They are the worst no one came to attend to my dad...

They are the worst no one came to attend to my dad for two days. He is bed bound and didn t have service for two days. No one bothered to call the family, I ve left 10 messages with the call center and still waiting for a call back. I hope they ready for the lawyers calls. I m tired of them being so irresponsible.
