Good customer service and prices are lower than cmpetition.

I come here from time to time, I only had positive experience with the friendly staff, they were helpful each time and took the time to explain how the tool worked when I asked questions, and we're patient and listened to what I was trying to accomplish. All in all, a positive experience.

Got to be the worst and most disrespectful rental company in all of Quebec, worst experience, I don't recommend any business owner or individual to deal with them

This rental center is vital for Laval des Rapides even if it is not perfect. I don't care how tough customer service is as long as they don't have too many defective products.
