OMG the people in the office have the worst custom...

OMG the people in the office have the worst customer service I have ever seen!!!!!!
They are extremely rude and just hang up on you
Don t send aid when the person clearly needs there aid every day I would recommend going to any other agency...The aids themselves (When you get them )are not rude and I don t even think they know what s going on at the office
