Fiind client fidel Altex am avut incredere deplina sa comand.Greseala mea.Vopsea crapata si impuritati pe o farfurie?Farfurii pictate cu acuarele cumparate de pe un site de incredere.E normal asa ceva?Eu unul nu mi as pune pisica sa manance din asa ceva!!!Inteleg ca nu e cel mai mare pret,nu ma asteptam la ceea mai mare calitate,dar cand comanzi de la Altex nu te astepti la asa ceva,macar pe olx te lasa sa verifici coletul inainte..Acum astept sa vad ce se poate rezolva cu returul.Dezamagire profunda,Altex Romania.Din pacate tot setul este asa.
La telefon mi s a spus ca ei nu verifica coletele si ca este vorba de un parteneriat..
Ok,am inteles.Dar chiar numim partener pe oricine ?Nu se verifica partenerii inainte de colaborare ?Degeaba au ajuns intacte daca sunt niste farfurii pictate cu acuarele,inteleg ca pretul nu e chiar mare,dar totusi..."

Nu recomand achizitie televizoare din magazinele Altex/ Media Galaxy. Am achizitionat din magazin un televizor care nu era conectat la cablu in magazin si mi s-a refuzat testarea imaginii de catre personal pe motiv ca nu se pot testa televizoarele pentru imagine (lucru fals, televizoarele pot fi testate in magazin dupa cum am fost ulterior informat). Perioada de retur este mult mai scurta decat la celelalte magazine de electrocasnice (doar 14 zile). In magazin esti indemnat sa alegi garantia exitinsa la orice produs, dar nu ti se comunica si perioada de retur. Televizoarele Samsung prezinta defecte probabil din fabricatie, calitate slaba panou video, iar service-ul sustine ca acest lucru este normal, desi pe site-ul Media Galaxy/Altex si Samsung televizoarele sunt prezentate tendentios (si ca imagini si ca descriere) ca ar avea caracteristici pe care nu le poseda (contrast, culoare, unghiuri vizualizare etc.). Comunicarea cu relatii clienti este defectuoasa, formularul de pe site nu are suficiente caractere, call center-ul refuza sa te directioneze in spre alta adresa de mail in afara de cea a service-ului care nu iti raspunde la reclamatiile legate de neregulile legate de dezinformarea din magazin, achizitie, informarea falsa de pe site etc. Problemele legate de un produs defect nu sunt remediate in niciun fel, fiind nevoit sa ramai cu el daca service-ul decide asa. Firma Altex este dezinteresata sa remedieze situatia produselor cu probleme de fabricatie si a reclamei tendentioase , desi le vinde si refuza sa ofere un raspuns legat de neregulile sesizate sau gaseasca o solutie amiabila de rezolvare cu clientii. In contul de client nu imi apare comanda televizorului cumparat si acest lucru ma impiedica sa pot lasa o recenzie legata de experienta achizitiei pe site-ul Altex/Media Galaxy pentru a atentiona si alti cumparatori de experienta neplacuta avuta.

1. Am comandat si platit un xbox de 1TB, mi-au trimis de doua ori acelasi xbox de 500 GB, m-au amanat 2 luni cu returul banilor.
2. Mi s-a intamplat de cateva ori sa primesc de la ei produse zzgariate desi le comsndasem noi.
3. Cenzura comunista: Nu poti sa scrii in reviewul produsului ca l-ai primit zgariat ca ti-l resping si nu te mai lasa sa postezi.
4. De "2x diferenta" este o teapa de marketing, nu dau nimic.
Se pare ca nu le pasa de competitia serioasa gem Emag, Flanco, Cel, Evomag, etc.
