Just say no - I was not the first and will not be the last person to leave AWC. Associates leave at the rate of about 1/day.....so that by itself should say something.

My fiance is allergic to certain things up there and tried to tell them, but they continued to put him on a line he is highly allergic to. They also don't accept Drs notes. Most of the employees are rude and aren't partnership worthy. The pay is good but that's it.

Fun and cool peoole to work with. Pretty cool to get to work with, operate, and diagnose and fix big heavy machinery and be well trained on them without having to have a big fancy college degree!

I love working here. Great benefits, great pay, good people. Only con is working 6-7 days a week.

If you want to have a life outside of work, this is not the job for you. 7 days a week. Sweat shop, slave driving, I work to live, I don't live to work.
