I guess the opinion of the guess does not matter. The response from the owner was questioning my complaint, stated how great the hotel is. Definitely not my thoughts.

Very clean. Service at conference was excellent. Food serviced during lunch time was good.
Loved our time here. Comfortable, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Happy hour is the best!
Free cocktail from 530 to 730. Free made to order breakfast. Decor was nice but old school. Staff was very nice and professional. I would reccommend to anyone staying here for business or family trip. About 3 miles to Chicago O'Hare airport. This hotel has a shuttle. Very safe area. I stayed here on business and I gotta say it was great! The only complaint I have is that if you put a do not disturb sign on the door.....for some reasom they still knock three times in the morning then move on if you dont answer. Kind of annoying when you want to NOT BE DUSTURBED after a long night but very minor in comparison to the rest of the experience. Contains a bar and restaurant in lobby.
great friendly place to stay for a week or weekend!!!!
You can't beat this hotel. It it's right across the street from the convention center and a short walk through the parking garage to tons of shops and restaurants. And the hotel itself is superior!
Very clean, interesting setup. Nice rooms, great bar
I was very tired when I arrived the desk clerk was very helpful. She acted fast helping everyone. She was great.
Broken AC, broken gate for high priced parking, terrible food, room not ready on check in, staff not helpful.
I ended up here after my flight was delayed and I missed my connector flight. The customer service was good. My room was clean. I was only here for a few hours just to sleep
Kind of cramped, but great for a weekend out as there were 5 of us. There wasn't any covers for the windows though, making it bright regardless of whether all the lights were on or off.
Fourth time staying here over the last couple of years to attend ever at nearby Hyatt Convention Center. Conveniently located - walkable to the Convention Ctr or Hyatt through a tunnel during weather. Convenient parking. No beds larger than double makes it tough for tall folks. Breakfast buffet less about quality than it is about speed. Fast and convenient check-in, very helpful front desk staff. Late-night hallway noise during our most recent stay took longer than it should have for the staff to end
I loved the look of the inside, breakfast was amazing! My only problem was that there were only 3 towels, and the bathtub was gross
Hotel was nice. The staff was incredibly kind & responsive! The main gathering area in the middle gets a little loud at night. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!
Haven't even checked in and there are issues. Arrived at 2:50pm, check-in is at 3pm. Currently they do not have a room available for us. Told that they will call us when they have a room available. Technically I have paid for my room starting at 3pm not whenever you get one ready. I have a conference that starts tonight and have no way of getting ready for it right now after a 10 hour drive. VERY unprofessional to have a ton of people sitting in the lobby and in vehicles waiting for their rooms. Offered no discount for the issues either. The front office staff acts like this happens all the time. Sounds like some policy and procedures need to be changed if this happens all the time.
Update: I inquired on my room at 330pm and miraculously there was one ready....mmhmm. Now that we are in the room, one of our lamps doesn't work, the closet won't shut, and there are still drink rings on the tables.
Needless to say....this is the worst Hilton I have been in anywhere in the country so far.
Not worth the $. No complimentary water bottles, empty mini fridge and no food is service at night.
I usually stay at the Doubletree across the street from the Embassy suites, but this time I changed things up a bit, and tried the Embassy suites. Oh let me tell you, I was beyond impressed. The rooms were all suites, meaning they all came with a living room, and the regular bedroom/sleeping room. I loved everything about this hotel versus the Doubletree complementary breakfast very friendly and attentive staff great service I have not one complaint about this hotel. The greatest thing is that they also part of the Hilton Honors membership so you can try both and still accumulate the same points. Impressive!! I loved it and I will return! See pics!
Friendly service, reasonable prices on drinks and food was good.
Great location, 2 hour mangers reception every night. Good bar and restaurant.
The hotel is a bit dated and the bed was not terribly comfortable, but did the job. The staff were friendly and the room was reasonably clean. The breakfast display was well stocked and there was plenty of variety available.
Super nice old school Embassy Suites. Warm service on a 7 degree night in the Windy City. Provided a nice selection of toiletries for those of us grounded in Chicago for the night. Bar with food open until 10 p.m.
Well docorated, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast and evening snacks and drinks and comfortable rooms. Free shuttle to O'Hare is the icing on the cake.
For the price, it wasn't very nice for a renovated room. Was decent but I can have decent for much less cost.
Great Hospitality and Great Breakfast
.lol
We were not overnight guests but we did spend several hours a day over the weekend visiting with friends staying here. The two-room suite setup is nice and the amenities are what one would expect for such a room; however, it is a small space all considering (we are staying at the nearby Loews and our single room is twice the size of their two-room suite combined). Nonetheless it is plenty comfortable with enough space for two. Our biggest concern with the hotel are the elevators, which seem to have major issues. Several times we have been in them when they have stopped randomly for minutes at a time, and when the doors don't open for a floor. The elevator emergency ringing goes off as well regularly and is audible from the room. We recommend taking the stairs if possible, but if you are on the 8th floor that's not really an option (unless you are in much better shape than us!).
Very nice rooms, big with a usefull kitchenette.
Great selection for the breakfast.
Large rooms with a nice living room. The couches have a pull out couch. Great size and free breakfast daily with happy hour daily as well!
8-10 of us have been here for 8 months and have been very pleased. Staff are very hospitable, helpful, and accommodating. Business center is convenient. Breakfast and happy hour are very generous. Sure it's a bit older and not a 6 star but has more pluses than minuses. Great atrium and multiple meetings spaces.
My room was very clean and very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
Takes a lot of stress off to have a nice hot breakfast and the afternoon service complimentary. The housekeeping was polite as was the rest of the staff. Skybridge connects hotels to the convention center. Plenty of space in the room with the doubles also having a pull out couch.
Clean and spacious accommodations staffed by professionals, who are eager to fill your requests.
The lobby and conference room were nice but too hot
Wonderfully attentive staff. Amazing breakfast options and free . Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Didn t eat dinner ,but it sure smelled good. Maybe next time.
Very good service, we were well taken care of for our event.
Nice hotel. Rooms are nice. Very loud inside. All embassy suites are basically the same. I'm happy with it
They removed the Jacuzzi and did not notify us before booking. Experience was horrible the pool area was like walking into a freezer
Elevators are the only real problem as at one point they complely shut off. But other than that the stay was great.
Very expensive fair warning they add lots of fees to your price for the hotel
Was wonderful Ingrid very delightful , informative
and a pleasure to work with
Thank you
Anthony the front desk manager called me asking and I quote why I called him upon correcting his ignorance and informing him I called for Natasha he continued to be to ask why I called seeking to be given no knowledge of the issue at hand. Requested to speak to Kara, the GM, but she was coincidentally in a meeting.
Anthony was nothing short of combative and useless in this issue as he walked into the conversation asking me what was going on. Poor managerial skills at their finest. Also Natasha lack of effort to reach out even more pitiful as part of the management team.
Flight was cancelled due to weather been over 7 days with no refund. Been working with Natasha who has failed to respond to emails over 3 days. Called back today spoke to John who said he would research and call me back.
Nice hotel, but maid service was not great, didn't have enough towels, didn't clean room
I was there for a one hour job interview and was charged $30.00 for parking
I know I will not be staying st my usual Hampton Inn when I'm traveling....Hilton really???
If you're doing Anime Central like myself- THIS is THE hotel to stay at. Free evening reception, free breakfast and plenty of space in the rooms for all your cosplay essentials.
One of the best embassy suites I have stayed in. Great beds, nice breakfast, awesome rooms
Great hotel, clean, roomy, nice rooms, breakfast buffet. Block pricing for a convention.
Good rooms, alot of space. Nice atmosphere and good customer service.
Beautiful hotel. Got stuck due to weather, but the hotel made it worth it
Very Clean and Neat. Nice guess service. Overall awesome place tp stay and for events..
We had a work meeting there. The meeting room we used was very nice. They had plenty of refreshments and snacks. Lunch was amazing. Would highly recommend.
Convenient hotel near conference, nice breakfast was provided
Excellent service and rooms. Every staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and energetic, and the rooms are well stocked, clean and comfortable. Would love to stay again!
Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, and many store/restaurants within walking distance.
Air conditioner not cold. Complained twice, someone came each time, no change. Still sticky in here. Since I'm all the way up on the eighth floor I picked up the phone to call the front desk, no dial tone.
Came to look into rooming for a future convention at the Donald E. Stephens center and the staff was very polite and helpful
Large rooms, even for suites. Oddly, all rooms have glass double doors at the entry, and the first level of rooms. Super busy at breakfast and long lines for drinks in the evening, though. Nice FLW-styled accents, though.
This location is perfect! Literally it is right across the street from Rosemont's convention center. Although close to the convention center, it provides a private, upscale environment. Rooms have been updated with the best features. Service was outstanding! They have dedicated, experienced, kind, professional employees. I'll be back next year!
Everything you expect from an Embassy Suites. Spacious, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast.
Don t waste your time or money here... they are constantly full with business people so the staff is less than accommodating.
Ridiculous prices for everything, trying to cash in on the expense cards here... if you can avoid it, don t stay here.
Very convenient location, overall nice, clean place to stay
Stayed here twice now and both times the elevators didn't work...out of the three, one was not working at all, one didn't open the door at any floor without manually pushing the "Open Door" button, and the other was a death trap waiting to happen. Both times we stayed were during the RV Show at the convention center across the street.
PLEASE FIX THE ELEVATORS!!!!!!!!!! LOVE THIS HOTEL, but that is unacceptable. Rooms are nice and roomy. Breakfast buffet is FANTASTIC and guest happy hour with cocktails and munchies can't be beat.
Always a pleasure to stay at. Breakfast is can't miss.
It was ok. We had requested to go bfast because we had to leave at 4:30. They neglected to do this when they said they would. There was 12 of us. Otherwise it was good.
Location is perfect for a professional conference. The rooms are good sized with a really nice sitting area for group discussions. However. The shower in our room had a broken handle and would not turn on. The room in which we were using for a conference osicallated between way too cold and way too hot. And at one point the elevators stopped working. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.
If anyone is looking for good deals for hotels head to . reserved a hotel on there and these guys had the best prices any where!
Very nice hotel. The room is nicely appointed and is clean and comfortable. It is across the street from Gibson s Steak House.
Discovered that the sheets were dirty on the first night when we Came back to the hotel after 11 pm. The security officer brought sheets, and I was told to make our own beds. We did not get housekeeping for 3 days after, not knowing until arriving back in our room after 11. The Manager on duty comped the valet parking but if I were you I d avoid this hotel at all costs. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and was told I d receive a call or email from the Manager. I m still waiting. This hotel is indicative of poor management.
