the box in my room to wash my hands and discover the soap inside was used! Yes, used! I m all for recycling, but not some strangers soap!

As a platinum member I received text messages from staff employees asking about my room and such. When I shared my experience above and the photos, the staff texted a response of empathy and said this would be elevated to their GM for handling. I said no problem. Next day, no contact. I got another text asking if my matter was addressed, I replied no. I was assured it would be. After two and a half days in the hotel, not a single apology or attempt to address the issue with me was taken.

Apparently, the GM is too busy implementing soap recycling programs for guests to worry about my unpleasant experience.

It is apparent in many regards and this hotel is not managed well. I will not be returning for our conference next year.

Parking was easyily accessible. Location was great. Plenty of attractions within walking distance or via shuttle.

Love the breakfast in the morning and the happy hour

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet has a decent selection. Recommended, especially for Anime Central.

Excellent service, and great accommodations since the hotel was recently renovated.

Clean large rooms, but tough for those who want to sleep in. The walls are extremely thin; you can hear people using the bathroom all night. The pipes rattle and motor noises seem to echo through the plumbing stacks. The smell of bacon becomes nauseating throughout the whole building starting about 7:00a. The smoke from the cooking was so thick in the atrium, that the fire alarms went off an we all had to evacuate our rooms into the cold. Went back to sleep with a do not disturb sign on the door, only to have housekeeping fiddling with the sign and knob at 9:30 to wipe down the door knobs. Oh, and did I mention the elevators were slow, shakey and didn't stop on your floor most of the time? Much as I love the Embassy Suites brand, this one is past it's prime.

We were there visiting our fellow consultants. It was very crowded.

I come to this hotel every year in May during Anime Central, and every time has been a pleasurable experience. The staff working there are friendly. The pool there is absolutely fantastic, and it's kept exceptionally clean. The main atrium where the dining area is located is spacious, attractive, and well kept. The rooms are clean, cozy, and are worth the price! and I've never had a bad experience here and I will keep coming back here! I will see you guys again next year, and until then, keep up the great work!

Overnight business trip, amenities were ideal and food was good. Lost power for a couple hours and staff responded tremendously.

Wonderful hotel. The staff greeted me by name. I had a rough time getting there and they sent a wine and cheese tray to my room to make me feel better! Made my day!

THE absolute WORST hotel stay in my life! I am STILL sick from the stress of it all. We checked in on Valentine's Day - when the shooting happened in Florida. They had us in a "conference room". No sofa, no upholstered chair... just a bed and a giant table. I called the front desk to request a piece of upholstered furniture be brought to our room from an empty room. They said it couldn't be done. Having once managed hotels in Indianapolis, I knew that was a lie. I wrote to the corporate office, explaining that we'd gone to the front desk TWICE to try to remedy this. The corporate office response: "Go to the front desk". The cheese plate, champagne & chocolate-covered strawberries that my husband ordered for each of our 4-night's stay, only came to our room on the first 2 nights after he had to call and hound them for it. Finally, they moved us to room #402, though someone had placed a "Do Not Move Room" order on the computer. (More vindictiveness?) The bathtub had no switch to turn on the spigot. The water came from the shower head, only, which was an immovable head, all the way up on the ceiling. I could only reach it by standing on the side of the tub wall. I was told "the plates were already put away" when the hot food for breakfast was still out at less than 5 minutes past 9:AM, and therefore denied the free breakfast on our 2nd morning. Because I take morning meds, I had to order room service breakfast & paid a fortune for what I should have been given for free. The front desk placed at least 3 families with a total of 8 kids, running & screaming in the hall, terrorizing our dogs. It was beginning to feel as if the front desk was intentionally trying to literally ruin our stay. An entire hotel of rooms, but they placed all of those kids right next to us in #403, #404, #405. I had full-blown stress vertigo by the time we left. That was supposed to be a treat for my birthday & Valentine's Day, but it was a nightmare instead. I will NEVER, EVER go back. Never. Today is April 8, and I still have the vertigo. I've been to a physical therapist and my general physician. Next, I'm seeing a neurologist. No hotel should have the power to so negatively impact a person's health. They will be lucky if I don't simply sue them. This is horrendous but I'm sure the front desk girls are laughing, instead. Shame on them ALL! Oh, and calling, writing, etc. is of absolutely ZERO use. We had one night comped by Abi, but that didn't even touch the suffering I've gone through since staying there. The neighboring Double Tree and Hyatt Regency are both pet friendly. We will stay at one of those, from now on. ALSO, Embassy charged us the pet fee, for each day of our stay (4 days, times 2 miniature Dachshunds). We were under the impression from the website that the fee was a one-time charge, per pet. Not a daily charge, per pet.

Good sized rooms, good breakfast, good room service.

They didn't give me the room that i had chosen/prechecked into the day before, but staff was pleasant and quick in helping accomdate my needs in the new room. Breakfast is always good too.

Great hotel: very clean, updated, free made-to-order breakfast, free nightly reception with beer, wine, cocktails, and light bites. Close to the airport and includes airport shuttle.

On this visit, my only negative is one thing: I needed a few items laundered. I dropped of the laundry before 8am in order to get the clothes back that same evening. That evening, the front desk staff explained the dry cleaner person had not come by yet. I waited until the following morning and checked back at 9am. The same message was given- the guy had not dropped off yet. I advised the front desk that I needed the clothes ASAP because I had to leave for the airport. Robbie (I believe was her name), was very helpful in expediting the delivery of my clothes.

Will stay in this hotel again.
