Free cocktail from 530 to 730. Free made to order breakfast. Decor was nice but old school. Staff was very nice and professional. I would reccommend to anyone staying here for business or family trip. About 3 miles to Chicago O'Hare airport. This hotel has a shuttle. Very safe area. I stayed here on business and I gotta say it was great! The only complaint I have is that if you put a do not disturb sign on the door.....for some reasom they still knock three times in the morning then move on if you dont answer. Kind of annoying when you want to NOT BE DUSTURBED after a long night but very minor in comparison to the rest of the experience. Contains a bar and restaurant in lobby.

You can't beat this hotel. It it's right across the street from the convention center and a short walk through the parking garage to tons of shops and restaurants. And the hotel itself is superior!

Fourth time staying here over the last couple of years to attend ever at nearby Hyatt Convention Center. Conveniently located - walkable to the Convention Ctr or Hyatt through a tunnel during weather. Convenient parking. No beds larger than double makes it tough for tall folks. Breakfast buffet less about quality than it is about speed. Fast and convenient check-in, very helpful front desk staff. Late-night hallway noise during our most recent stay took longer than it should have for the staff to end

Haven't even checked in and there are issues. Arrived at 2:50pm, check-in is at 3pm. Currently they do not have a room available for us. Told that they will call us when they have a room available. Technically I have paid for my room starting at 3pm not whenever you get one ready. I have a conference that starts tonight and have no way of getting ready for it right now after a 10 hour drive. VERY unprofessional to have a ton of people sitting in the lobby and in vehicles waiting for their rooms. Offered no discount for the issues either. The front office staff acts like this happens all the time. Sounds like some policy and procedures need to be changed if this happens all the time.

Update: I inquired on my room at 330pm and miraculously there was one ready....mmhmm. Now that we are in the room, one of our lamps doesn't work, the closet won't shut, and there are still drink rings on the tables.

Needless to say....this is the worst Hilton I have been in anywhere in the country so far.

I usually stay at the Doubletree across the street from the Embassy suites, but this time I changed things up a bit, and tried the Embassy suites. Oh let me tell you, I was beyond impressed. The rooms were all suites, meaning they all came with a living room, and the regular bedroom/sleeping room. I loved everything about this hotel versus the Doubletree complementary breakfast very friendly and attentive staff great service I have not one complaint about this hotel. The greatest thing is that they also part of the Hilton Honors membership so you can try both and still accumulate the same points. Impressive!! I loved it and I will return! See pics!

The hotel is a bit dated and the bed was not terribly comfortable, but did the job. The staff were friendly and the room was reasonably clean. The breakfast display was well stocked and there was plenty of variety available.

Super nice old school Embassy Suites. Warm service on a 7 degree night in the Windy City. Provided a nice selection of toiletries for those of us grounded in Chicago for the night. Bar with food open until 10 p.m.

We were not overnight guests but we did spend several hours a day over the weekend visiting with friends staying here. The two-room suite setup is nice and the amenities are what one would expect for such a room; however, it is a small space all considering (we are staying at the nearby Loews and our single room is twice the size of their two-room suite combined). Nonetheless it is plenty comfortable with enough space for two. Our biggest concern with the hotel are the elevators, which seem to have major issues. Several times we have been in them when they have stopped randomly for minutes at a time, and when the doors don't open for a floor. The elevator emergency ringing goes off as well regularly and is audible from the room. We recommend taking the stairs if possible, but if you are on the 8th floor that's not really an option (unless you are in much better shape than us!).

8-10 of us have been here for 8 months and have been very pleased. Staff are very hospitable, helpful, and accommodating. Business center is convenient. Breakfast and happy hour are very generous. Sure it's a bit older and not a 6 star but has more pluses than minuses. Great atrium and multiple meetings spaces.

Takes a lot of stress off to have a nice hot breakfast and the afternoon service complimentary. The housekeeping was polite as was the rest of the staff. Skybridge connects hotels to the convention center. Plenty of space in the room with the doubles also having a pull out couch.

Anthony the front desk manager called me asking and I quote why I called him upon correcting his ignorance and informing him I called for Natasha he continued to be to ask why I called seeking to be given no knowledge of the issue at hand. Requested to speak to Kara, the GM, but she was coincidentally in a meeting.

Anthony was nothing short of combative and useless in this issue as he walked into the conversation asking me what was going on. Poor managerial skills at their finest. Also Natasha lack of effort to reach out even more pitiful as part of the management team.

Flight was cancelled due to weather been over 7 days with no refund. Been working with Natasha who has failed to respond to emails over 3 days. Called back today spoke to John who said he would research and call me back.

Air conditioner not cold. Complained twice, someone came each time, no change. Still sticky in here. Since I'm all the way up on the eighth floor I picked up the phone to call the front desk, no dial tone.

Large rooms, even for suites. Oddly, all rooms have glass double doors at the entry, and the first level of rooms. Super busy at breakfast and long lines for drinks in the evening, though. Nice FLW-styled accents, though.

This location is perfect! Literally it is right across the street from Rosemont's convention center. Although close to the convention center, it provides a private, upscale environment. Rooms have been updated with the best features. Service was outstanding! They have dedicated, experienced, kind, professional employees. I'll be back next year!

Don t waste your time or money here... they are constantly full with business people so the staff is less than accommodating.

Ridiculous prices for everything, trying to cash in on the expense cards here... if you can avoid it, don t stay here.

Stayed here twice now and both times the elevators didn't work...out of the three, one was not working at all, one didn't open the door at any floor without manually pushing the "Open Door" button, and the other was a death trap waiting to happen. Both times we stayed were during the RV Show at the convention center across the street.
PLEASE FIX THE ELEVATORS!!!!!!!!!! LOVE THIS HOTEL, but that is unacceptable. Rooms are nice and roomy. Breakfast buffet is FANTASTIC and guest happy hour with cocktails and munchies can't be beat.

Location is perfect for a professional conference....

Location is perfect for a professional conference. The rooms are good sized with a really nice sitting area for group discussions. However. The shower in our room had a broken handle and would not turn on. The room in which we were using for a conference osicallated between way too cold and way too hot. And at one point the elevators stopped working. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

Discovered that the sheets were dirty on the first night when we Came back to the hotel after 11 pm. The security officer brought sheets, and I was told to make our own beds. We did not get housekeeping for 3 days after, not knowing until arriving back in our room after 11. The Manager on duty comped the valet parking but if I were you I d avoid this hotel at all costs. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and was told I d receive a call or email from the Manager. I m still waiting. This hotel is indicative of poor management.
