Completely insensitive and liars. I ordered a few products, Monday morning, paid by card, they sent only 3 of them, one without packaging (they informed me and I agreed), and the fourth product has not yet arrived Thursday night, but worse it's like it doesn't even appear with AWB on the command. I have the impression that they will make that product forgotten.

I made a ticket, I wrote on the Facebook page, I talked to them via Messenger, they assured me that they were in a hurry, I tried to call them, but all without success. I never imagined that something like this could happen to a company of their level.
