If you love your family member then do not subject them to this agency, unless you want to experience being constantly stressed. Be advised that your calls and complaints will fall on deaf ears. I had a situation where a Home Health Aide did not inform me that my father was bleeding earlier that day. When I found out, by chance, I was upset as to why this wasn't brought to my attention immediately. I called the agency to inform them of this only to have to explain my dilemma to the operator. I was told that they have to send a message out and that someone would get back to me. I pleaded with the operator to patch me through to a supervisor, but to no avail. When Tianna got back to me the NEXT DAY and in a very monotone voice with no emotions involved, she informed me that the Home Health Aide will be replaced. NO THANK YOU. (Why not reprimanded???) This as well as many other problems that I faced with them, like poor customer service, not matching the aide to the client's needs, being outright told that there are not many Aides servicing Brooklyn and just being inconsiderate and with no compassion at all, was the reason I switched agencies quick, fast and in a hurry. FYI: My father was taken to the hospital and kept overnight for observation. I had to give it one star in order to post this otherwise they would get no stars
