I'm happy with this agency. They have some of the sweetest, hard working coordinators, who will call you and let your know if there is any problems, or updates sending an aide.

I have been very fortunate, that the ladies who come to my home, are all responsible and respectful, hard working ladies, try to make a living.

Amazing HC Has Poor Office Staff! Does not Follow up on calls That Have 2 be Returned! Workers for My My Family member Pays R Shortened..I must leave AMAZING hc....Im upset due to Covid-19....However, I'm Responsible 4 her care....I Get Aides......& They Complain their hours R shortened......Payroll Lies...Employees Not! Paid 4 ALL HRS WORKED!! Not Good! Poor Communication with HR, coordinators, etc...I Give them A 1-2...Rating!

I received a phone call from this place by accident, and the caller was so rude and unpleasant, I could only image the service the actual patients gets from this facility.

Possibly the worst place to work in the NATION. This place is so BAD They have to go to public Assistance
to recruit desperate people. When they send you to their cases most likely it would be in the hood rats
PROJECTS. Infestation buildings. I will pay you all $22 HR personally to not work for these peoples. They
are truly F...ING AMAZING All right.

Sometimes they don't pay on your pay day for whatever reason and they don't really explain why. But they do pay you for both weeks after.

I can't give enough good praises to this agency!!! I am a Nurse Case Manager at a hospital, working with patients after their discharge, and the amount of care and assistance that Amazing Home Care has provided is above and beyond any other agency I've worked with. I work closely with Michael who is always friendly and eager to help!!

I have been working for the company as an HHA for the past two years. I applied in the 149th Street office. I have never had any issues with them. The lady that host the orientation & classes in that office is very nice and always helps me when i need gloves or any information. I always get paid on time because i clock in when i am supposed too. I noticed when i go to the classes some other HHA have stories about not getting paid but the nurse would teach them how to clock in properly and helps them. I haven't had any issues with the coordinators cause i tell them when i' m able to work and they give me a case. I work 38 hours a week for at least 1 year.

This company is very unprofessional. The coordinators are very rude they speak down to you and hang up. I ve been on in cases that i never agreed to and I m always getting placed inactive because of their lies and mistakes.
I wouldn t recommend anyone applying to this company.
I resigned from Amazing home care & Intergen home Care the coordinators work for the same team.

God see s everything these ladies do i pray he takes care of it.

They have home attendants who don t even know how to do their job correctly because of their team and how they train During inservice they do not teach you everything properly they just have you sit down watching television while the nurse speaks about nonsense. I have seen how a union company trains their employees. It was all hands on from cleaning . Bed bath , hand wash, wheelchair, blood pressure, etc all you should you while you re outside taking care of patients. I sat there thinking to myself they LOVE WHAT THEY DO they don t train well communication sucks and their RUDE!

I have been with them since I did the 2014 course I am leaving but I always return ajjaja

My grandmother is very happy with this agency. In the end that s all that matters I know she is always well taken care of when I am off to work she has an amazing Home attendant.

The only good customer service is the receptionist you do not get paid on time...I am looking for work some where else

They deserve the 2 stars. A lot of call outs. No replacements and aides showing up who dont speak your language. What kind of professional agency that want to stay in business does this to vulnerable clients
The staff at the home office are NOT HELPFUL OR CARING

The name speaks for itself. In all aspects of care they are just AMAZING.
While the world shut for Covid they were on the fore-front of caring for the elderly.

They are not organized at all. I am suppose to have a home attendant at 11am every weekend and there is always a problem. I lost the count of how many supervisors I spoke about this issue and never fix. They send the home attendant at any time without telling you and is never the same.

I would give this place no stars if possible ,the cordinaters lie and don't properly communicate with each other and they consistently sent me to cases where the patient didn't want service or there was an aide there ,that's plain irresponsible and no consideration.They never even payed for the travel time.They don't appreciate when they have good aides and the aides that do the wrong they're never reprimanded.This is the worst agency I've seen and should be shut down.

As I was walking into my case I noticed another aide was going in . I called the agency to figure out why another aide was on my permanent case. They told me my ppd was expired. I didnt understand how my ppd was expired when I went to mobile health the week before to get it done and mobile health had already sent my new ppd proof directly to Amazing Home Care saying I could work . Not only was my ppd not expired, I never recieved a call telling me not to go into work the next day .The same thing happened with my flu shot. I sent in my flu shot the first time on time, Desiree confirmed she got it, but I got unwanted phone calls and messages asking me to send in my proof as if they never received it. I sent it in a second time a month later and Desiree confirmed she recieved it , still I was recieving unwanted calls, at this point threatened to be placed inactive for their carelessness. I sent it in a 3rd time to a gentlemen who called me from his private number and finally the calls stopped . I sent in my flu shot proof all 3 times before the expiration date. I've been calling to speak with a supervisor for 2 weeks and no one has called me yet . Either she is choosing to ignore me or the coordinators arent sending my messages over . I've been with the company for years and this is the treatment I get .

Home health aide was scheduled to attend to my grandmother and no one showed up. No call no show for the first 3 days!. After the 3rd day, my mom cancelled there service. Very unprofetional. Lots of communication problems.

I left this company several years ago because I moved out of town but I just wanted to give a quick shout out for the excellent opportunity they offered me and i'm forever grateful! I was young and getting the exposure they offered me to the wonderful clients and healthcare system as a whole really made a positive impact on my life forever!

Very unprofessional the aides aren't allowed to call out sick . The coordinator is very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. Families are not allowed emergencies. My mom got terminated for being in the ER. May God bless Kathy's selfish soul.

If you love your family member then do not subject them to this agency, unless you want to experience being constantly stressed. Be advised that your calls and complaints will fall on deaf ears. I had a situation where a Home Health Aide did not inform me that my father was bleeding earlier that day. When I found out, by chance, I was upset as to why this wasn't brought to my attention immediately. I called the agency to inform them of this only to have to explain my dilemma to the operator. I was told that they have to send a message out and that someone would get back to me. I pleaded with the operator to patch me through to a supervisor, but to no avail. When Tianna got back to me the NEXT DAY and in a very monotone voice with no emotions involved, she informed me that the Home Health Aide will be replaced. NO THANK YOU. (Why not reprimanded???) This as well as many other problems that I faced with them, like poor customer service, not matching the aide to the client's needs, being outright told that there are not many Aides servicing Brooklyn and just being inconsiderate and with no compassion at all, was the reason I switched agencies quick, fast and in a hurry. FYI: My father was taken to the hospital and kept overnight for observation. I had to give it one star in order to post this otherwise they would get no stars

As an employee, I find the payroll department less than one star. My hours are always incorrect. As of this date the owe me over 200 hours of back pay for hours I have worked and I ve been trying for over a month to resolve this problem with them. Very upset with them.

Not a good agency, poor communication all around( liars) record all your conversation with them trust me you'll need it, no over time or holiday pay , gives wrong info such as wrong numbers ,address, and hours...smh

Actually, I give it ZERO or minus 1000,000. Do not use this place. They have the worst employees, who STEAL and who lie down and sleep in the same bed as the client even though they are supposed to be working for the client and not sleeping with them. Lock up jewelry, money, passports, access a ride cards, All ID, Credit cards, bank books, wallets, important mail, etc.B est is NEVER use them.

I have been with the company a short time but they have been very helpful to me specially since I am new to the state. They care for their staff and everyone is treated like they are part of the family, all they ask is that you act like an adult and do your part. We are here to take care of people who are in NEED and if you don't show up or the same uncle keeps dying every other week than you cant be upset that we stop using you as an employee because the almost 4000 patients that are in our family need us to be helpful, reliable and consistent with our services. if you are serious about working and have a good heart that loves to help others, then we have a lot of work and we welcome you to our family. Come give us a chance and see for yourself why so many people love our company. we truly are Amazing Homecare and everyone that's with us is part of our family.

This has to be the most unprofessional agency in the state of NY. Everyone from payroll to the coordinators that you can t even get in touch with needs to be fired or re-trained. Don t even waste your time with them at all!!!! Stay away. Maria from payroll is not the smartest cookie in the jar. And on top of being dumb she s rude!!!!!!!

I love my mother's home health aid's. They are wonderful people. The agency however leaves a lot to be desired. My Mom's home health aid contacted the agency one month prior to going on vacation. You would think the agency would have planned ahead of time in order to have someone cover for the three weeks. Instead, the agency has left my mother without a home health aid on some mornings especially when she needs assistance when going to dialysis. This has happened at least four times. They then say my mother has contacted them stating she does not need a home health aid. When I call, I leave a message and they never return my calls. My mother is a fall risk and thank God she has not fallen when she is alone traveling. This is negligence and is unacceptable.

THE WORST AGENCY TO WORK FOR. THEY EXPECT YOU TO GO ONE CASE TO THE NEXT IN ORDER TO GET 6-8 HOURS A DAY. NOBODY WANTS TO BE TRAVELING BACK AND FORTH ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN GET PAID ENOUGH OR ON TIME. THEY GIVE YOU A 3 HOUR CASE AND EXPECT YOU TO BE HAPPY. LIKE HOW DO YOU LIVE ON 3 HRS WHEN YOU HAVE BILLS YOU NEED TO PAY. HOW CAN YOU EVEN MAKE IT TO WORK WHEN THE LITTLE BIT OF MONEY YOU RECIEVE GO TOWARDS YOUR BILLS? THEN WHEN YOU DONT MAKE IT TO THE PATIENTS HOUSE THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU A VIOLATION. YOU CAN BE SICK WITH THE LFU AND THEY WOULD GIVE YOU A VIOLATION FOR CALLING OUT. LIKE YOU SUPPOSE TO KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO GET SICK. THIS SI THE WORST AGENCY EVER. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS AGENCY. YOU WILL BE UPSET ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DONT PAY YOU ON TIME. I WENT A WEEK WITHOUT GETTING PAID BECAUSE I DIDNT SEND OUT MY TIME SHEET ON TIME MEANWHILE THEY SENT THE TIME SHEETS OUT LATE AND I HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES. They are the worst no one came to attend to my dad for two days. He is bed bound and didn t have service for two days. No one bothered to call the family, I ve left 10 messages with the call center and still waiting for a call back. I hope they ready for the lawyers calls. I m tired of them being so irresponsible.

This company have the worst aids and unprofessional coordinator. Caught a aid tawana having sex in my dad's house while he was in the hospital for surgery. Turns out she has been having sex with my dad too when he test ed positive for a std and he is 89 years old bed ridden in need of hip replacement. Called to have her removed from the case and the coordinator tried justifying it. Only to send another aid who steals pain meds, phones etc. If you care about your love ones never use this company.

Absolute worse agency!! My mother s home attendant was a no-show two times (yes twice) and the agency did not even bother to call and let my mom know that she will not receive services or that they would try to get her a replacement. When I called to complain they were not even sympathetic for their negligence. It is very sad that the very people who have worked most of their lives paying their taxes now needing assistance are treated so poorly. Shame on you Amazing Care!

Our experience with this agency has been awful. Very poor patient care and very unprofessional office staff. I will NOT recommend this agency for anybody.

These people need to be shut down the staff is dysfunctional as the coordinators worse bunch liars. They have no staff and don t clean, go to appointments, get lost, doodoo don t clean. They laugh when you call .

Positive experience when I have reached out for help!

I have been working with Amazing homecare since December 2018 and I like this Agency. The Supervisor Katia and the coordinators Narcy and Anna and Christie as well my mom is a client since March 2017 are very Professional and always do their best to keep me busy with work. They exhibit to me Concern for their HHA's. All i will state is keep up the Great work.

Despite the fact that sometimes I take a lot of courage with some of the employees of the office, they think a lot when they are nothing, they think they are better than the HHAs. but I give it 5 stars to the agency in the sense that it has a lot of work of that there is no doubt they do not have benefits but if there are many cases

Completely unprofessional. I was recruited by Cory to follow a patient of mine to amazing, even though it was a $3 pay cut from what I was making, I was willing to make the switch. My plan was to just work with the one patient and keep my other better paying job, but it didn't work out that way. What happened was my phone broke, so I lost my direct line to Cory and my patient. Luckily enough Corey did reach out to me and let me know that all I had to do was orientation and I would be all set to work with my patient. After completing the orientation a week later I discovered that my patient was no longer with amazing home Care. That is information that should have been made known to me before doing the orientation. So I wasted an entire day, plus transportation money, money on breakfast & lunch to attend an orientation for no reason. I currently make $17-$20 an hour so it goes without saying that I'm beyond happy with my employer. I would NEVER take that pay cut for a patient I do not know, therefore I will never take a case with amazing.

This is by far the worse agency to work for. I am surprised that they have not been closed due to ethical and EEO violations. The case managers here do not care about the HHA needs whether they are sick or need a mental health day off. They expect the HHA to be there regardless and will call and stalk you numerous times to make sure you show up to the client's home even if you are sick with the flu. Now think about it, in a field where you deal with geriatric patients with weak immune systems, how is it intelligent and right to be around a patient who has a weak immune system with a sickness. This agency does not care. They only care about themselves. They also expect you to work if they call you on a weekend, like who are you kidding. If I can give one word of advice, it would be not to work for this agency. Find an agency that respects your worth as a human being and as an HHA.

This agency is very unprofessional one of the worst company's to work for.i wouldn't suggest anyone work here or get care for anyone not that all the aides are bad it's the people that sit at the desk that don't do there job

I started with amazing in October of 2018 and I'm loving it. You have to be willing to work and they will work with your schedule. I started with short hours and now I have long hours. You get unlimited hours too.

I've been reading these reviews and I'm actually shocked. If this is your first time Googling Amazing Home Care, just understand that this is a massive company with 10 offices spread over New York with thousands of HHAs. Reading this page, it looks like the only ones who write reviews are the 10 HHAs who probably clocked incorrectly or didn't get their compliance or flu shot on time, didn't get their proper pay because they screwed up or didn't follow directions, and came to Google to vent because they can't own up to their own mistakes and expect that the agency will bend the rules for them.

I show up to my cases on time, I clock in like I was trained to do. I set up direct deposit. I have an open communication with my coordinators if there any problems. The coordinating team are understanding and do a good job of resolving issues. I get paid weekly. I never have to wait for cases because they always have so many. I get cases that are WALKING DISTANCE from my home.

I've had nothing but a positive experience. Any time there was an issue, we worked as a team to resolve it. It's simple: If you're responsible, if your'e communicating, if you show up on time and do a good job, if you clock in and out correctly, I guarantee you will have a positive experience working here.

The services is terrible! There is no communication between the aides and the agency. How do you tell an 84 year old dementia patient you have jury duty and will be out a week but do not tell the caregiver OR your agency??? Also how you replace a 9a-4p aide with someone coming at 3p as if the caregiver doesn't have to go to work???

Awful policy. The punish the aides when they have to take a day off to take their own kids for a doctor's appointment!! Someone should report them to the NYS Department of labor. Slave driver mentality.

I have been with Amazing Home Care for two years now, first as payroll associate and now as an account receivable. I am pleased to say that this company welcomes their employees and most importantly provides the opportunity to grow within the company. Every month employees are rewarded with incentives such as lunch, movie tickets and more. Last but not least, this company prioritizes all the employees' concerns and demands. For example, I put in a request for health insurance and within a short period of time this was provided in order to meet our needs. I encourage all to join our Amazing family.

I do not recommend it to anyone. These people lack professionalism, they lack humanity. On the other hand, they don't give you any benefit. They say they pay sickness, it's a lie.
I dont recoment this agency to no one. Stay safe and keep looking somewhere elso to work. This coordinator lack of human sence.

GREAT AGENCY. MOM NEEDED HELP WITH THE CDPAP PROGRAM SPOKE WITH A VERY HELPFUL PERSON WHO GUIDED US THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE. OUR AIDES WE HAD BEFORE CDPAP WERE SO NICE AND HELPFUL. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE.

Both Amazing Care and Integen Agency are very unprofessional.The coordinators dont answer calls ,in the event that issues arises with the case that you are assigned nothing gets resolved.As a Aid dont bother to apply here,it will be a waste of your good positive energy and time.There is no order here complete chaos and confusion .To protect your peace of mind, dont bother to waste your time and effort here.

HORRIBLE company to every work with, you sign paper work and they give you a badge the same day and they don t pay you in a week you call and they give you the run around and they do not compensate your back pay at all. An they blame the insurance for not giving the paper work that they need to give.

Awful and unprofessional agency from top to bottom. Mr. Nax Lowy the man in charge the home attendants to the operator and their so called coordinators are all incompetent. The attendants they send are dysfunctional & don't know how to clean like teaching a child. 3 women came to my home smelling like they don't wash themselves or there uniforms and I am not an exaggerating my point . 98% show up late then want to stay late in order to secure a full shift and inconvenience the patient. The staff has sent people I asked not to send back to my home turned around and sent them the very next day. They don't return your calls you must follow up repeatedly... Who ever is the Owner needs to fire the director replace perhaps 80% to 90% of the staff and revamp their training or sell the company the unprofessional poor attitudes and lack of care and concern always starts at the top then trickles down it is a direct reflection of the Owner(s) and their Directors. The disabled should not be subject to these types of agencies these are our loved ones placed in the hands of the shallow.

Was not pleased with the way I was spoken to on the phone by Cindy when I asked politely about the directions for orientation. The phone lost signal & she called back screaming "did you just hang up on me?!" I saw the bad reviews and tried to look past it but now I know why the agency has the reviews they do.

Eh em! First of all this company is UNPROFESSIONAL all over, both supervisors and coordinators, second of all they don t pay, and when you have an issue and call don t nobody wants to attend to it, they DO NOT HAVE ANY BENEFIT WHAT SO EVER and they quick to write you up if you should go on a case today and is to return tomorrow and decide you letting them know you not going because you don t like it they write you up and tells you that that s a violation (no benefits), one coordinator sent me to a client and she know for a fact that the lady had beg bugs she sent me there anyways, and when I realize the lady had the bug I called and she sent me a text message saying the lady had reported it and then after that I tried calling her to let her know it s now in my apartment n she ignored me for weeks then when she finally picks up she gave me a whole attitude.. I had to go dish there and I went off on them and until this day they didn t call to find out if my house car or kids was ok... (YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSE TO SEND ANYBODY TO A CONTAMINATED HOUSE PERIOD) did they do at times get it exterminated NO they told me to go to my landlord.
