This has to be one of the worst places I've stayed in years. The room wasn't very clean - in fact there was a used bar or soap and washcloth in the shower. Plenty of dust hanging out of the lights and in the corners of bathroom. The veneer was peeling off the bathroom door and there were stains on the linoleum. The ceiling was flaking too. And that's all just the bathroom. In the couch area of the suit, there were stains on the floor and couch. In the bed area, the ceiling near the window was flaking off. The sink in the bed area (why?) was clogged.

Free Wi-Fi - was slower than dialup and I blew through data using my hotspot. That's even if it would connect.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. The food was either soggy or cold.

The made to order breakfast was awesome though!

Amazing 1 night stay, The hotel itself is very nice it is a little outdated.The staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is a a little far and it is shared with like 3 other hotels. Other that the room was great and the bed just simply so comfortable. Also they do have free unlimited cocktails/beer daily from 5-7 I think. We will deff stay here again :)

Tiny Rooms, Clean and Super Close to ORD Airport, Tiny, Tiny Rooms

First room had a dirty shower curtain, a hole in the ceiling where the fire sprinkler was, thick, dirt fuzz around the air vents and lighting fixtures and then when i went back into the bathroom to take a picture of it to discuss with the manager, i found a roach crawling across the towel on the floor!

I gave them the opportunity to fix it and make it right for night two. We were moved to amother room immediately. However the manager had to come see this room too! Literally candy (Skittles) on the floor randomly from the prior guest, sticky handprints of a child on the doors, filthy air vent and lighting fixtures again! He thanked us for showing and telling him and he would get it cleaned and fixed immediately! Well they did, sort of. Still found a Skittle, they left a couple tools behind and well the fingerprints still there. Then when i realized i left my medications in the first room in the nightstand, i called front desk and they didn't know how to help me. They actually took me to the first room, unlocked and let me in it even though another guest had already checked into it! The guests were not there but i think that makes it even worse! So my meds were no longer in the nightstand and the hotel has no idea what to do now. Very poor house keeping practices, not great customer service at all!

Great place to stay, nice staff, great breakfast. Nice fitness room and pool. Didn't give 5 stars as we were disappointed that there was no hot tub as depicted in several of the online photos. Was searching for hotels using google which had pictures of the hot tub - photos should be updated. Still enjoyed staying at this location, but that hot tub would have been nice.

Terrible customer service!! I left a dress in my room and it has been impossible to get it back. I have talked to 10 different people who say they can't help but they transfer me to someone else who can't help. I've been told countless times they would call me back and never have. I have asked many times to speak to a manager but was told the managers can not help either.

Flight was cancelled going back home to Boston so when I researched the local area hotels I came across embassy suites. They had the best rate with every "bang for your buck." Free breakfast, kind staff and beautiful rooms all well accommodated. I was recommended to a deep dish pizza place as well, Giordano's, and it was amazing accompanied with many other recommendations I only wish I had the time too see. This hotel is a place I'd return too and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was clean and very open, which I liked. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the pillows we're great, which is always a plus. It is always nice that hotels have a evening thing with drinks and snacks. The breakfast was decent. I had a work event here and the conference room was very good. Further the lunch at the event was great. Overall this was a great place to be for a one day work event.

Excellent place to stay and experience chicago. The suites are very nice and well maintained. The breakfast and evening reception is excellent.

The room was nice other than the thin walls with loud neighbors

A little out dated. The worst restaurant ever, do not eat there!!! But somehow they managed to have a great free breakfast in the common area. Happy hour in the common area was too busy to get a free drink.

Nice facilities and staff. Manager's evening reception is appreciated, but the food offered was discussing. As this is a free benefit of this hotel, I will not deduct a star for this food, however know it is not worth going to for anything other then the free basic drinks.

Very disappointed that there was no coffee for early morning departure. I was working in the area and stayed here. I had to leave at 5:00 AM, they had a coffee machine there but would not turn it on. I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast, at least they could offer morning coffee. Also they have no laundry on site.

Location was nice, got lost in the parking garage though. Service was very nice.. elevators were slow at times, but it was busy. Loved the evening snacks and drinks.. thanks

Everything from the front desk to the room to the breakfast and the free drinks we're amazing. The pool needs some attention. It seemed very chlorinated. Our kids were coughing after being in the pool for 20 minutes.

Elevators move really slow. Other than that, everything was excellent

This was a very nice hotel and the staff is GREAT. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I dropped my notebook stylus pen on the free hotel shuttle to the airport so I called the front desk and Stacy tracked it down for me. It was at my house in Colorado the next day! Thanks again!

Excellent staff. Very beautiful hotel. The rooms were definitely different than I'm used to, and the layout was interesting. Absolutely would visit again.

My husband and I are recent guest . And we plan supposedly to stay for 5 weeks . This hotel is poorly managed and maintained. The cabinet door and hinges are detached . The shower heads both in our bathroom and in the pool are not fixed .

We used to stay for 30 days here before but It seems like their rooms and pool are not maintained. I notice at the evening social they used to serve complimentary cheese for snacks but now no more . The lady server is not friendly .

We are thinking of moving to another hotel provided it has indoor jacuzzi and pool.

Pick a more modern, updated hotel. There are plenty of them in the area. I'm paying $236 for a room that's worth $99 AT MOST! It's outdated, poor customer service, poor upkeep (for example, I pressed the button for my floor in the elevator and the entire wall panel moved because it's loose). They offer valet parking but I couldn't find the valet at 2pm! Pick a better hotel....

It was ok...beds were good ...consier needs to be more friendly to guests...its just a job to him!

Nice large rooms. Nice breakfast included. My only complaint is the shuttle only goes between the hotel and the airport and won't take you anywhere else.

I do a lot of traveling and have never encountered a hotel staff so off-the-wall rude! Last night, a friends of mine were kicked out of their room by the manager of the hotel that night for, and I quote, "asking too many questions that he didn't want to answer". My friend was talking to the manager in a calm manner, didn't raise his voice, or do anything threatening, yet the hotel manager said ask one more question and I will kick you out (this was less than a 5 minute altercation by the way, I would totally understand if this was harassment +15-30 mins). After my friend explained that the manager was being ridiculous since his demeanor had not been at all inappropriate and he was just wondering if they deserved a discount for the way they were being treated, the hotel manager called the police. Even the cops told the us that there was nothing that they can do, but be sure to take it up with the appropriate people the next day. So I hope this reaches the right people. If you care at all about the staffing at a hotel and would like to avoid unfortunate circumstances like this, steer clear of this hotel!

At breakfast there are not many options for vegans, only oatmeal in water and fruit (melon and banana)

Very spacious suites with lots of facilties on very reasonable price. It has a good sized indoor swiming pool and suites are really good in size. It does need some modernization and that is reflected in the price. It has a shuttle service from o'hare airport and if you use public transport, the nearest train station is on walking distance from where you can get trains to city center as well as airport. Another plus point is the free drinks and cocktails for one hour in the lounge and you can also upgrade if you want to. Their breakfast is also very good and have some made to order options as well. Staff is very helping and professional

Skywalk connection to convention space, nice staff, clean! Recommended!

I stayed for 5 nights in a King room with three of my friends for a convention. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, if a bit cramped for four. Three sinks, a large mini fridge, a microwave, a sleeper sofa, and an astounding number of working outlets. The closing door between the two rooms was helpful for isolating out one snoring member. A singularly impressive complementary breakfast each morning and complimentary cocktails and snacks each evening in a spacious and comfortable atrium, plus friendly front desk staff and a full variety and restaurant made this an excellent place to spend a week.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Went for a wedding and needed to pray... They accommodated us and gave us a room to pray in... Would recommend!!

This is a beautiful hotel with great spacious rooms. Had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Everyone is super nice. Currently doing construction making the main entrance inaccessible and some of the sidewalk is torn up. Elevators are having minor issues keeping up and not wanting to open.

We had a really great experience with my family. I stayed a week here and enjoyed their free breakfast buffet and super clean rooms. It seemed housekeeping always went above and beyond to make sure our room was always very well detailed and clean! Would recommend staying here!

My room was beautiful, very clean, and when I noticed the sheets had a boot print on them they promptly sent someone to change the entire bedding.
I give them 5 stars for the free alcoholic drinks and snacks in the evening for all the guests, as well as the free breakfast in the morning. Staff was great, and room service was nice!

This hotel is nice but the price is ridiculous for what you get. Same is true for nearby parking. There are 3 elevators for the whole hotel. They are painfully slow, and usually only one is working. All three were out for 20 minutes when it was time to check out. It seems like they only have a couple luggage carts. I had to wait 45 minutes to get one. The breakfast was terrible and way over complicated. The only reason I am not giving it one star is that the staff were great. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed but they still treated us very well, and did their best.

It was a good room. The breakfast there is okay, but there isn't much of a choice and the food isn't always hot. The elevators were slow, and one was still broken when they opened it back up. The wait times for the three elevators was horrible, as sometimes up elevators would stop for no reason when you called for a down elevator. They are small elevators, and you never know where they are. The parking there is costly, and there are limited luggage carts that are just left around.

I like this place. Nice people and confortable stay.

Good place quick, clean organized gave me a free parking. I reccomend here if your traveling from out town faster then O hare hotel.

Got ready here before a wedding. Went to the bar too. They didn't have enough shot glasses but the bartender was nice.

Good location by airport. Friendly staff. Easy parking, though it was $29/night. Family friendly 2-room suite. Pool was good, as was fitness equipment & room. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay again!

Always enjoy my stays at The Suites. Can't beat the free breakfast and happy hour.

I will go back because I need to contact personally this hotel since I was traveling and staying here for business thru my company and I was charged to my credit card the amount of $145 when actually any charge was supposed to be charged to my company account on file. Also I stayed for 5 days and I was not charge any of those days because my parking ticket was supposedly validated and there is a extra charge of $29 on my credit card as well. I will need to find out what is going on. This never happened to me before. I am so dissapointed and upset.

Have stayed in many Embassy Suites this is a great representation of the franchise. The staff here is helpful, accommodating, and also will assist you in anything you need, travel directions to getting to the airport. The atmosphere in comparison to other Embassy Suites is different.

Stayed here for the Seventeen K-Pop concert. Good location close to O'Hare Airport, the Donald E. Stevens Convention Center, Rosemont Theater and shopping at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. Easy walk to the CTA Blue Line station where you can round trip on The 'L' to downtown Chicago for $6. Hotel staff are nice and the breakfast is great. One elevator was not working right. The rooms are nice and spacious but it would be even nicer if the double beds were queens. I would stay here again.

I had friends staying in the place so I got to see one of their bigger rooms and I find that it was nice. It had a fold out couch and two beds.

Weekend shopping trip. Wonderful location. Amazing hot breakfast. Spacious rooms.

This place is overrated, my microwave didn't work right, I had a drawer that didn't close and can you believe that there's no venting in the bathroom.

Great location. Great dining choices in walking distance and awesome in house bar.
